I found the process of obtaining my reports to be very efficient and straightforward. Navigating the website was a breeze due to its user-friendly interface.
I just wanted what I was given in a pamphlet from NYS attorney General office. Which stated a free one time a year credit report from all three credit agencies. Instead I have to pay a fee plus charge a subscription to my card. Which is suppose to be free for seven days the the monthly fee. This is bait and switch. I had to pay for it to be printed and pay you for the free credit report. No thank you.
I call to cancel this and the lady that answer was on her house with a baby crying like crazy. She cancel my membership after few minutes she was was trying to convence me. Well they charge to my credit card. I was in chat we some lady and the only that she write was going to makn menu. That is not serious about a company. By the way I dont received my three credit reports.
Easy to use, well informed all around on the site and APP. I would recommend using this site to anyone, I wasn't aware of my score until I got on ScoreSense. And now I'm constantly looking to increase my score. They give you options to help with the increase.
Requested Cancellation Unfulfilled - what do I have to do to get your Attention? I never requested your Service - some 'friends' signed me up as a gag - not funny! Please remove Me from your Membership Roll and issue a full $46.00 Refund for Services never utilized or this matter will be referred to the Better Business Bureau
I recieved my scores and all of your 'hints' but still have no idea what to do to raise my scores.
I have paid off most of my accounts that were negligent and none have been reported to credit agencies and my score has dropped 27 points since paying them off.
I wanted to cancel my membership because I've only use it once and they kept charging my account. When I called the FIRST time, one of the customer service representatives that answered was being a bit rude when I tried to get my membership cancelled, they kept offering me discounts and was basically trying to get me to stay, but I didn't want to and kept repeating that I just want the whole thing canceled; however he had the AUDACITY to tell me that I didn't care about my credit and etc, which was very unprofessional. He hung up on me after I refused his other offer that he made. I understand people get bad days, but saying those things like, " I didn't care about my credit" was very uncalled for and rude.
I called again and talk to another representative who was more professional, helpful, understanding. He immediately canceled my membership with no problem at all! :)
I checked my 3 credit score through score sense it still in the poor position but hopefully soon i hope to build my score back up because score sense is an good company to work with & i would remend score sense to my family, friends & co workers.
I tried the week trial and passed it by 1 day. They are on a different timezone than me. I couldn't reach them the 1st time. Then when I called the gentleman was very helpful. He said they would contact me about my refund. I received an email stating my refund was not approved because I used my trial. You would think i could use the membership for the month I paid for but no. They canceled my membership and stole my money.
I recieved my credit scores but they said that at the cost of $1 (refundable) i'd be able to look at my credit scores, but when i checked my account info I was enrolled in a $30 plan i never enrolled for.
Tried to cancel on the 11th day after I found out this company was not worth it... and that they would charge big fee every month after the 10 day trial. I called on monday and they said the 10th day was a sunday and i should have called to cancel on sunday... no sympathy for me in getting refund of the $30.00 charge they put through right away. Stay away from these guys.
I tried the seven day trial just for laughs and thought I canceled the same day. I saw my credit card statement and I was charged the monthly premium. I called a week after the charges and I asked for a refund, which they kindly declined.

Normal site until cancelling. Endless salespitch to keep service. I feel bad for the operator. Its company policy... why keep something that's so hard to cancel? I had to hang up they wouldn't shut up

I paid for the service and it brought up on the screen my three credit scores but with my new phone I couldn't screenshot it and they didn't give me the option to download them so I can stay. So I paid for it for nothing.
I've always maintain credit scores in the low to mid 700's. I really need to know ASAP why they're so LOW! I would like to have feedback from Score Sense by no later than Wednesday, April 25th so I can start sleeping again through the night!

I cancelled after five days and my account was immediately deactivated and only given a 1.00 credit for a 29.99 charge. Outrageous since I should have either received a prorated refund or access to the site for a full 30 days that I was charged for.
I will contest this with whomever this company has to answer to.

After lengthy issues with credit scores that I did not need, ( I knew before I called that my credit score is 814) I wanted info on a lien that is on my property, After all the info about credit scores I finally got to talk with Emily and she gave me a phone number to help me get info regarding liens. My experience was good but I had a hard time trying to find the option to cancel my subscription. Only having the option to canceling is to speak to a rep is unacceptable. This option must be revised. Thanks
Loving it juat wish there was a few more details about my history. Some of the history is vague, but it did open my eyes of where i stand and my credit history. Was not aware i where i stand but thanks to u all, now i can focus of what i need to do.
I got the report I needed. I was a little thrown that I needed to enter credit card information and needed to cancel within a week so I wasn't charged more than $1. It was also confusing to find the process to cancel.
I became a member have this site to check my credit scores and every time I go in there Mom username was cancel. I had to change it and then every time I go to check my scores it just keeps going to my credit card information so I will be checking further and canceling this because I've made no sense out of it yet

The service was very excellent as well as prompt! So overall I was very satisfied with everything accepted my credit score which was the only problem I had!
Was easy to get the scores. The reoccurring price is high so I will be canceling. But the trial was easy to get set up, I just have found a higher value in monitoring from a competitor and for less cost.

Well I hope it was for a loan. That's why the guy called me was to get my identity make sure I was me and all this stuff so I don't know what is it mean and I would really like to know why I had to do this and suspend my thing is I don't need it anymore
In 10/22, I initially did a free trial with Scoresense. Before the free trial, was over, I called and cancelled. Today which is 03/03/2023, I seen a charge on my credit card for $29.95. So I called Scoresense to explain that I cancelled their Subscriprition mnths ago and requested a refund. They said they would not refund them since Indidnt cancel. I told them that I did cancel and never logged in except o e time only to check my credit score. It was still denied a refund. I asked them why did they charge me and store my credit card? They could not reply.
So I don't recommend them to anyone. I have to go through my bank for the dispute process. Its just a shady company to do business with.
