I found the process of obtaining my reports to be very efficient and straightforward. Navigating the website was a breeze due to its user-friendly interface.
I just wanted what I was given in a pamphlet from NYS attorney General office. Which stated a free one time a year credit report from all three credit agencies. Instead I have to pay a fee plus charge a subscription to my card. Which is suppose to be free for seven days the the monthly fee. This is bait and switch. I had to pay for it to be printed and pay you for the free credit report. No thank you.
It was fine. I did not need anything unusal. I did not like the false advirtising that getting my scores would be free and yet I was charged $1.00 and a monthly fee of $29.50 if I did not remember to cancel the membership.

If visiting this site weren't attached to something else that was important, I never would have left anything especially if I was forced to provide a statement after my initial review.
Time consuming. I am very busy and I cannot afford time to do this This also is a time consuming task, for I am 74 years old with psoriatic arthritis and osteo arthritis. Not only do they not work well, neither do the knees. In addition, I cannot submit. It will not work.

Rip off. Total rip off. They will not credit my charge back to my capitall one card. I did not want their service. They are that greedy to take $30 from a housekerper. Now i have to cancel my cc because of these no good thiefs. Website says they charge ONE DOLLAR. All I did was check a credit score. THATS IT
I was offered a lower price deal to keep me from canceling I accepted under the circumstances of if they could make that deal begin a few days later when I actually got paid, the person said no so I canceled

Signed up for this program to start reaching out to creditors. The report I received didn't have information needed ( creditor address or account number)
Eli was great! He offered me a better price and same benefits so I signed up. We shall see how it goes. The million dollar coverage was the best selling point.

Everything was good except I didn't need to be wrapped into the future charges of using score sense because I have monitors all ready to help with fraud.

Went to cancel because non of the credit scores are accurate and customer service is awful, then they charged me again because I didn't do it in time (before the billing cycle) horrible, horrible

First of all it is not clear that this is a monthly subscription. From the time I checked my credit through score sense until now 60 days later my credit has declined.
I am suspicious of fraudulent activity that was not previously there before this time frame. The phone numbers to the credit bureaus are not helpful no one answers and it route you to options not needed.
Then I called back several time to retrieve other phone numbers and to get help with now having newly discovered credit problems. Every time I called it's the same man but he is giving different names pretending he is not the person I spoke to previously.This happened 4 times in one day.
In addition, they do not assist in ways to remove fraudulent activity they only provide phone number where no one can be reached. They do not offer tips to improve credit. And when you go to cancel they try to butter you up and offer discounts like 60% off to keep you.
Overall, I believe the way this company operates has been dishonest and has wasted 2 full days of my life including stress and now having to repair my credit by myself or pay someone to do it for me. Either way it is costly!
My suggestion is read reviews before using services. As we all know companies can have fake reviews put on but you cannot always remove them. Such as this one & other negative reviews. This has been a waste of time & money and has added additional stress to my life.

There are inaccuracies which are causing my home loans to be inflated and extremely high, so I have turned down two home mortgages within the last month.
This site gave me a lot of information on my personal credit scores. It seems to be better than Credit Karma from what I can tell so far... I still have yet to navigate the entire site however.
Someone had opened a checking account in my name. Went to the bank and took care of the issue but it was recommended that I do a credit check. Nice to know my record shows no misuse
First of all, the balances for. Mariner is wrong I only owe them $194 and some cents. Thr balance for One Main is now around $1000 or lower. Lowes is paid off.

This site is a scam I thought I was getting my FREE ANNUAL cridit report but they without me knowing enrolled me in some kind of membership which I did not want or need. They refused to credit my credit card back for charges. Stay away from this site.
