I found the process of obtaining my reports to be very efficient and straightforward. Navigating the website was a breeze due to its user-friendly interface.
I just wanted what I was given in a pamphlet from NYS attorney General office. Which stated a free one time a year credit report from all three credit agencies. Instead I have to pay a fee plus charge a subscription to my card. Which is suppose to be free for seven days the the monthly fee. This is bait and switch. I had to pay for it to be printed and pay you for the free credit report. No thank you.
Very easy to enroll and get my credit report. I have always had a good experience with ScoreSense. So easy to use.
ScoreSense is a ripoff company. I cancelled my membership within 7 days, but they continued to charge my bank account a fee of $29.99. Do not trust SCORESENSE!

The site was easy to Navigate, it provided valuable information that I wasn't aware of or didn't know. This is a site that I will continue to use in the future.
This is pretentious and being forced to leave reviews that add no context and make us feel obligated to leave a food one is one way to surely hurt your company in the nuture.
I was able to get my scores & see what I owed. However, there was one debt that I couldn't get information about. It was the old bill for Verizon $61.
Although I cancelled my subscription because I didn't want the monthly bill, I appreciated the accuracy of the credit scores and bureau reports. Thank you ScoreSense!
I actually got my credit score from all 3 credit agency's as far as rembering them and printing was a different story I lost internet and haven't gotten back to it I figured I would get a confirmation email and get back on it then but I haven't seen the confirmation but that's not to say it's not there I just haven't seen it as of yet
I was able to obtain my credit score quickly. I give it four stars because I wanted to cancel my membership before the free trial ended but couldn't find the function to do it online.
I'm only had the product for a day but I got my credit reports the same day, now I can start my journey to repair my credit.
I thought this was going to be free but it was not after 7days I have to pay 29.95 a month. I believe they do this because they bank on you forgetting to cancel after 7 days
Talking to the agent was so easy felt like I was talking to a friend or family member. He gave me valud information I had no idea made a difference. He was really helpful!
The young man that helped me was very helpful. Kind and patient. Literally helped me with all my questions and I had alot. Went over and beyond to see that I had all the information that I needed.
Agent was very very nice but due to my specific problem she was helpful in referring me to someone else who wasn't as nice as she was and even less helpful.
Along with being quick, I the score, they're in high 5's and a 6 I plan enjoy this, being in these scores I have a fair I was in the lower 300's I am now have a score of 600 like I said I was in bad shape I couldn't pay the people I borrowed from I believe I had a really low score with them I think I might stay with them

I was thoroughly disgusted with your system which kept telling me to put in a "valid" email address. I have had my email address for over ten years and no one else has a problem with it. My email address is a cherished nickname given to me by my now deceased Godfather. It is *******@verizon.net. Mackadoo was and is what I am fondly called by family and close friends. I was shocked and appalled that your system kept asking me for a valid email address, as if I didn't know my own email or was deliberately putting in a fake one! I ended up having to use my employment email address instead of my personal one, the latter of which is the one I use for all of my regular emails. I do not want to use my employment email address for my personal use and will have to discontinue my use of ScoreSense if I'm not allowed to use my personal email address. Upon calling your customer service, I was simply told that the system did not recognize my email address and there was nothing that could be done about it. What a sorry system! I get hundreds of emails per day from a variety of sources, and like I said previously, nobody else has a problem with my email address. I am totally through with ScoreSense if they are not able or willing to allow me to use my personal email address.
I am disappointed with ScoreSense. I tried them for 7 days because I was applying for an auto loan online & it requested that I sign up with ScoreSense; so I did. Then when I was checking my bank account; I seen that they were taking the $29.95 fee out; I called immediately to cancel. Due to when my bank posts things; I was cancelling on day 8. As the 1st rep was explaining to me that he would cancel for me; I was trying to ask about a refund, when the line went dead silent. I called back & explained to the 2nd rep whom I was talking to and that the 1st rep cancelled my account, but I needed to know about a refund. The 2nd rep informed me the account was cancelled; yes sir I was already aware of this. I want to know if there will be a refund or at least a refund request. Finally the 2nd rep stated he would put in the request & I would hear something within 1-2 business days. Not even 24hrs later; I received email from ScoreSense that they will not be refunding the $29.95. Well, I have nothing to show for the $29.95 except a bad taste for ScoreSense. I will not be referring anyone I know to this company. Thank You ScoreSense for the lack of understanding, compassion or good customer service.

Now I'm on the right path to correct any tarnishes on my report, thank you, I just wish I would have joined a lot sooner.
The service with ScoreSence was wonderful. It helped me a lot in knowing my own finances and my credit history.
I need to have the service canceled please. Because I received what I needed. So please don't Bill my debit card. Because I am still in my 7 Day trial.
