I found the process of obtaining my reports to be very efficient and straightforward. Navigating the website was a breeze due to its user-friendly interface.
I just wanted what I was given in a pamphlet from NYS attorney General office. Which stated a free one time a year credit report from all three credit agencies. Instead I have to pay a fee plus charge a subscription to my card. Which is suppose to be free for seven days the the monthly fee. This is bait and switch. I had to pay for it to be printed and pay you for the free credit report. No thank you.
Good, except the effort to turn something that is supposed to be free into a monthly recurring charge.
After signing up, I received my FICO scores and individual credit bureau reports within 1 minute. The process was quick and easy.

ALL WENT WELL. A SUGGESTION: sPELL OUT THAT THE PERSON NEEDS TO CLICK ON THE CREDIT CHOICE AND THEN SELECT pdf IN THE PRINT SECTION IN ORDER TO "SAVE" AND "SEND" TO RECIPIENT.
I've talked to two people. Both were excellent. Byron, my more recent expert, was just great.

Info shared to raise my credit score was great. The connection line had static and was hard to hear, but we got through it.
A similar service provider consistently mis-reported my scores. Seeing them here allowed me to take action at the right time with the right info.
I was able to pull my three credit reports with no issues. Their portal is very easy to use. I highly recommend this service!
Nicely done except I don't like surprises ~ that is to have to pay a monthly charge if not cancelled by a certain date.
