I found the process of obtaining my reports to be very efficient and straightforward. Navigating the website was a breeze due to its user-friendly interface.
I just wanted what I was given in a pamphlet from NYS attorney General office. Which stated a free one time a year credit report from all three credit agencies. Instead I have to pay a fee plus charge a subscription to my card. Which is suppose to be free for seven days the the monthly fee. This is bait and switch. I had to pay for it to be printed and pay you for the free credit report. No thank you.
The process was quick and easy. The service seems a little pricey but I guess you get what you pay for.

Getting your score is not "free" as advertised. This entire effort is just made to sell you something you don't need.
This company stole money from my bank account for over a year without ever having my consent. They have their website rigged up so it automatically puts you in something if you don't go back in to do something else. So people that are technology challenged or seniors or anyone that doesn't work with computers very well they screw. This company could clearly see that I've never even opened their website other than the one single time when I was doing my taxes and it was redirected me there. I didn't sign up for anything at all and I never ever looked at their website again. Yet they stole money from my account for over a year before I knew it. Attorney general and other offices are now looking into the company. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR BS.
I CAN'T ADD ANY PHOTOS OF MY PURCHASE OR MEMBER ID BECAUSE I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR IT! The so-called director of this company his name is Kevin Hein. I will be posting soon the information of the IC3...(ICCC)... And how to fill out the forms if you have issues with this company.
Beware of the online scammering companies like this. The ones that give you a so-called free trial and then you MUST GO IN LATER TO CANCEL... Instead of doing it the honest way and sending you an email and ASKING IF YOU WANT TO CONTINUE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.

DON'T SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING OR CLICK ANY BOXES WITH A FINE PRINT SAYS YOU MUST COME BACK HERE TO CANCEL. INSTEAD COMPANIES NEED TO PUT IT THE OPPOSITE, IF YOU WANT THE SERVICES SIGN UP.. BUT THIS IS HOW THEY SCREW YOU
The good report looks good easy to understand and allows me to make some decisions, but I cancel your services within the seven days allow.
They hit your account in midday of not after midnight! And they want to charge a fee to cancel! They done lost their DAM minds!
