I found the process of obtaining my reports to be very efficient and straightforward. Navigating the website was a breeze due to its user-friendly interface.
I just wanted what I was given in a pamphlet from NYS attorney General office. Which stated a free one time a year credit report from all three credit agencies. Instead I have to pay a fee plus charge a subscription to my card. Which is suppose to be free for seven days the the monthly fee. This is bait and switch. I had to pay for it to be printed and pay you for the free credit report. No thank you.

SEEMS LIKE A SCAM COMPANY BY THE WAY THE REPRESENTITIVES HANDLE THE CALLS. I tried 3 reps and they all could not cancel my account. Finally the last one did after 25 minutes on the phone. More training of your people. What a hassle. Seems like you guys train them to "NOT" CANCEL ACCOUNTS. Bad business. This is how you make customers feel... On that last call, if they had not canceled my account, the next calls were going to be my Bank then the Better Business Bureau. Then the Media. They need more training! All three of your reps made this company sound like a TOTAL scam. It felt so scammed that I called my bank to cancel my credit card and to reissue me another card. I would ask a lot of questions if I were you going in to this. When they start asking you things that you know that they should already know... pump the breaks and don't answer another thing. They even said they didnt see my account. Even with my address given to them, even with my name given, even with my zip. Really? Word to the wise: I f they seem like they are giving you the run around and doesn't want to cancel, call your bank and cancel their payment.

When I paid for my credit score it was supposed to be $1 but instead it cost me $50 I feel like I was tricked and am not happy that this happened
The site prodvuded my scores fast and gave insight on how to fix my credit as well. This was my first time pulling the reports.
It was a partial report. I was what I needed to know.
I would like to drop the account as of Dec., 19 2019. I thank you for your help.

My Experian Score came in 40 points below what Experian sends me via their own e-mails and site.
They took funds out of my account for the "free" trial and gave my email address to spammers. And you have to contact customer service to cancel.
I was told that I would only have to pay 1 dollar but was charged 20. Can I have an immediate refund and cancelation of any account.
I wasn't surprised at the scores given. It doesn't include all the payments made with Utilities --Housing-Yard upkeep -Transportation.-Insurance; because ALL THE PAYMENTS are Mandatory for Life.
I had a great experience because I submitted my request and inmediately received the answer at a lower cost.
