I found the process of obtaining my reports to be very efficient and straightforward. Navigating the website was a breeze due to its user-friendly interface.
I just wanted what I was given in a pamphlet from NYS attorney General office. Which stated a free one time a year credit report from all three credit agencies. Instead I have to pay a fee plus charge a subscription to my card. Which is suppose to be free for seven days the the monthly fee. This is bait and switch. I had to pay for it to be printed and pay you for the free credit report. No thank you.
It was fast and easy to get as all three of my credit reports.
Tried the service out for 7 days and actually only used it the night I signed up forgot to cancel my subscription and called the same day charge was made and was denied my refund! But they credited me my $1 that was paid a month prior! After looking at all reviews this company has no intentions on giving u ur money back! I do not recommend using this company

I paid a single 1 dollar a year ago to get my credit checked. This is usually how much it costs everywhere online. 2 years later I receive a receipt saying I just paid 25.95. What?! This is the first time I even saw Scoresense charging me for anything. I have a track of all of their emails and this is the first time I was told they are charging me after 2 years. $725 dollars. I have to wait 5-7 days for corporate to get back to me to attempt to get my refund. This is a despicable and dishonest practice. Know for a fact that the company receives most of their money from poor souls who pay a dollar and don't realize they signed up for some sort of fake garbage credit membership.
Tip for consumers:
Do NOT use them!

Disappointed. They main things I needed cost extra money in order to review. Never used the products when my trial period ended that they can clearly see and still declined me a refund even though I didn't use their product. This a rip off.

You can find the same or better for less than half the cost. Then when I went to cancel my membership one day after the new billing my request for cancellation was denied.
Same value and million-dollar fraud protection with Discover for $5.99 NOT $21.95.
Let me just politely call it a rip-off.
Tip for consumers:
Shop around - you can get the same or more for 1/4 the cost..

This company will take your money without authorization, what supposes to be a $1 turned into a 29.99 withdrawal from my account. Just be careful people they have other agenda than helping citizen. One can get a freecreditreport.com for free, but I made a mistake and trusted this site.
Tip for consumers:
Don't they will withdraw from your account without notice.

I like the site, but it isn't serving my purpose. I need to have all three reports with my social security number and other personal credentials verified.
This is what is necessary for third party credit review.
Your chat team is good at giving the run around and not so good at being proactive about solving my needs as a customer. Therefore, I am switching to a different credit reporting app.
Thank you.

Experience was okay. But many of those accounts showing delinquent for months and years were paid off through bill consolidation. I don't think they should be still affecting my credit now. My score should be better.
Terrible and malicious operation which advertises "$1" credit report and then uses your credit card card information to automatically charge you for renewals which approvals are some embedded in your initial acceptance for the $1 charge. More than likely this is legal, but it is morally wrong and doing severe injustice to the unsophisticated consumers. After repeated charges, I finally had to change my credit card number to get them to stop charging me. Stay away from this scam at all cost. You can get a FREE credit report once each year from your local bureau by just calling them.
This company score sense as soon as you hit their web page they're charging you. I never filled out crap with them. I called them and asked why they're charging me for a service I don't want or need and who gave them the authorization to use my debit card. I called them 2 weeks ago and the man said that I would get my $29.95 not once but twice and then I look at my transactions again and I still see it on there when it said refund on 10/1 and 9/1 where the hell is my money this was an unauthorized transaction.
Tip for consumers:
dont even look at it you will mysteriously be charged of course unauthorized

I called and cancelled my subscription when I seen the first charge on my account. I was told by the original representative it would be taken care of and now 6 months later I have had to call again and cancel. My refund request was denied as they said they had no record of my original call. Their lack of customer service and follow through cost me money. I would never recommend this service to anyone..

It was like walking thru the park. Everything was so transparent. After ward I felt very refresh, up lifted, and even stronger just knowing what was actually going on as far as my credit goes! If I have any say so I would suggest to everyone to try it for there self it's really empowering!
The four stars is for not having had enough time to fully use ScoreSense to review their product honestly, but the customer service was on point. Jesse Morales helped me and he was such a delight to work with! I was irritated when I called due to an issue and he went through everything with me, resolving the problem. Very thorough, patient, & kind. -Thank you!

The website for Score Sense gives information about what accounts are open in your name in a very digestible format. It is segmented into the three credit bureaus but they are situated side by side so it is easy to compare each item as it is addressed on the page. Therefore, you are not flipping from page to page and trying to compare what each bureau said that was different from the first or second one. Realistically, anyone can look and know how your information is listed and what items need to be addressed, even me. I am 69 years old and I understood the collection of information very clearly because they have refined it so well.
I can only believe the positive reviews here are paid for by Scoresense. This organization is a scam intent only on swindling customers. The credit information inaccurate. Customer service deplorable. Cancellation is nearly impossible. Promises of follow-up from customer service all broken.

I, Hazel Quick was only trying to get a one time credit report. Not trying to join any organization with money's coming out of my account every month. I'd appreciate having the account discontent immediately. Thank you Ms Hazel M. Quick
First of all: it is NOT free. They give you 5 for days trial for $1 and then charge you $29.99 monthly if you don't cancel membership.
Cancelling membership is another issue. You can't do it on line, you MUST call, stay on hold until one of their reps answer the phone, answer whole bunch of "security questions and listen to a truckload of sales pitch crap.
I have been trying to unsubscribe to this for a while actually since July when I went through the 7-Day trial my account is being charged monthly and I am not happy. Please send me a number or email to point me in the direction of where or whom I need to speak with. Thank you,

Use credit karma. When I called to cancel, they offered the same product at half price. Cancellation is hidden and that is a red flag. There are free sites that do the same, or better yet, go to the three major bureaus directly.
