I found the process of obtaining my reports to be very efficient and straightforward. Navigating the website was a breeze due to its user-friendly interface.
I just wanted what I was given in a pamphlet from NYS attorney General office. Which stated a free one time a year credit report from all three credit agencies. Instead I have to pay a fee plus charge a subscription to my card. Which is suppose to be free for seven days the the monthly fee. This is bait and switch. I had to pay for it to be printed and pay you for the free credit report. No thank you.
My card was charged $29.99 and I contacted them explaining I never used services ane want the account closed and my money back I was denied my money back because it's after the billing cycle I never got no bill never used services and my account is closed what am I being charged for but they want to refund me $1
Email was okay, website, not so much. I felt there was limited information of services. Monthly cost is prohibited for someone like me on SSDI. I called to cancel and talked with Richard, who explained much more about your services and knocked down my monthly cost. Very helpful.
Anything that automatically subscribes and you have to look for a check box to uncheck is thievery. This company qualifies as thieves. I have paid 1 year without noticing and was denied a refund. Add to that, not a single notification when new credit was sought.

I wanted to know if I could get them for free, like my bank or credit card does. Not so. I'm told the charge will be reversed. Why do it in the first place? I don't think I will be doing this again.
The experience wasn't awful, I'm just very frugal.
My husband and I refinanced our house last year. We thought we were authorizing a one time credit check but apparently we signed up for monthly charge from scoresense. My husbands into online sports so when I saw the twice monthly charge I didn't think anything of it. When I decided to ask him about it we realized we were getting charged twice a month for a service we never used for over a year! When we contacted customer support to cancel we were not refunded any of our money. Never logged in, never saw a credit report, never accessed the account. All the emails from scoresense.com were going to our spam account so we had no idea we were signed up. And what I thought was a twice a month fee for my husband was actually one for him and one for me. We were both signed up without our knowledge and they won't refund us our money. I guess the customer isn't always right.
I was able to obtain access to all 3 credit reports. I was trying to figure out why my score took a hit. I had searched elsewhere and found no answers. I found something on all of them that I did not recognize. I called a representative and got it figure out. It is a great tool to keep me on the right track with my credit.
They charged me a membership fee after I cancelled within the time required. I called and they refused to give my 30.00 back. I don't recommend scoresense, it is a RIP off. I didn't even get the info I was looking for.

The scores did not reflect my latest payments, and subsequently I questioned the scores, as several of the balances were still quite high. My scores have never been at this level. I have always had scores over 800. It seems that despite the fact that I keep up with all the payments, am not late, etc., my scores keep going down. I think it's because of the "hard inquiries" by others in to my credit. At any rate, I realize you are asking for a review of ScoreSense, and not the credit report system. Just feeling frustrated because it seems that the harder I work to stay on top of all of these payments, the lower the scores go.
A company made an inquiry while my credit report had a freeze on it - by me. They denied me credit but did not go back to check the score after I lifted the freeze. This lowered my score by 13 points and nothing I can do about it until that company lifts their inquiry!
Very satisfied to see what others are seeing when they are looking at my credit. It was shocking to see how irresponsible some companies can be when they do a hard pull on your credit more than once. Since I can clearly see everything that I need to work on, I can be more efficient in repairing and solutions to building my best outcome.
I had a subscription with scoreline for several years and always received top quality service. I had to drop my acct cpl years back because at the time was unable to afford it. However, prior to actually dropping the service. When I thought I had no choice, I was offered a significant decrease in my monthly payment, same excellent service. Thus enabling me to keep the service a year or two longer than I had hoped to. Eventually though, I had to stop the service. It has been a complete headache trying to keep a close watch on my financial situation without this service. Today I am thrilled to be able to repurchase the service. Keeping up with my scores, knowing who has inquired of my credit, the excellent learning experiences and guidance of finances, and so much more. I tried less expensive services that just did not cover all that scoresense does am very grateful that I am able to afford this quality server.
The free trial made it seem as though I was getting my fico scores which I'm actually only getting my vantage scores. I already have credit karma for free anytime I want. I really dont see the point in paying for score sense. Not what I wanted or expected.

Confusing. I was not sure if it was truly a free service. Because I was without a home computer for several years, I had not checked my credit reports and ratings for quite some time. The format and all are very different from what I remember.
Legal or not, these automatic enrollment free trial offers are an unscrupulous business practice. Company's should be required to provide notification that the free trial period is ending and that enrollment and billing will be processed unless the customer declines. By the time I noted that my account was being charged it was almost 1 month. When I contacted them to cancel they said they would have to submit the request for refund for approval. I recieved the attached notification that the request was denied based on the length of time the account had been active and services that had bern provided. I did not recieve any communication after I signed up for the free trial period. I consider this a scam.
The whole process was quick and smooth! The site made the process go smoothly, which I love and need because I have such a busy schedule between kids, animals, work, sports and household chores. Definitely would recommend!
I've been using ScoreSense for a short time but already it's provided me with some of the best credit insight ever!
The login site is easy to navigate. The information is clearly outlined - even for a newbie who might feel intimidated or overwhelmed by the enormity of information. There are lots of features and articles to read which are relevant and useful.
There are also customer service representatives who are available to help you utilize and access resources that are available to members.
I would definitely recommend ScoreSense to family and friends.
I enjoyed seeing my credit reports from the 3 agencies. They were what I expected. The thing I don't like is that if I don't contact them within 7 days then I have to pay their subscription price. Which I failed to do. I will do that after I get done here.
When requesting my credit scores, I did not see any indication that request generated an automatic membership in something that would also generate ongoing cost. When I checked my credit card statement there was a $19.95 charge. I called the company and asked for a reimbursement and cancellation of the ongoing membership. After waiting a day, I received an email stating they were willing to cancel the membership and cancelled a $1.00 fee, which is not what was requested! When I called a second time, the individual stated that the ongoing fee was disclosed in a "Welcome" email. I did not receive a welcome email. Went back through my email records, spam and deletes. I did receive 4 emails, none of which were a welcome email and NONE of which contained information about the ongoing fee. If you choose this company, be aware of the ongoing fee! They won't return your money unless you pounce on it right away, if then!
I purchased this app with not having an awareness how much the monthly fee was which I found out when charged was 29.95. I had the app for a week and wanted a refund due to not knowing how much they would charge. I received an email stating they would not refund me the charge of 29.95. Please get your information from a free reputable site because this is not the site!
There are a lot of things we do that affect our credit score unknowingly, it's left to one to stay vigilant and monitor the updates on the report to be able to make proper adjustments. We all know that a good credit score is the key to being qualified for low interests loans and credit cards, there is a possibility that you have made a mistake that affected your credit score without realizing it. The quickest way to get the job done is to handover your report to credit experts who'll ensure all unwanted items are removed. I did a lot of research on the journey to boost my credit score in a shorter duration and came across CreditMason on Google, they revived my poor score. Get more information from (creditmason.net)
Got my scores and reports from ScoreSense. I don't have an issue with them, just the entire BS of the credit system. It's our info, and since ID theft is such a big issue, we should be able to have free & unlimited access to our scores and reports, and not pay for it, because for victims of ID theft, especially when the data breeches happened, we're the ones suffering for it.
I thought was going to be another sales pressure scheme using the 3 bureau score and report as bate. But turned out to be easy and helpful. I received what was promised and more. Great info and tools. Thanks!
Very happy with the layout is easy to interact between the different pages. The breakdown of each credit company was nice to have. Overall, I think the program and the website and how it operates and works is very friendly use it.
Your information was easy to read and complete.
It took me directly to the information on my credit score that I was looking for.
The only suggestion I might make would be to have the ability to contact each of the credit reporting agencies to dispute items contained in my report.
