New Screen was packaged very well for shipping. Easy reverse install and perfect fit. Works great and been using it everyday. Not 100 percent sure, but it seems back light is much brighter, as I do not have to have laptop brightness up all the way anymore, 60 percent is plenty. Will recommend to everyone. Just make sure you always properly research correct part numbers and you should be a happy customer.

I ordered a screen for an iphone and the ribbon cable was folded causing it to crack when pulled to straighten it. Eric at screen country reluctantly refunded the 30 some dollars I paid, then wrote me that I am banned from ordering any more product from them. "OK, we will go ahead and refund this purchase. However, we will not be accepting any more orders from you." With many suppliers online, I will be happy to move on.

I ordered my wife's replacement screen for her HP pavilion G6. The price was a little higher than elsewhere online, but the payment options here were way better.
The screen came in 2 days (even arrived on a Saturday) and worked great.

I had a pleasant shopping experience with Screen Country.com They were responsive with my inquiries and shipped the product out in a very expeditious manner.

I would order from them again (and plan on it soon).

The four star rating is because I don't believe in giving anything a 10/10 5.0,5 star, etc. There's always room for improvement and nothing's perfect:-)

I ordered a screen for an iphone and the ribbon cable was folded causing it to crack when pulled to straighten it.

Customer purchased a replacement display/digitizer screen assembly for an iPhone 4s. The order was delivered in one day in brand-new condition.

Customer proceeded to sever the item's video cable, while attempting to straighten a loop in the cabling that is part of the design of the assembly - it was not preventing an installation - all such parts have the loop in the cabling as part of the design, including the original/native screen.

Customer demanded a refund in-full claiming a defect, while fully admitting to having damaged the part on their own accord. Customer claims to have a degree in "electronic technologies" and 4 certificates in design.

Customer was refunded in-full with-out having to return the part they damaged.

My son's Toshiba Satellite L laptop was dropped from a considerable height. Screen cracked & since the laptop is less than 4 months old on a new model, replacement parts are not readily available. Screencountry responded to my order with the correct screen, in a timely fashion. I had a pleasant experience & the part is still functioning 100% a few months later. I'm sorry to hear about all the bad experiences & I'm thankful I was fortunate to have a positive one. Thank you Screencountry.

The screen I bought to replace a broken one was exactly what I'd ordered, the price was good, and it shipped very quickly.
My only issue was at the delivery end, because Fedex initially failed to see my signature on the door tag and it almost shipped back!
That's not screencountry's fault. They were great!

Anyone who's ever needed to buy a laptop screen knows that finding the exact right one can be a trial. Screen Country made it easier than most. They knew that my laptop used an LED screen, not an LCD (no other site seemed to know or care). They knew that an LED screen doesn't require an inverter, and so didn't try to sell me one (can't say the same for most other places I looked). They showed the *complete* laptop model number so I could match it. They showed the back side of the actual screen they were selling -- not a generic graphic -- so I could match that, too. All of the above assured me that I'd most likely get the right part. Finally, the price was reasonable -- not the best price around -- but their thoroughness, accuracy and professionalism made it worth it. I will definitely buy from them again, and I would recommend Screen Country to others.

They are definitely trustworthy. My order was processed and delivered quickly. The first time around I received a broken screen, despite the careful packaging. So I immediately contacted screencountry, took some photos and they sent a new screen pretty fast. My laptop is now up and running! It was pretty cheap too, in comparison with other options. Four stars only because the screen was broken the first time around (although that was probably FedEx's fault).

Prices are pretty good and personnel tried to be helpful. However, they are completely inflexible about shipping, cannot ship the same day, cannot ship using your own shipping company, cannot pick up... cannot anything no matter what, feels really frustrating. I understand the need for policies but lack of flexibility from management can destroy a company, I've seen it soooo many times.

Laptop Screen aka Screencountry started badly on Sitejabber – they spammed the site in April 2011 with dozens of fake reviews and that annoyed quite a few reviewers. They also had problems with a handful of customers who had less than satisfactory service by the company and made their feelings known.

On the plus side, since this review was originally posted, they have revamped the company systems, organised to deal with negative customer feedback in more supportive way, and have garnered a whole host of (hopefully genuine) positive reviews.

Let's look on this as a win for Sitejabber, but also a win for Laptopscreen.com / Screencountry who have ended up with a better business and a much higher percentage of happy customers. I wish them success.

The lesson to all businesses is – don't spam review sites – the sh*t will hit the fan and take a long time to clear up!

Have bought two different replacement screens from them dues to sitting on one laptop and my wife dropping the other off her stand. Got them both quickly and installed them without a lot of problems had to rewire one to get it to work but they provided the instructions on how to do it. Got a discount on the second purchase. So far all is well with both screens

Absolutely terrible. Customer service agent refused to escalate problems to higher ups or explain why they needed massive amounts of personal information. Mocked me, refused to let me ask questions or speak to other departments, promised they'd call me (still waiting on that one...), and purposefully delayed orders. Given the fact that the customer service agent asked for very detailed personal information, including a photo of my ID, but refused to answer my questions or let me talk to billing about whatever the problem was, I am assuming that they are scamming people and stealing IDs. Seriously be careful of this company.

ScreenCountry.com guarantees a working replacement LCD or your money back!

Orders that are placed to ship to one state using a credit card from another state are subject to order verification in order to protect cardholders against on-line fraud.

This person has placed an order using somebody else's name to be shipped outside of the cardholder's home state and has refused to provide the cardholder verification documents resulting in an order cancellation. They are being untruthful about our company refusing to assist with the order verification, quite the opposite, this person appeared to be covert and uncooperative during the order verification. Instead of completing verification they placed a separate order using yet another person's name and a different card. This person then reached out to our customer support manager on the phone, and attempted to impersonate the cardholder from another state, introducing themselves as Michael in a female voice. Our manager refused to believe that they were Michael, in-turn Maggie refused to believe that she was speaking to the manager. As a result the second order was also cancelled.

A detailed report as to why the two orders were refused and a suggestion on how to proceed was provided by our billing administrator afterwards. This person wrote multiple negative reviews for our company on multiple 3rd party review sites.

Broke my laptop screen during a Holiday weekend and needed a new one quick. I ordered one from Screencountry and received it very quickly, quicker than I expected. The replacement was excellent and still is, the quality is awesome. I received an LG screen that has a beautiful display it's very bright and clear, better than my factory screen. I would recommended them to anyone in need of a screen replacement. If I ever need another screen replaced I will definitely order through Screencountry again.

I received a screen from this company for my Toshiba laptop. It worked great. No problems with installation at all. Then again, I have done it several times in the past, this company just happened to have the cheapest price at the time and for that model. I'd buy from them again. :)

I ordered a replacement screen for my Toshiba, which I stepped on. The screen arrived in one business day, but I also live in the same city as the screen shipped from.

For $85 all in, it was definitely worth it to order from screencountry. My only negatives would be that the screen colour isn't quite as vibrant as my original screen, and there is a slight "smudge" in the one of the corners about the size of a period, which I can only see on some sites, so am not bothered by it at all.

Ordered a replacement screen for my MacBook Pro 15 inch, shipped fast and worked perfectly. I can't really speak to why so many people have trouble with their screens but mine hasn't developed any problems and it was the cheapest replacement screen option I could find anywhere.

BTW, one of the reasons for the influx of positive reviews lately may be because screencountry is sending out emails to customers asking them to write a review on site jabber, and no I'm not getting anything out of it by giving them a positive review.

Not the most modern website, but fairly easy to navigate with useful tips on how to pick the right screen. Would have preferred more payment options, but a real plus was the speed of the delivery. Only the screen came with a couple of stuck pixels. Overall good service, would use again.

Bought an HP laptop in June as a Christmas present for my daughter. Well my wife dropped it during wrapping and the screen looked liked a snow storm. Wouldn't dare to try to return it so long story short, I purchased a screen from ScreenCountry, came in the mail in 3 days (I live on the East - was shipped on the West coast). The price was very competitive and was better than ebay and Amazon. The packaging was secure with proper markings as being fragile. Installed it using a youtube video and in less than 45 mins, it was back to a Merry Christmas.

Saved a lot of money and time with this site and best of a shipping was quick and professional cheap too. The screen I ordered was factory quality or better even no issues with it even 3 weeks later best experience with pc parts buying I have had A++

I have had a great experience. I cracked my laptop screen and was given estimates of over $200 to have it fixed at a shop so I took a chance and ordered the screen part from Screen Country and I am very pleased with my decision. My screen arrived in less than 5 days and is in perfect condition. I spent a total of $75 (shipping and tools needed included) for this self-repair and I am just thrilled with joy in having fixed my laptop myself for a fraction of the cost and time if I had taken it into a shop. I will always order from this website when needed.

I broke the screen on my Lenovo x220. Lenovo wanted something like $750 for a new screen or they would repair my laptop for over $1,000. I contacted screencountry and they helped me pick out the correct screen and had it shipped overnight all for less than $100. Screencountry had a video that showed how to replace the screen, which I followed and now the laptop works 4.0. I would also point out that the original screen in my Lenovo was a Samsung and the replacement was made by LG of the same resolution. If you are comfortable with a screwdriver then this should be an easy repair.

I found the business from searching google for the screen I needed. They sent the right one, it was sent super fast, and way cheaper then from ebay. Very happy, will definitely buy from them from now on for all my client's screens

I purchased a screen for my CQ60 about 18 months ago and I'm still using it today.
I was immediately satisfied with this website (www.screencountry.com) It is very easy to navigate, easy to find exactly what you're looking for, fairly priced and offer several payment options.
Screen Country offers quality products. I'm a truck driver and I take my laptop with me everywhere and I still have no problems with it, the color is still sharp and bright.

My 12 year old son wanted to repair his own broken laptop screen, and so after watching several repair videos online, and hearing about this company through You Tube, he decided this was the company to go to. Reliable, American, and guaranteed. He figured out what screen he needed, found the part, and we ordered. The screen came faster than I expected and fit and worked perfectly, with no bad pixels. It was an easy repair! My 12 year old did it mostly himself. I only really helped with gently unplugging and re-plugging in the screen. I would recommend this company for sure. Make sure you know exactly which screen you need before you order!

I ordered a replacement screen for my wife's laptop after she dropped it. The screen came within 5 days of placing my order, via UPS, and was in perfect condition.
