A totally bad experience. Been buying screens from Screen Country for our repair shop in California since 2008. Almost all have either been the completely wrong model, or they come malfunctioning.

Customer service is terrible. They are slow to respond and offer no reparations for any mistakes. The last time I purchased a screen from them they first sent the wrong LCD entirely, and second they shipped one with pink vertical lines. Our client waited over two weeks and screen country didn't offer anything beyond fulfilling the original order.

Avoid technician Giedrius T*********, he's rude and will ignore you.

I ordered a screen for my old Dell Inspiron 1420 and received it the next day, as requested. Great service, website easy to navigate. Utube instructions had me back in business within about 30 minutes. Extremely satisfied, I will definitely use the site again if I have the need!

Ordered the screen that the site said I needed for my laptop. It arrived fast and packaged securely. After watching the video provided by Screen Country I was able to replace the screen myself with ease. Very happy with the entire experience.

Found the right screen just using their online data base with just the make and model of the laptop. I received the screen in the mail well packaged and in perfect condition on the day it said it would be here. I have ordered dozen's of screens from this company and have yet to have an issue.

I managed to damage 2 laptop screns within a week... Fortunately Screen Country had replacements in stock and at a great price point. I received the screens in a couple days, followed their online instructions and now have 2 functional laptops with zero dead pixels. Couldn't be happier, I would highly recommend them.

Quick delivery and exactly the part that I needed. Installation was very simple on my Acer 1810t and the replacement screen is as good, if not better than the original. No dead pixels at all.

Well shipped in secure packaging, Delivery to my door in just a couple days. Great company, would highly reccomend them if you need to replace a laptop screen.

Couldn't ask for better. Just need ed the model number of the computer. Exchange of screens went smooth. New screen works great. Now if I can just keep from sitting on the computer again, I'll be set.

Everything was delivered on time, worked great, and the site was easy to use. I don't know why there is questions about the good reviews, but personally I liked the website and was very pleased with the product I received, which is the right model and works perfectly.

The screen for an MSI laptop was shipped quickly and arrived in great condition and worked when installed.

Also like that they have the option to order tools for the screen removal. Will order from Screen Country again.

Hey, I don't know what all the whining is about, I got an email asking me, that since I bought a laptop screen to replace a broken one, would I mind doing a reveiw of screencountry.com. Well the site is great! I easily found the screen I wanted, one actually better than what I originally had. I have opened and installed drives, memory and graphic cards on my desktop but never done anything like like changing a screen before. After checking "how to" instructions I was still a little hesitant but after shopping around I ordered from "screencountry.com" because their site looked very professional, organized, and I just had to click through a list till I found my laptop then select the screen I wanted. I upgraded to an antiglare screen, now my laptop look like a completely different one. Plus they have very clear video of how to install it. It was one of the coolest things I have ever done and I don't think I could have without "screencountry.com" Thanks guys again Mike Williams NY

I was looking for a laptop screen for a Gateway Laptop and I do a lot of research and price matching to get the most reasonable cost. Screen country has gone above and beyond with price and warranty not to mention an exact match and new. I will be shopping again and again. Don't change a thing you have my vote wholeheartedly. I ordered the LCD insert for a Macbook. The product was received within the week at my door, well packaged and in good condition. The price was reasonable and they respected my request NOT to send it via United Parcel Service -- UPS gouges customers with $50+ "brokerage fees" at the time of delivery. Very satisfied. CK

Ordered a screen for my daughter laptop. Receive tha new screen in record time, I followed the instructions that are in their installation video and in less than 20 min the laptop was working with the new screen.
Screen is exactly than the original and so far is working perfectly.

It took me awhile to decide if I should try to replace my cracked screen or simply invest in a new laptop. I finally decided to try to replace the screen and I am so glad I did. $80+ and the laptop is good as new! I did use their video to learn how to find the correct part #, ordered, received the order promptly and then used their video to learn how to install the new screen. No issues here! I did notice some of the negative comments on this site and want everyone to know that I did receive an email from Screen Country with this link asking me to comment on my experience.

I ordered a laptop screen from another site and when i got my screen it was the wrong one. The Pin connector was too small, they did not give us the Pin connector information in the description.
I did another search and found screencountry.com. They didn't have my exact screen, but found me a compatible one. Delivery was great. Received it. Popped it in and am super satisfied with my new screen. I should have gone to screencountry.com in the first place when I saw the site in my search results before buying from the other site. Oh, and screencountry.com was cheaper too!
Thank you so much for my new screen! My laptop in back in working order and my husband can have the T. V back. (we hooked up a VGA cable to the T. V and used it as a secondary screen. My laptop then became a desktop lol.)

My screen arrived with a manufacture defect on the flex cable (cracked). After two Email's and a phone call, Screen country shipped a replacement screen and paid for the shipping. No arguing required!

The experience was probably the easiest online shopping experience I have had. I searched my type of laptop, they had the exact match, I ordered the screen. The screen arrived in perfect condition. I installed the screen-everything matched perfectly. The delivery came with 2 options of packages for return (if needed). Very pleased with the fast delivery and accuracy in ordering.

I am reading the last review and I can explain. I was a customer of Screencountry who sold be a very reasonably priced screen for my laptop. About $100 with postage. They also had a great video to show me how to do the work my self.

They were recommended to me by the London Drugs techie who could only sell me a screen for about $700 and then another $100 for labour. (took about 15 minutes to do and I bought some small screw drivers)

It would have cost less to buy a better laptop (which I did not need). THis company is highly recommended by me and they sent me an email to help them get the work out in this system. I am happy to do so.

I don't care what the bad reviews say. I checked out what they had. They had what I wanted, & at a decent price, so I ordered it & it arrived quickly. I was able to replace my Toshiba Laptop screen with the exact same Samsung LCD model that it used to have, at about 25% of the price Toshiba wanted for it, and it works great. Thus, I am a happy client, and I have nothing bad to say about ScreenCountry.com. They must be turning over a new leaf, if you believe any of the previous negative reviews..

The service was surprisingly fast as I live in Houston and the screen came from BC where my kids live. I was a hero to my son as I fixed his problem in a hurry.
The only downside was the operation of the website... it timed out during the order duplicated it and now I am the proud owner of a spare screen

My wife dropped her Toshiba and ruined the screen. She did the research and decided I could replace the screen. I watched all the videos and decided I'd give it a go. I took the old one out so I could get the original part number and called the 800 number to confirm which number to order online. I received the new screen in just a few days. I put the new one in as directed by the videos (it is quite easy) and it works like a charm and my wife is thrilled with how much we saved. The videos are invaluable and the service was top notch. I highly recommend Screencountry.com.

Ordered the screen and it arrived in a few days. Lots of info so it took me a while before I found the right screen on the website. The laptop was an older Dell and there were several possible models. I recommend you either check the old screen or tripple check the model before you pull the trigger. Worth the $95 for sure.

The website made it easy to find the screen I needed to replace. The video on how to replace a screen gave me the confidence to do it myself and not pay expensive retailers for this service. The price was lower than I had anticipated. I was successful on the install and things are working great! Thanks!
