SD Bullion

I ordered 110 oz of silver(x100 1oz rounds and a 10 oz bar). The silver bar was placed on backorder, so my shipment date got pushed almost a month out. I contacted customer service and they offered a comparable bar as a replacement and shipped my order the next day.

Shipped via USPS and received within 2 days! Ordered the $10 junk silver bag. Just wish I would have gotten a mix with dimes. I just got quarters. But no big deal, that's fine.

It took a bit long to receive the order but I realize SD bullion is very busy. I ordered from another company on the same day and their product arrived 3 days faster.

I tried this company because its the preferred one of Sean at SGT. Thank you. It was all perfect, except an older Eagle I got was quite stained and ugly.

I ordered 20 silver eagles year 2016. I received them in a tube but the green top was broken in pieces. Also there was no padding at the top so the coins moved. You need to package better.

Great but I was disappointed in seeing that Liberty Bell coin. I do not care to see a picture of that reptillian, evil, satanic, witch Queen Lizzy anywhere.

Thanks for the consistent handling of my orders! The pricing at SD Bullion is also hard to beat. I see myself using SD again in the future for my precious metals needs.

SD bullion prices are very low. The speed of delivery was a little slow, it was a little tricky trying to track the package, but other than that everything was great!

User friendly website, fast delivery. Only issue was that the capsules were scratched like they had been inproperly handled. I would recommend S. D Bullion.

Having long been a coin collector, I began buying bullion and bullion coins a few years ago and am always looking for reputable dealers. Recently bought 1 kilo bar of silver from SD Bullion. I'm very pleased with their prices. They beat my go-to dealer in this area. My first purchase was made using ACH debit, which is my preferred method of buying bullion. Here is where SD Bullion doesn't do as good a job as my preferred dealer. That process took a least a day or two longer. This isn't something to fret over and should be somewhat expected with this type of payment. I've made another with a credit card for bullion coins and three days later I'm still waiting for them to get back to me with a notification that payment has cleared. This isn't necessarily a show-stopper for me either as my prices are locked in. It is a bit annoying. This company advertised low prices and I can vouch for that claim. I do believe they sacrifice service to keep their prices low. There are a variety of shipping options and I chose the standard shipping option as I have my bullion shipped to a Post Office Box. Strongly suggest they offer signature service! I was surprised to find my 1 kilo bar of silver (valued at well over $800) in my P. O. Box. In defense of this company, I didn't specify signature service and if it was offered at the sale, I didn't see it. They did provide tracking information with their standard shipping. I just would prefer when it comes to that dollar amount for a signature to be required. It always as from my preferred dealer. To summarize, this is a good, reputable company. I'll buy from them in the future, despite a longer hold time than I'd want. I'd also like to see a signature service option at delivery, but I'd still recommend them.

I love the way it's packaged. Great quality products. I was sad this time because I paid for quick delivery and it took a couple of weeks.

Easy to order. Ask for a variety of coins but got all of their coins. Disappointed in that. Hoping to get buffalo and liberty.

I wish there was more flexibility of delivery. I had to race home to meet the USPS. The silver bars are beautiful. I highly recommend.
