I accidentally placed two orders and the customer service team reached out to let me know and asked if I want to cancel one. I thought that was very thoughtful of them. Good quality suits for a low price compared to other places.

Cute styles, I wish there were options to purchase tops as well as bottoms separately. I'm worried about sizing since my chest falls in a much different size than my waist & hips. Looking forward to trying it on when I receive it.

It's the worst I have ever experienced! Don't shop with this lot! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Emailed on a number of occasions and by Face book Messenger and no response. I just wanted to return an item. They are different to any company I've dealt with - you have to email them to return items and they would respond in 1day, nope. You can't send to address on the package either! Anyone managed to return items? If so can you share the details please. Never again!

I have contacted customer service four times requesting a return and it has not been approved. I wanted to exchange for another size but it's been so difficult I would just rather return at this point. I am doubtful it will all be handled before my vacation.

Sea Fancy has cute suits, but it took almost 6 weeks to get the suites. They never contacted me to let me know. I had to contact them and then they said just be patient. So, the price is right but you will wait a long time.

I love the swimsuit I ordered. I'm 5' 8" and 115 lbs and the size small fit great. The material was much higher quality than I expected, and provided very good coverage, particularly the swim shorts.

As some reviewers noted, shipping took about 2 weeks, but I was provided a tracking number. I did not have any issues, and would definitely order from Sea Fancy again.

There does not seem to be a live customer service. Returns require multiple back and forth emails. The process is complicated, difficult- and ultimately I have not received an authorization, nor and address to which I may send return items.

I have been trying to make a return for 5 days. Though I have provided all requested information, including photos, I still have not received a return authorization nor an address to which I may return items. The return process is complicated, time consuming and possibly dishonest.

Shipping took a little longer than expected with not much updates or confirmation when package was delivered

As a mom I've had a hard time finding a comfortable suit that fits right. This one was perfect it has the band on the shorts that keeps my tummy in. Adjustable straps on the top to make sure no one sees anything and is so comfortable. I don't think I will ever get a different brand of swimsuit again

These bathing suits are super cute! I love the pockets, and how there are more fitted shorts underneath the loose short!

Ordered over a month ago, tried and tried to get them to communicate what was happening with the order only to be told everything was sold out. Then made me chose other swim wear as replacements. Eventually got a tracking number and shows it was the original swim wear we ordered but we still haven't received anything. Have been told to "be patient, it's coming." Doesn't matter how high quality the swim wear ends up being, if we ever get them, the customer service and company as a whole is a joke and we won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered 3 suits completely based on the size chart measurements. One suit did not show up, and I had to reach out to customer service before I was told it was out of stock and given a refund. The other 2 suits were SO big they sagged off of me even though I directly used the chart. The return process was awful. Sending a photo to initiate, having to pay $20 to ship them back to get a refund, and having to confirm delivery and request a refund again. You're competing against Amazon, returns shouldn't be so complicated. The quality of the suits seemed good. They felt like good sewing and good material, but I was unable to put that to the test.

Customer service does not answer emails, though their site says they answer within a day. A few days after I sent an email inquiring when my items would be shipped, I received an email from Sitejabber asking me if I had received my order yet. I clicked the "not yet received" button and the suits showed up about 3 days later. All in all, it took a month from ordering to actual delivery.

This has been the worst experience dealing with this company. First, no one responds to my emails regarding status for a week. Finally got an email saying they had shipped. When we did receive the order 1 swimsuit was missing. The 2 we did get were either too big or too small. I will not be doing business with this company anymore. This has been a horrible experience and the customer service sucks!

I received two swimsuits! I am a mom of three and these made me feel comfortable and beautiful! I wore them on our beach vacation all week!

These were described as swim shorts. Be warned, they are definitely not. If anything, they're just leisure shorts. Not made of swim suit material and not even lined. If I wanted to use them as they're advertised, I'd have to buy an additional bikini bottom to go underneath and they'd still just soak up the water. Customer service is terrible too. Told them the issue and they just thanked me for my input. Asked to be able to return for a refund and have heard nothing back in a week.

I really enjoy wearing your costumes which today my friend exclaimed " I want One!" The halter strap In Particular are very elegant and super comfy. This is my third order, very happy customer. Delivery is usually prompt and the quality so far has not disappointed.

Their bathing suit size ran extremely small (not even close to the appropriate size) in comparison to the same size from other companies as well as expected fit. That wouldn't be a problem if this were a responsive company, but unfortunately emails sent one week ago and three days ago have gone unanswered. There is no other way to contact this company. If this changes, I will update the review, but at the moment I am regretting this purchase and feel compelled to warn others not to waste their money.

I m always happy with the quality and fit of your swimwear. I've purchased a couple of one pieces and bikinis over the past 2 summers and have never been disappointed. Love the flattering shaped for my body, and the colors are beautiful.
