PS: I loved all of the items I bought so much that I came back to update my review here and rate each piece that I bought and have worn so far! That is definitely a rarity in my world.

The website does not respond to any emails or inquiries about 80% of the time. I have gone through a lot of work to return a bathing suit that I didn't like the fit. Customer service did not respond until I filed a case with PayPal. Then they tried to offer discounts and partial refund but I am not interested. After I did not accept, I didn't receive any further response. I am glad to have paid through PayPal so they will resolve it at least

Terrible, minimal response, no free returns and really difficult to fully be able to return product by recovering instructions to do so.

Good quality but horrible shipping times! Took forever to ship and about a week longer for delivery than the website says.
The products themselves are very nice and flattering, good materials, and feel great on.

Easy to navigate the website, took awhile to get here (honestly I was worried it was a scam for a bit-so used to overnight everything with Amazon) but finally made it and loved two of the three. A small alteration is needed on one and the third I may return. We will see how they hold up with the first wear and wash!

I only received two of the four swimsuits I ordered. I was told by customer service that they shipped the second part of the order and they really just created a second tracking number and it has never moved.

I can not believe I placed my order on 3-6-24 and have yet to receive my order. I can't even rate the products because I have not received them and when I check the tracking there is no estimated arrival date.

Have reached out to customer support multiple times through multiple platforms about sizing issues and return info and have not heard anything. I will now be outside of the 30 day return window and no longer eligible for a refund. I do not recommend this company.

I love the shorts. I chose sets specifically for more support for a bigger busts, but I found the busts support to be lacking.

It came a month after ordering, didn't get shipping info until two days before it arrived. I thought it was going to end up being a scam, but they arrived! Two of the three suits are unacceptable, we'll see how the third holds up with wear!

Fast response, slow solution

Do not do any business with this company. If you look up other customers' experiences you will find the same story over and over again. They do not respond to emails for returns or exchanges. This is how they steal your money. I ordered four swimsuits to try on, was unsatisfied with how they fit, and emailed to ask for a return. They ignored my first several emails. When they finally did respond (after I threatened a lawsuit), they sent me a shipping address in New York. I had to pay for the shipping of course. I sent my tracking number to them and know the package has been delivered, but they are now ignoring all of my emails. I'm getting my lawyer involved but wanted others to be aware. Stay far away from them.

The quality and price was better than I expected and I loved the items I bought! There was one thing that I didn't like how it fit my body and they give multiple return options that are stress-free and easy. Would definitely purchase from here again!

I have yet to receive this order at all. I've been asked to send an email to an address that die at exist. So my review is a bush zero as I have no way of getting these items or contacting the company to get a refund.

The suits were so beautiful in the pics online and with it being an overseas company, I was nervous to order. But I went for it and so glad I did! I ordered 3 suits and I love them all. They are excellent quality and fit amazing. I have washed in cold and hung dry and they wash very well. Such great prices, I'd recommend them to anyone who has difficulty finding a suit for their body type.

I ordered two suits and they fit perfectly. They are comfortable.

Ordered these cause i hate bikini bottoms. These are so soft, and so comfortable i actually wear them as shorts to go shopping! Also, pockets.

User friendly site, ordering is always easy. My order shipped quickly. All three swimsuits I ordered fit great and are a good quality for a great price. Very pleased. I continue to be a happy customer, as I always have a good experience.

I ordered 3 bathing suits from this shop. They arrived on time. One had loose stitching, one was unlined and see-through, and one was weirdly sized. I tried to contact them about returns. After a couple weeks, they finally responded with a form email explaining my options: return items to an as yet unspecified address or accept a 40% refund. I asked for the address. They never responded. After a month I suggested I would accept a min. 60% refund. They sent me a email telling me 40% would be deposited in my account. I'm still waiting on that money. This whole process took nearly a month and a half and still isn't resolved. Don't trust this company or the positive reviews.

I bought swimsuits in preparation for my vacation 3 weeks in advance. But I was very stressed as I only received the order 1 day before my flight out. The communication and tracking was not great but I appreciated one customer service representative who said they'd put a priority request on it. Overall, stressful not exactly knowing delivery date and tracking info but in the future just order well in advance.

I used the size chart to get an accurate size using my measurements & ordered accordingly.
All arrived just in time for my island vacation, but...I was lost (too large) in the suits. Customer service said I could return suits if I pay the shipping back to them (who does that?)
Instead I packed them for my trip, and offered them to my fellow travelers, 2 of 4 went to my sis. (She is a XXL, I should be a M/L.) Sizes r true to American sizing. If I knew that, I would have ignored the size chart.
The measurements on the size chart r deceptive & sent me the wrong direction.
Quality is very good 👍 the suits are adorable (on my sister.)

Customer service was very kind, unfortunately they won't provide return shipping fees. I was also told that I needed to send a photo of the sani-strips in place. Not all the suits had them, 3 of 4 did,
1 kept falling off, (& my cat partially ate it.)
The packaging when delivered (plastic bag) was torn in 1/2 & falling apart. My mailman tried to put it together w rubber bands, & hand delivered it to me so I could check if my order was all there. It was, he did a good job of collecting the contents.
Of the 4 suits that I purchased none fit me.
My sister took 2 suits, I'll use top only from the 2 piece suit & give away the big bottoms.
The 4th suit (sani strip kept falling off 🙀) I'm still on look out for the right sz body. It's not worth a trip to the post office, no free returns, & it didn't have a sani- strip to fulfill CS requirements for a return.

I ordered a swimsuit. And then read the reviews…mostly they were bad. Oops but too late now. However my actual experience was completely different than reviews I had read. The order took 1 week to arrive (to New Zealand). The shipping updates were good. The fit is fabulous. The quality is way better than what I expected for the low price.

Pre-delivery: Shopping was easy and the size chart helped a lot. Let's see how long it'll take to deliver.
Post-delivery: delivery was quick. Both swimsuits were too big for me, so the size chart cannot be trusted. Still, the swimsuits are beautiful.
