Poor customer service - almost impossible to return anything. In fact I haven't even been able to complete the return process due to delays from Sea fancy. I should've read reviews or done research before I ever ordered

They kept offering me 30% of my purchase instead of just giving me the return address and information

First, the incorrect suit loads into cart and I was not able to actually get the suit I wanted. I ended up ordering a different one. I used the sizing chart provided and carefully took measurements. The swimsuit is ludicrously over-sized, completely unwearable, although based on the chart provided it should fit perfectly. There is no clear way to ask for a return or exchange, so now I am stuck with a suit I absolutely cannot wear. Awful product and terrible experience all around. Do not recommend.

I ordered a bathing suit and it was never delivered. I've been in contact with customer service for over a week and no refund. They told me it was sold out and could provide a refund but none has been provided or follow up has been done. I wish I could say it was great! But I'm out $41

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts for my daughter and neither of them worked for her. I read the return procedure on the website which consisted of having to request a return via email and wait for an approval before being able to return items. It has been 4 days since I sent the return request and I have not received a response. This is not convenient. Other companies allow you to notify them of your return on their site and send an approval immediately.

I sent a return request to the email address listed on the website. It stated that was the process to be approved for a return. That was 4 days ago and I still have not received a response.

No one let me know that this suit I ordered was out of stock until I reached out after I should have received it in the mail. I understand having to update inventory and that there are times things are ordered that the online stock shows inaccurate amounts for. But not having the decency to reach out is very unprofessional. It then took over a week for me to get a response.

I have emailed SeaFancy 3 separate times about returning my one piece suit because I ordered a size too big. They have not responded. I just received an email from sitejabber to review my order, and that is the only communication I have had with this company. Very disappointing and a waste of my time and money. I am still waiting to see if I can return this suit before the 30 day policy. SeaFancy has been unprofessional and unhelpful so far.

I still haven't heard back from customer service after 3 email attempts to return my one piece suit.

The top was too big but the bottoms fit so I just reordered the next size down and was able to get the 2nd bathing suit for $15.

Product was fine but did not fit. It is impossible to return. I follow the directions on the website and emailed them three times with no response. I then tried to contact them on Facebook, still no response. You better be sure you want a swimsuit from them because once you get it, there's no going back.

I ordered 3 bathing suits. One XXL and two XL. The XXL was overall too big on me but great proportions. One of the XL fit more like a Large and the other XL fit pretty good. I opted to keep them all and gave the XXL to a friend. The prices of these suits are amazing! Pretty good quality for the price!

I wanted to return the XXL but got a partial refund to keep instead of returning.

The products that I received from SeaFancy were accurately represented on the site and in the product descriptions. The fit and quality of these items is what one would expect at this price point and I have no complaints. I did have some concern with the longer than usual shipping time, but was able to communicate with customer service and they provided details that alleviated my worries. I would consider ordering from this company again due to the overall positive experience.

It's been a month and despite not receiving the items yet, I continuously get emails asking t rate and review. One email had an option to report missing items, but the contact email just kicks back as undeliverable.

As a member of the LGBTQ2S+ community, these short bottoms are exactly what I was hoping for - great material and fit. A shame you cannot choose different sizes for tops and bottoms. The tops are loose and are more like tanks vs swim wear (provides no compression), despite the fact that I have a proportionate build. But I'm so happy with the shorts and still feel the suits were a reasonable price - definitely worth it! Delivery was quick! Very happy to feel so comfortable in swim wear this summer!

I ordered this swimsuit after seeing a facebook ad. It's very cute and the price was very reasonable. It felt like it took a while to get here, but I don't need it until May, and I think I'm spoiled by Amazon prime. The only downside was I think the swimsuit is larger than I expected; I'm not sure the sizing guide on the site is right.

My overall experience was good. I received my order within the time frame 7-15 days. 13 days to be exact. Promos on website is tricky. I have to contact customer service. End up not getting the promo. With my 3 orders only 1 is good (sarisfied) considering the $35 prize. I have to return 2 orders. I will give my review on their return process.

I had no problem with the service. Good website and speedy delivery and well packed goods. It was the sizing which wasn't good. I ordered larger sizes which also implies I have bigger breasts. Bone of these tops could accommodate more than an A size breast.

The bathing suit is fantastic! It is EXACTLY what I was looking for. A 2-piece that looks like a 1-piece. However it took 3 weeks to receive. Im so glad I got it but shipping could be a little quicker.

Ordered and paid for product. Received "shipment" email and tracking information says that label was created but product was never taken to post office. After 2 weeks from receiving the shipment email, I emailed customer service and never headed back.

It took a while for the suit to arrive, more than a week. I guess that's to be expected, but combined with other factors I probably would not order from seafancy again. There are other less sketchy sites for buying swimsuits that are similar in price.

The material appears very thin and cheap, and it took 2 weeks to arrive. Would not recommend. On top of that the only reason I'm writing this at all is the persistent emails asking for a review, after unsubscribing from all emails.

I asked for a return but you can only do so if you have the plastic bag the item arrived in… so I can’t return it.

I was looking for a modest and sporty yet flirty swimsuit that would flatter the top and not be gaping. I'm very pleased this one fits perfectly and checks all the boxes. If you're in the IBTC like me this top is exactly what you need.
