I first saw the pictures of your bathing suits while scrolling the internet, and LOVED the shorts with the top sets. The prices were unbelievable, leaving me with the ability to purchase both a small and extra small.

The material is awesome. They fit really well, and are so comfortable. I will be purchasing all of my future bathing suits with seafancy.

The return policy requires an email to customer service requesting a return label. After multiple emails, I still have not received the return address. Customer service offered a modest rebate and coupon which I declined, but they continue to withhold their return address.

I am trying to return the bathing suit size large. You have not responded to my email. Clothes did not run close to size and were not the best quality. Reviews on your product were not good and all mentioned difficult return policy.

I tried to make return the bathing suit, because I am a large, and they sent me an extra small. It was very difficult to get customer service. When I finally did, they refused to give me the address to send back the bathing suit. I tried in four separate emails to no avail. I finally sent the bathing suit to the address on the package, even though they said not to send it to that address. I had no other choice. I am requesting a refund.

In four separate emails, I asked for the address to ship the wrong bathing suit too, and they didn’t give it to me. This is very poor service. Indeed they gave it to me after I simply shipped it back to the address on the package. I have no idea whether it was received. I do believe I deserve a refund.

Nearly impossible to return items. They make you jump through so many hoops and then offer partial refund if you give up from exhaustion. Then if you accept partial refund they add another fee to reduce refund amount even more. Still no refund!

I ordered 3 swimsuits from SeaFancy and decided to keep one and return two. First, the suits didn't arrive for a month. Second, returning the suits was the most cumbersome process I have encountered in retail. It was so time consuming and costly for me, I will not be ordering from SeaFancy again.

In order to process my returns, I had to exchange 5 emails with customer service. I then had to go to the UPS store to ship the product at my own expense ($24 because they require tracking). I am not anticipating the monetary processing of my returns for weeks to come, to be honest. The quality of the suits were fantastic. It's a shame their shipping, returns, and customer service process is not.

I never received two of the bathing suits ordered. Sent emails to the sitejabber as well as the company and never heard back. My ordered was placed the beginning of march and did not come until the third week of April. Finally arrived and still did not receive my full order.

Was worried this might be another internet scam where the item I get looks nothing like it was advertised or is super low quality, NONE of this was true for my swimsuit. Looked exactly like it was advertised, fit better than expected and was very high quality

The website was easy to navigate and order from. I read other reviews that said shipping took long to get to the US so I used the faster shipping option. I was so impressed with how fast my item came and I was able to take it on vacation with em!

I am disappointed with the customer service. I liked the swimming suit but it was way bigger than I expected based on the measurements and size. I contacted customer service to exchange and they gave me a run around about not returning it or returning it and I pay for all shipping and sending pictures...it was a long email that was basically trying to make it as hard as possible to make a simple exchange. I will tell my friends not to use this site as it was not a good experience and most everyone will need to exchange their orders if the sizing is as off as mine was.

I needed to exchange my suit for a smaller size but I received a long email describing the process to return and get a new size. The email was poorly written making me feel like it was a scam, the original suit took a longer than usual time to arrive. The support exchange email really pushed me to keep the suit that was too big and pay to get another smaller size. They offered to send me 30% back for the suit that was too big and then I can pay full price for the correct size. They also said if I sent the suit back all the shipping both ways would be my cost. That is not a customer service I will work with again. Before I had this experience I had sent the link to multiple friends if they wanted to get a suit also but now I will let them know it is not a good customer service company and to avoid purchasing from you. A simple exchange is very normal and common with most companies so I was not happy to see it was a complicated process. Very disappointed.

Good so far first order so we will see. It took longer than I expected to get here and I was out of town for two weeks, so I finally got it yesterday when I got back and tried it on and it did not fit well and the mesh part was scratchy and uncomfortable. I need to send it back.

DO NOT ORDER from this company if you want your produce in any reasonable time frame. I ordered 2 bathing suits expecting them to arrive before I left on a year-long trip. When my departure date was approaching I emailed to ask that my order be cancelled. (it had been weeks). I was told the order had shipped and I should wait a little longer. I replied that I would be out of the country FOR A YEAR and would not be able to receive the order if it arrived after I left. A few weeks later I got an email saying the package had arrived, and giving me an email address to contact if I hadn't received it. The email address was incorrect and the mail bounced back. A complete waste of money and time. The ads are nice looking but the company is a sham.

I ordered a swimsuit that was in stock on the website and didn't hear anything for 3 weeks. When I finally contacted the company because I still hadn't heard anything I was told the swimsuit is now sold out…when were they going to let me know?
They have now offered to swap the swimsuit for a different one or refund my money. I chose refund and will not be purchasing from here again

No customer service until I asked where my swimsuit was. Were they just going to keep my money?

I order a swimsuit from here and it doesn't fit right or look right and the material is paper thin. I wanted to return it and it says on their return/refund that you can't not open the original packaging. How the hell am I supposed to know it fits if I can't open it?!?!? So if you purchase from here make sure it's what you want bc once you open the packaging you are stuck with it and you can not refund it

I ordered swimsuits a month ago and still haven't gotten them and I have sent emails trying to follow up and haven't gotten a response. The swimsuits look cute but the lack of customer service isn't worth it.

All the patterns made the choice hard. Most styles looked cute for my needs, I am average height and pretty skinny except for my post-kid-mam-belly. The styles are unique and I can feel a little special with a little style for someone who typically never makes that a priority because momlife has hit me hard!

Some of the swimsuits don't fit right while others are great. My advice is once you find a style that fits how you like, stick with it. The quality is great but some aren't suited well if you aren't skinny or short.

Never sent my order. I reached out to them and they told me one of the suits went out of stock so they didn't send it. They sat on it while more went out of stock. Took forever to get them to refund my money and cancel the order. Sad.

Took two days or more for them to respond. At least they did but I had to initiate everything. Like pulling teeth.

I had no issues with purchasing or ordering. The shipment came when it said it would which I was grateful for. I was cutting it close with the time I was leaving for my trip. I did not need to return or talk to customer service so I can't comment on that experience.
