I absolutely love this swimsuit! The material is so soft and feels really durable, not flimsy like some cheaper ones I've tried. It fits like a glove and accentuates all the right places. The only small downside is the straps could be a tiny bit more adjustable, but overall, I'm super happy with this purchase. Definitely recommend!
Bought several to try on, couldn't return. They wanted to return 80% after about a month of back and forth emails.
I was happy with the products received, but it took about a month for me to receive my order, and I had to contact the company. However, customer service was helpful. I would give SeaFancy another chance and order again.

Many plus-size clothing items are simply regular swimsuits in larger sizes,but Seafancy specifically designs swimwear for girls like me.They also provide a dedicated size chart, and I am pleased eo have well-fitting clothes.This design is the same as standard-sized clothing,and it fits well when worn.

I had to cancel my order because they were not shipping out to me within a few weeks. The timeline for purchasing and receiving swimwear for a trip I had been planning for in advance became unrealistic.
The company was apologetic and has worked with me to begin the reimbursement process.

Customer service takes DAYS to respond and the shipping took forever. I now need to return it and the only way to do so is ONCE AGAIN contact customer service to request a return ticket. My emails keep getting sent back. I've emailed again. Still waiting. I will NEVER buy from this company again and will make sure to warn others against it.

I ordered 2 swimsuits from SeaFancy in the beginning of July. I just received them last week. (2nd week of August) If you need your bathing suits in a timely fashion, do not order from this place. They charged my credit card immediately. They said that they would send an email notification within 3 days of placing the order. I did not receive a shipping email until well over 3 weeks later. When I reached out to Customer Service, I did not receive a response until 3 days later. I would save your money and order elsewhere.

My experience with SeaFancy was quite satisfactory. I needed to exchange some items that were to big and the only issue I found was that it felt like I was being pressured into choosing an option that would be more beneficial and less time consuming for the business. However, I got what I needed and the contact I went to with all my concerns helped through until the very end.
I was repeatedly told there was another option that would be easier for the company and was asked again and again if I was sure I wanted to make my decision which was a bit annoying.

I ordered a few different options because their website says they offer refunds/returns. They DO NOT! Their communication is an absolute joke. I heard from them 2 weeks after requesting and exchange for a new size and a refund for a swim suit that was not what I ordered. They literally send one message a night so there's no actual discussion and their policy is to offer a 30% refund once they receive the item but they're super cagey about where to send the item. Exchanges are not possible so you have to just order another item in the right size. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I ordered two bathing suits in one order. When the package arrived, there was just one bathing suit in there. No note, nothing that said they're going to ship the tankini separately, nothing. It's like they forgot to pack the other bathing suit. I contacted customer service, it took them quite a few days to respond, but they told me the tankini was sold out, it's why it didn't ship. Why then, did the website allow me to purchase something if it was sold out? I never got an answer for that, but I did receive a refund for the tankini I never received, so I'll give them a star for that.

It took quite a few days to get a response, and when I did, they didn’t really answer the questions I had about why they let my purchase go through on a sold out item and then not give me any information on why my bathing suit didn’t show up. According to the website, the suits were both in stock.

I have been having issues finding a suit that doesn't wear like a thong. This bathing suit is finally a full butt coverage suit. I also have super small bust and this top really makes me feel more confident. Love the color love the style. Most importantly the entire suit is SUPER COMFORTABLE

I have no issue with quality of the product. I am disappointed with Seafancy', customer service. I have requested to return my order 6 times and company still has not provided a return shipping address. I will not shop Seafancy again and would not recommend it to a friend simply because it seems impossible to return items.

Would give this company a 0 if I could.
After multiple emails and dms through Facebook they finally sent me the return shipping address. Before they sent it they wasted days sending me offers for credits instead of returning it. When they finally sent me the return address I was out of state and could not return it immediately. They indicated that: "We currently are unable to offer a free returns service, so return shipping must be made at your own cost. Remember to give us a tracking number within 7 days after you receive the return address we provided. Otherwise, we are afraid that we will not accept returns and no refunds." So now I risk wasting shipping fees AND the cost of these items if they choose to not accept my items because I couldn't send it back within 7days of them finally sending me a return address. This is certainly a big SCAM.

After i ordered I was low key worried I got ripped off. The shipping information wouldnt tell me it was shipped and I couldnt track it at all and when I contacted customer service they werent a lot of help just mostly said to wait for tracking to update. It never did and showed up in my mailbox within like 2 weeks or so. Happy with the product at least but I wish theyd be better with their shipping information

SeaFancy gave me good customer service and feedback. They noticed that I had accidentally put two orders in for the same garment, and they let me know that they had deleted one of those orders. I thought this was extremely helpful!

It has been almost a month since I placed an order. I've not received anything other than an email asking if my package arrived and asking that I contact the company if it has not. The email to click in order to make that contact is not valid. Now awaiting response from email sent to address on webpage.
So far two emails (using the address SeaFancy provided) have bounced back as invalid. Waiting to see if I get a response from another address.

Fabric is good quality but the stiching work seems very rushed and no set to a standard size. The waistband elastics were extremely tight on 2 of the 3 I received of the same size.
And one of the tops the support band was sewn in twisted.
Saw an add and loved the style as I’m uncomfortable in most styles of swimsuits.

These shorts are not described accurately on the website. The description states the shorts are made of nylon/spandex and the lining is polyester. I purchased them to go with a swimsuit top I already had and was counting on that lining so I could wear them in the water.
