I absolutely love this swimsuit! The material is so soft and feels really durable, not flimsy like some cheaper ones I've tried. It fits like a glove and accentuates all the right places. The only small downside is the straps could be a tiny bit more adjustable, but overall, I'm super happy with this purchase. Definitely recommend!
Bought several to try on, couldn't return. They wanted to return 80% after about a month of back and forth emails.
I requested update on my order 4 weeks after I placed the order and was told that they couldn't fulfill the order cause of inventory even though there was plenty in stock when I ordered.
I was offered a credit. I had to contact my credit card company to request the refund cause seafancy wouldn't respond to my request

After my initial confirmation email, I didn't hear anything for over a week regarding shipping. I reached out to customer service, who let me know the style I'd picked was out of stock. They said I could pick a different style or a refund. I asked for a different style, but by then the original style had come back in stock, so they sent that.
Shipping took a very long time! From the time I ordered to the time it arrived it was a month. I was worried I'd been scammed but it finally came!

Site allowed me to purchase even when items were out of stock. Didn't recieve word of this until I messaged them after not getting a shipment confirmation for over a week and they told me items were out of stock. Still have not received items after a month.

First i tried to use the $5 coupon that i added another item to be eligible for and it just said coupon error. Whatever i still wanted the suit so i removed the 2nd item and paid. I Paid express shipping & I guess with the way shipping has been lately it arrived in an "okay" time. I opened & this is what I got. (I have photos, wont let me add them)
It's the completely wrong top. ALL horizontal stripes with adjustable straps. Cleary the top is advertised with vertical stripes (excluding straps) and NON-adjustable straps. The material is great but I got a small & the WRONG top seems a little big but given the models measurements I probably should've ordered an extra small. I tried to leave most of this as a review to and it wouldn't let me until they sent an email asking if i received my order. Tried to send an email and the never replied

This swimsuit doesn't have the boyleg pictured. In actual fact, the gusset is narrower than that of my underwear. The gusset is unlined and gapes at the sides. This swimsuit is lined at the front, but this lining is not any kind of power mesh or control fabric. It's just a thin lining of polyester. The sewing around the gusset has bunched up. The hygiene sticker has been dislodged and made its way halfway up the front of the swimsuit. I'll be requesting a full refund. Would not recommend.

It's been a month and I still haven't received my items. They sent an email asking me to confirm that I received the items and provided an email address to contact if I hadn't received them. When I tried to email that email address o got a bounce back saying in doesn't exist.

So I purchased my swimsuits three weeks before my trip to Puerto Rico thinking that would be enough time to received them. It's been 5 weeks and I have come and gone from trip and I have yet to receive the swimsuits. I have tried contacting customer service and I get a bounce back email saying the email is undeliverable. I have messaged them on Instagram to try to get some answers and I still have nor received a response. At this point, I'm trying to figure out a way to get my money back. I am so disappointed, I really wanted to wear the bathing suits on my trip and was excited but I never got them and have not received them to this day.
I have yet to gain any resolution from contacting customer service.

I ordered 3 bathing suits from SeaFancy this summer. 2 were fine and one (same size) was way too small. I reached out to the customer service and they were so impossible to work with - at least 1wk between emails and it took them 3 emails (3wks) to even give me the address (they were trying to upsell and make me keep it and order another). Then you pay your own shipping for the return even tho it was their error that the bathing suite was mis-sized.

This company was quick to process my payment but I never received my items. I was originally told one item was out of stock so I would be refunded for that, this was after 2 full weeks of hearing nothing after I placed my order. I emailed multiple times to cancel my order and I was told I can't since it's shipped. It hasn't shipped. I check it regularly and it says the label has been created. Also interesting the label wasn't created and it wasn't "shipped" until after I tried to cancel my order. I am very dissatisfied. It has been almost a month with absolutely garbage communication and no resolutions. Don't buy from here, they will take your money and not send your products
Horrible. They don’t respond to emails in a timely manner. When I asked to cancel my order I was told it had already shipped. It still hasn’t and that was almost 3 weeks ago. When I ask again about cancellation they said once I receive my products I could try them on, and “if I don’t love them I could gift them to a friend”. Um no. Please give me my money back!

First one of my items was told to be out of stock after i paid for it. Luckelly they refunded me for it. Then it took a month for my other item to arrive. But it came exactly as described so I guess it was worth it.
After waiting a few days for a reaponse they basically told me to keep waiting when my item didn't arrive. Eventually it came.

I ordered 4 suits and ended up really liking 2, but the return/exchange shipping was too much of a hassle and expense to be worthwhile. I found the sizing and construction to be very inconsistent. I really like the range of styles and designs and the pricing is pretty good, but between the cost of shipping and the poor construction of some of the designs, I wouldn't order again.

I really wanted to like this company because not many stores sell cute bathing suits that are shorts. However, my suit arrived with stains on it out of the bag. I reached out to customer service and they asked for a lot of photos of not only the item but of the packaging it arrived in. I unfortunately didn't have the package anymore so I guess that makes me look like an untrustworthy customer? I get the need for these photos, but I didn't have everything they asked for. I took photos of the stains but I should have saved the package, shame on me. However, it seems the company instinct is to not trust the customer and the solution they gave me was to offer a partial refund, coupon towards the next purchase and told me to WASH the clothes. I paid FULL PRICE for a NEW item that arrived STAINED and they want me to wash it for them. Do NOT shop here.

I ordered March 19th for a trip leaving April 15 and still haven't received my order. I have no idea if the items are good or not and now I don't get to take them on my trip. Also, the email they sent asking if they arrived and to respond wouldn't allow me to respond.

Seemed like a scam. I didn't get a ship date or est dlvry date. A few days after placing my order I was sent a tracking number. I clicked on it and message said invalid. I checked it for several days and it always showed invalid.
