I absolutely love this swimsuit! The material is so soft and feels really durable, not flimsy like some cheaper ones I've tried. It fits like a glove and accentuates all the right places. The only small downside is the straps could be a tiny bit more adjustable, but overall, I'm super happy with this purchase. Definitely recommend!
Bought several to try on, couldn't return. They wanted to return 80% after about a month of back and forth emails.
I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with the 3 bathing suits I ordered. They are beautiful, very good quality and you can not beat the price. Shipping took a few weeks, so plan accordingly, but so worth the wait. Thank you!

I waited for my order for over 2 weeks before it finally arrived. I don't know if there was a glitch with the shipping tracker or what, but it literally said "label created" for 10 days before it moved on to its first location.
Nobody has reached out to me yet to help me return my order. The only thing I have received was an automated email asking me if I received my order, which included a link that led me here to this review page. Not the most helpful…….
I saw several ads on Instagram for SeaFancy and finally decided to check out the website. I enjoyed browsing the website and looking at all the different tankini options. I ended up ordering this black tankini because I liked the shoulder and back design. I have a hard time feeling comfortable in the pinching, thin shoulder straps that bathing suits normally have, so when I saw the sleeveless tank design I was immediately interested! I also liked the high neckline. Unfortunately the under-bra was so short. It was like a thin tiny helping bra for 8 year old girls with weird little circles for cups/padding.

I was a little skeptical because I saw bad reviews for their customer service but I still ordered from here. I got my bathing suit in 2 weeks and I'm satisfied.
I really like this style of bathing suit especially the bottoms because it modest and cute.

Shopping on this site was a gamble, and I'm sad it didn't work out. I would have parted ways and not left a bad review, but now I have to pay for return shipping which is very disappointing for me.
I really liked the reserved styles of swimsuits and was hopeful they would fit my body and make me feel more comfortable in bathing suit attire.

The top is too big and the padding inside the top has ripples. It doesn't lay flat to the breast.
The adds guarantee the fit and that it’s comfortable.

Was hesitant to purchase after seeing mixed reviews but I'm glad I did. Shipping was slightly longer than expected (about 2.5 weeks) but the swim suits I ordered were quite nice.
I liked the styling of the 2 piece with shorts.

I used the sizing charts listed on the site and they were completely incorrect.
They offered me anything in exchange for actually doing the return.
I wanted a bathing suit with shorts.

Didn't have any interaction with customer service but the site was easy to use. I used a code that was an easy process. Shipping took about 2/3 weeks but was worth the wait!
Was looking for suits that had coverage and these not only had that but a bang for your buck! Great quality for a great price!

The suits were received as described, but I'll admit I started to wonder if they were coming. I held onto my receipt because I was unsure my order was being filled and came close to contacting Sea Fancy, when my order arrived. I think it would reassure customers to receive a shipment notice of some sort.
Sea Fancy has cute styles at an affordable price.

I like the website layout. Lots of pretty patterns and styles. I am trying to make a return on an item that is too big. I sent them an email I believe a little more than a week ago and haven't heard back. Not sure if the request went through.

Ordered over a month ago - have not recieved item. Which would be fine execpt I recieved an email saying they were delivered. And when I wrote back to say they were NOT delivered, the email bounced - saying undeliverable. Then, I reached out on instagram and so far did not recieve any answers.

After two weeks, my order still didn't ship and when I tried to contact them, they didn't respond. I spammed them with 20 emails and yet they still didn't respond after that. The only reason they reply to me is because I demanded a refund. The only reason they apologized is because I wanted to get my money back. Spammed them again with multiple emails about canceling my order and it took them forever to reply just for them to tell me they couldn't cancel my order because they couldn't intercept the package even though I asked them to cancel it before they finally shipped it. Now after a whole month, I still don't have my order or a refund. Doesn't matter how good the bathing suits are. It is not worth dealing with the experience I've had with this company.

I will buy again pending the return process. I do have a few items that need to be returned and, on the surface, it doesn't appear to be an easy process. 2 of the 3 items were great quality.

It costs me over $11 to ship back the swimsuit and shorts that didn't fit. I know this is the reality of shipping, but I won't order again without having the option of free returns.
Because I wanted a black and white striped swimsuit top just like this one and couldn’t find it anywhere else.

It took way longer than expected to get my stuff. At one point it was sold out with no replacement but then magically it shipped AFTER I contacted them. Took about a month to receive.
Emailing them took me a while to get any response so I went to Facebook and after a day or two I got a response.

The return process is very inconvenient and is done through a lot of email correspondence. I will definitely think before ordering from them in the future due to the hassle of returning items that don't fit or don't like.

I placed on order on May 12th - I received an order confirmation email but have never received any shipping information. I then received an email last week asking if I had received my order yet and stating that I should contact them at the email provided if I have not. When I sent an email to the email address they gave me, it bounced back - because the email address doesn't exist.

This has got to be the worst company to deal with ever. Customer service is shocking. Returning an item is nigh on impossible. They just want you to keep everything even if it doesn't fit. I can not recommend enough not to use this company. I would give them nil stars if I could have.
