I absolutely love this swimsuit! The material is so soft and feels really durable, not flimsy like some cheaper ones I've tried. It fits like a glove and accentuates all the right places. The only small downside is the straps could be a tiny bit more adjustable, but overall, I'm super happy with this purchase. Definitely recommend!
Bought several to try on, couldn't return. They wanted to return 80% after about a month of back and forth emails.
Somehow my order when through twice. Someone from SeaFancy caught it, contacted me and canceled the second order. They're very easy to deal with. My suits (I ordered 2) arrived faster than expected.
I had a duplicate order. They reached out to me before processing the duplicate order and we were able to cancel one. Thank you.

I never received my swimsuits i ordered and when I finally reached out to ask where they were, was told one was out of stock so I canceled the order and never was told why I didn't receive the other swimsuit I ordered.

Had to wait a bit longer than i thought for delivery, but i didnt know where bathers were coming from.
Also didnt realise that the money quoted in the pictures were not in Australian dollars. Had to read the
Small print in terms and conditions to find out it was US dollars. Got quite a shock when I saw the
Money on my credit card.
got in touch because of the price difference. then worked it out myself. got a message from Amy
who would look into it for me. satisfied in the end.

I can't say anything about the customer service because I didn't need to return anything, but my order arrived promptly and fit very well. I'm happy with my order.

I want to return the item I purchased because the color is drastically different than advertised. I contacted customer service and they have not provided next steps on how to initiate a return.

Would have been good to notify that shipping takes a while as we were hoping to use these for a party but we didn't receive them till yesterday. As estimate showing shipping and delivery times when we place the order would have been great.
Took a long time to get a response for query regarding when the order will be shipped. Even though ups tracking number was given items didn't show shipped until every recently.

This swim suit is hopelessly mis-sized. A child would struggle to fit into it and based on the size I bought, I would need to have bought one at least 4 sizes larger. Sadly, the swimsuit has been donated to a charity shop, unworn.
Because from the pictures, the swimsuit looked suitable.

I ordered a bathing suit from this company. It states in the product description that it can be returned with permission from the Company. The bathing suit arrived, but is way too small. I wrote company asking for their address so I could return suit for a larger size. They refuse to send me the address. I paid $40 for a bathing suit from them(includes shipping) that is of no use to me. Their customer service is horrible.
They will not give me their address to return a bathing suit I ordered from them in exchange for a larger size. They want to give me a $15 settlement for a bathing suit I paid $40 for. This is the third time I have requested their mailing address to return the bathing suit and they refuse to give it to me. Their customer service is horrible.

This suit is rely cute... love the style and material but the bust is way too small. I cut out the bra that was in it and replaced it with a larger one. The swimsuit now is an OK fit. Wish SeaFancy sol separate tops and bottoms.

I really liked this swimmers however, the size was a bit too big. I could wear but it's not perfect fit. They suggested instead of return it, I can keep it and they did partial refund. If price was £25 I want a perfect fitted one but if it's 10? I would take it and I did! I think it's a great offer.

I've tried contacting customer support but the emails bounce back. It took them a month to print a shipping label but the tracking number says it was never received.
No response and most of the emails bounced.
I thought it was a cute suit and uniquely styled so when they had some discounts, I ordered a few other things. I have a few more months to dispute the order so I'm holding out hope that they'll ship my order someday.

I waited three weeks before my order was shipped out. I was not expecting that long with no word from the seller. I just wish there was more communication

It didn't take long to get what I ordered, I have seen people been saying it took them months, but for me it took less than a month. Medium is a bit small for me, the bottom part, but it's okay.
I really wanted something different for my summer bikini. Also have some scars I wanted to hide, so these are perfect! :)

I bought 3 bathing suits from SeaFancy. All of them we very low quality and did not fit well at all and not due to them being the wrong size, they were just cut really weird. I tried to follow the websites instructions for return by emailing them with pictures and reason for return and I have received no response. I am not pleased.
They never responded to me.
It was not expensive and seemed to have nice things. I was wrong.

Purchased three swimsuits from here. They are wonderful quality and comfortable. I love that they are modest and I can feel confident in wearing them. It seems to take a while for them to ship in. I think it was three weeks. But other than that no complaints.

I have paid for my bathing suit but have not received it. Ordered 6 weeks ago. Supposed to have left New Jersey for delivery more then a week ago. No suit delivered.

Customer service is very lacking, shipping took ages, and when it finally arrived it was the wrong size. I'm trying to return it, but see first comment on customer service being lacking

It took almost a month for the suits to arrive. I ordered them in May. They were shipped out May 26 and didn't arrive until the middle of June. 2 of the suits were too small and I didn't want to exchange them because shipping took so long. By the time the new suits arrived it would be too late in the season to wear them.
Took longer than promised for them to respond. The return process is intense. It feels like they look for any reason to deny the return. They asked for specifics as to why or where the suits didn't fit. They said the suits had to be shipped off within 1 week (even though it took them 3 weeks to arrive). They offered up a partial refund to entice me to keep the suits but why would I keep suits that don't fit? The return shipping address I received seemed sketchy. The UPS store I used for the return couldn't locate the address/business. I hope my return arrives at the right location.
Suits were cute and cheap. Took a chance.
