I absolutely love this swimsuit! The material is so soft and feels really durable, not flimsy like some cheaper ones I've tried. It fits like a glove and accentuates all the right places. The only small downside is the straps could be a tiny bit more adjustable, but overall, I'm super happy with this purchase. Definitely recommend!
Bought several to try on, couldn't return. They wanted to return 80% after about a month of back and forth emails.
Was not informed about shipping costs until after I checked out. Shipping is steep, especially since it took almost 3 weeks to get in

The set took almost 2 weeks to arrive so I didn't want the hassle of returning it for a better quality top and waiting even longer.
The reviews online were positive so I was disappointed in the quality of the top I actually received.

Slow delivery. Poor quality product. Terrible customer service. This particular item needs to come with instructions! Pictures do not even show how it should be worn. It just looks odd.

They made it extremely difficult to obtain their return address and only provided it when I initiated a dispute with the credit card company. Avoid.

Hard to tell if the products ship from US or not (I doubt they do because it took awhile) but my return was sent to a location in NYC so that was nice.
Fairly prompt service. Had to pay my own return shipping.

I love the variety of modest swim suits! We found so many that my daughter liked, it was hard to choose one! Shipping took forever, it was 3+ weeks. Would still. Order from them again.
The name was easy to remember later. There are several sites with the same swim suits all about the same price, so it came down to remembering the name.

There really isn't an efficient way to return the items. You email a random service email (no phone number). It is very sketch.
