I'm really pleased with this purchase, The material is top-notch and feels like it'll last for multiple seasons, When I needed to exchange for a different size, customer service made it so easy and smooth. Great experience all around!
I received my items over a month after I ordered them. The swim shorts fit but the draw string frayed immediately after wash. The swim dress barely fit even though it was described as "bust friendly" and the cups showed through quite starkly. Item was said to be a halter, it was not. Bottoms were too big. I might have known that if there were reviews on items.
I've been battling with over a month with trying to exchange or reordering a smaller size. The response time is slow to no reply.

I really liked the swimsuits I ordered. Website was easy to navigate and place an order. It took a couple weeks to get it but that wasn't terrible.
I need to exchange my items for different sizes and I emailed them about a week ago a couple days after I received my order. I still haven't heard back from them so i just had to email again. I'm afraid I'll miss the return timeframe because they haven't gotten back to me.

It was easy to order, but it was a little stressful seeing all the comments about how long it took to get. I ended up getting my order in two weeks.
I liked the coverage the pictures showed and they were most affordable for my budget.

My initial review posted 7/20/23 focused on the fact I did not hear from SeaFancy after sending several emails requesting return information for a bathing suit that was too large and indicating I had already placed an order for a smaller size.
I eventually received return information, but only after I had filed a claim with PayPal's resolution team, and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge for the suit I was trying to return. PayPal was of no help because I did not have evidence of a return. However, my credit card company issued a full credit to me based on SeaFancy's not responding to multiple emails.
When SeaFancy sent me a return address and instructions they indicated that upon receipt and inspection of the suit they would issue a refund for the suit, but not the original shipping. I promptly returned the suit. The subsequent email from the company said they could not refund my money because the amount of my claim included the shipping cost. They advised me they would send my refund if I closed my claim.
Closing the claim would have made me immediately responsible for the full charge for merchandise that was already returned. I contacted my credit card company to request they reduce the claim to the cost of the suit. They indicated from their perspective the claim was now settled and closed, therefore no adjustment would be made. They advised me it was my choice whether or not to continue corresponding with SeaFancy. I have chosen not to.
However, they have lost a customer and potential additional revenue. I have worn the smaller sized suit to my club several times. Each time I have received compliments and been asked where I purchased it. As soon as I talked about my customer service experience, everyone decided they did not want to take a chance on ordering from SeaFancy in case they also had a service issue.
I should have paid attention to the significant number of 1 ratings, the overwhelming majority of which are related to extremely poor customer service.
Tip for consumers:
The site says you will get a prompt response to emails. That was not the case with respect to their response to my initial email, nor with subsequent emails. Response delays were significant.

I'm happy to say I received my order and it was what I was hoping for. The bathing suit seems of good quality and size was prefect.
I want sure if my order had been confirmed so I emailed and they got back to me and we're also able to give updates on my order which was out of stock or on back order. I appreciated getting the emails from an actual person.

The suits are cute, the halter top with shorts is very flattering even with my excess 30 pounds. I think the website is not as user friendly.

The shipping took long than I would expect. It took them a week to send the order and then about another two weeks for the shipping process.
