I absolutely love this swimsuit! The material is so soft and feels really durable, not flimsy like some cheaper ones I've tried. It fits like a glove and accentuates all the right places. The only small downside is the straps could be a tiny bit more adjustable, but overall, I'm super happy with this purchase. Definitely recommend!
Bought several to try on, couldn't return. They wanted to return 80% after about a month of back and forth emails.
The quality of the suit is very nice, but the size I ordered was too large. It also was not a flattering fit for someone with a short waist. I am going through the return process, which is more of a negotiation. I don't have spare time, and it is very frustrating. Swimsuits are difficult to find even when you can shop in person. I understand from the company's perspective that returns are costly to their business and customers abuse return policies. It turned out to be more of a hassle to go through the process online than looking for a swimsuit in person.
I worked in retail and I am sympathetic to the challenges faced by businesses whether they are brick and mortar or in person. The response time of this company is slower than it should be. I tried the suit on (with undergarments), it was not flattering. I put it back in the same packaging immediately. Although I understand I have to pay shipping for the return, I wasn't expecting to deal with negotiation emails. The tactic worked for SeaFancy only because I care for both of my elderly parents and literally have NO FREE TIME. I agreed to a 50% compensation because my time HAS VALUE. The company kept half the value of the suit, which I am positive covered their costs, but I will not buy from them again.
I was looking for a swimsuit, saw it online and I liked the more modest cut.

I strongly advise against buying from Sea Fancy unless your 100% sure you'll like it and it fits. If not, its unlikely you'll get anyone from "customer service" to reply. Why they don't provide their returns policy on the website I have no idea. What legitimate company does not do that! I've spent £33 on a badly constructed swim suit and no way of returning it. The company should be reported and I intend to if I do not get a response soon. Sea Fancy its against the law in the UK not to provide this service to your customers

Super easy to navigate. Huge selection. Love the variety of suits for tummy control and sizes for 12-14. I bought 3 suits and each was true to size. Great material. I will absolutely be purchasing again. Very happy customer

It took a long time to get here (I may have made an address mistake?) and then the size is too big although I followed your size guide. I'd like an exchange but apparently I need to have kept the clear plastic wrapping?! It also says tags need to be on - there were no tags, only a sticky plastic protector in the between the leg area. So it all seems complicated.
it took more than two days for a response, and I see that making a exchange or refund is going to be complicated.

The customer service response team was ridiculous. The only way to contact customer service was through an email or through their social media page. Online it is stated that a response will be given within 24 hours but I didn't get one until over a week later. And their return process is the most ridiculous process I have ever had to deal with. 1/5 for sure. This was not worth it.

Shipping is super slow...took about 6 weeks. In today's world even coming from China that is slow. If I had known it was coming from China I never would have placed the order. The product was good and of nice quality. They responded quickly to the several emails I sent inquiring as to where my order was. So communication is top rate but because of shipping speed...no more orders from me.

I really like that they have swimsuits with the longer leg design on them. It makes them so much more comfortable. The price was pretty good and the material was really nice not cheep or see through. It took a few weeks to get my order but it was fine.

Bought 2 different sized one piece costumes as unsure of which one would be the best fit. I now have one to return. Have sent repeated emails, photo and explanation to the customer service address to request the return information as instructed to in the Returns and Exchange section but heard NOTHING! Seafancy this is the first and last product I shall buy from you. Fellow customers, be warned if you are likely to need to return an item.

I received 2 suits, same size. One fit very well, and one did not fit at all. I emailed customer service to initiate a return (as the website requires). I have now sent 3 emails with no response. I am nearing the date that returns will not be accepted because of no response.
I have emailed three times to initiate a return, and I have yet to get a response. Please respond ASAP. Thanks.

I absolutely LOVED both of the suits I purchased! The fit was great, and the material is a great quality. The stitching on one suit strap came undone, but it was an easy fix. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but overall I'm super happy with my purchase! I'll absolutely buy another!

The measurements lifted on the size chart put me somewhere in the range of a large depending on which measurement I looked at, but I wear a small in everything else. I went with my gut and ordered a small, which turned out to be perfect. Shipping took about three weeks even though I got several emails before it arrived asking me to review the product!
I saw an ad online and loved the idea of a full bathing "costume" the appeal of the attached shorts really got me.

The shorts are excellent! The top was a bit loose. I ordered a new one and got a smaller size to see if it fits any better. I had no way of knowing when my package would arrive or how long it was supposed to take, but it showed up a few weeks after I ordered so it worked out alright.
The responses were very prompt.
I had been looking for longer shorts that weren't as long as swim trunks.

I ordered a suit for myself and one for my niece. I wasnt sure what to expect since the price is half of what any suits cost at other places. But we are both incredibly happy with the quality and fit of the swimwear. They were delivered within a week of ordering and we will be getting more in the future!

My order arrived weeks after the promised delivery date (probably because it was shipped from over seas). I was not satisfied with the products and so asked for a return via email like the website directs. They do not disclose the address to send items back for returns on their website, so when I asked for full instructions on how to return the items, they just didn't respond. I've been trying to get them to help me return the items for over 2 months and am finally giving up. Absolutely terrible company. Do not order from them.

I tried to purchase this same suit from another website and they never sent it (waited like 2 months), but u really I wanted it so tried ordering one more time from seafancy with expedited shipping and it came in 2-3 weeks. It was still longer than their website stated but they adjusted the shipping and got it to me!
They were quick to respond and adjusted my expedited shipping costs since they were unable to meet the timeframes stated.
I really wanted this swimsuit and they were one of two options, the other merchant did not come through.

Exchange for a bigger size was proved to be difficult. There is no phone number to contact to explain the issue at hand. Instead you have to write an email. Then I was advised that I would require to pay postage for a return. Instead of an exchange, they only offered partial refund of the product.$15. And keep the product. Exchanging items with this company is not easy
