Love the style and price of these suits! Shipping wasn't the best, I was glad I ordered a couple months before my vacation cause it took a while. I'd love the option to order separate sizes for the tops and the bottoms but overall I'm happy with the product.

I ordered 2 sizes to try since the company claims to have a 30 day return policy. Unfortunately neither looked good on me. I have followed the website instructions for returns but have not received a return label or any response at all.

I have been 2 weeks trying to contact Sea Fancy with no response! They say the only way to request a return is by email but there is no response. You only have 30 days to request a return address but when there is no response to your request you are just stuck with items you don't want. Not a reputable company! Don't be taken by these crooks!

I appreciated the level of modesty and options the site offered, but shipping was expensive and took a long time to receive. The tracking number didn't tell me more than simply a label was produced for my product. Also, I guessed at the sizing, the size chart was not helpful for their measurements so I went off of my size for sports wear and was able to guess accurately.

I bought a bathing suit and it wound up being too big. When I emailed to get the return information it took me over a week to get a response and they kept trying to get me to keep a product that didn't fit for a partial refund. I finally got an address to send it back to but they said I might not get a full refund if they feel it's been worn or washed. I had to take pictures of the hygiene label and pay for shipping, both ways. I don't often shop online for clothes and this is why

Delayed and unhelpful

After receiving my bathing suit I saw it was at least 2 sizes too big so I double checked my measurements but according to sea fancy size charts I ordered properly. Now that I want a return or at least an exchange for my proper size they're saying I have to pay to send it back. This shouldn't be considering it's not me that made the mistake.

Im told I have to pay to send my ill fitted bathing suit back for a return on my money despite their size charts being misleading by at least 2 sizes.

I was slightly skeptical but ordered anyway. The only (kind of) issue I had was the tracking numbers were a little sketchy at first and I had no idea where my order was for a time, but then everything got situated with that and all was well. Order came in a timely manner and as expected. I ordered in February and my trip wasn't until May so I had plenty of time to recieve my items. Will be ordering again in the future!

When my two suits arrived in the mail I really enjoyed one of them and not so much the other. The shorts were great I loved them on both of the suits that I got, but the tops are not stretchy like a normal bathing suit. It feels like the tops were made with the wrong kind of thread. Like, the fabric itself was swim material but the thread wasn't and they feel like they have been tried on before and were stretched out.

I tried to return one of the sets but had to email them and then I was offered multiple options on how to either return, exchange, or keep the suits receive a partial refund and then get a coupon for a new suit in the future. I would be more likely to buy something else from the shop if I could buy the piece of separately especially now that I know that the tops are not something that's really functional. Additionally if you want to return the suits the return fee is on you.

I ended up choosing the option where I keep the suit received the 30% refund and then a coupon for my future purchase, because I don't want to pay the shipping fee to send it back. I don't like buying things online and this is the first time I bought something online in a long time and it just reminded me of why I don't like it.

I liked the pattern, but overall, it wasn't what I was looking for. Unfortunately, to return the product for a refund, Sea Fancy doesn't provide return shipping, so I had to pay out of pocket. I didn't feel very taken care of as a customer and probably won't order from them again.

I think my swimmers are a little bit big even though I checked the sizing chart carefully, however I haven't worn them in the water yet (saving as xmas pressie to myself) and it could be the ruching that makes me think this. They are easy to get on and off and feel really comfortable. I love the style and pattern I chose and the real product did not disappoint.

I wanted to find something that provided modesty but was also cute and Sea Fancy delivered.

I was afraid the deal was too good and the site may not have been legit especially after such a long shipping time, it took a month for my purchase to arrive. But it did, the deal was great and the quality of the material is really nice. Overall okay experience.

I ordered 2 swimsuits and a hat. Received 1 swimsuit and the hat. Reported to Sea Fancy customer service and they say they are investigating. NOT! The return label is from Hou Wenzheng. Google that name!

Overall, you get what you pay for with these. I purchased a suit for my daughter who needed an athletic swim suit for outdoor activities. The color didn't match the picture which is fine since she liked it nonetheless. It is cheaply made and a little small on her, but I have read the reveiws of returns and exchanges and considering how long it took to get the suit in the first place, we're just dealing with it. It took a while to get the package which is weird since it shipped from NJ. She can wear it, albeit looking a little weird because the sizing is a little off. I won't purchase another suit from here.

Saw the advert. Liked it. Ordered it. It arrived and I am happy with the product.
I would like to know if they are made in fair conditions please.
Can the people who make these tankinis afford to buy one for themselves, as well as the essentials of safe accommodation, healthcare, education for their children?

Communication is terrible.

I literally just want to return my purchase. I have sent five emails with no response.

I will not be purchasing from this company again and will not recommend to others.

If I could give customer service zero stars, I would. Please see above responses for reasoning.

I honestly didn't have high hopes but decided to give Seafancy a try. To my surprise the quality of the clothing is actually really good. Customer Service is also top notch. I had a couple items I wanted to return and it was a breeze! I have placed a couple of orders so far with Seafancy and will most definitely shop with them again.

The suits fit true to size but look just ok. One of the suits, the seam is uneven and causes a ripple effect which is easy to see. The quality is just ok - not amazing but not bad either. Delivery took almost 4 weeks, I ordered on July 5th and just received my order yesterday. There was also no tracking information the whole time which was annoying. Overall, I would not order from this company again.

Experience was good. Customer service answered my questions and product took the a lotted amount of time it said. Suits fit great! Would buy again.
