Unfortunately I received a swim suit that was not made properly the rushing in front was not well done and therefore the swimsuit looked awful on. SeaFancy although they acknowledged this wanted me to pay for postage to return it. I would not buy from this site again.

Product is of good quality and fit is true to size. The only piece of criticism is the different suits fit slightly different from each other.

I followed the size guide recommendations and ordered a large. I'm usually a small or medium. The large is much too long and not tight enough. After I had tried it on, over underwear, the plastic cover peeled off as I was taking off the swimmers without me realising and it landed on the carpet with the sticky side down. It immediately lost its adhesiveness so I assumed I could not return it. Another friend who is much taller than me also tried them on over clothes and said they were too long for her too... the fabric also feels very thin and weak

It took longer than a month from ordering and receiving my swimsuit. (ordered on 3/15/23) I was not provided shipping/tracking information. I began to think that I had gotten scammed and gave up hope that I would receive anything. About a week prior to the packages actual arrival, I had got an email asking to rate the delivery, and I was confused since it had not been delivered yet. Then it just showed up in my mail box this weekend 4/22/23

Shopping was fine, shipping was too expensive. I like the product and the material, the more fitted shorts inside the bottoms are nice as to not be accidently exposed. I did have to sew the top smaller but only because I'm way bigger on the bottom and the top(these hips are a curse).

Easy peasy friendly I love that there is a sizing chart that give dress sizes so your order the right size. Then to top off my great experience they send a follow up email just to make sure I got my order! You don't see a lot of that these days.

The website had a ton to choose from and I love the coverage and style.

Seafancy shipped my order immediately and I received it in under a week. When I have had problems with my order (size doesn't fit, don't like it on my body) their customer service was fast to respond and resolve my issues.I will continue to order from them in the future.

The swim suit is so comfortable and fit is great. I'm 5'6", 220lbs and got an XL. Shipping is SO slow.

It's been over a month and the product hasn't shipped. They sent a tracking number a month after the order but the product is just sitting somewhere, was never given to UPS. No response from customer support.
I want a full refund.

They said they delivered the swimsuit, but they did not. I ordered it over a month ago and never got it. Feeling really stupid that I didn't read reviews that other people had not received their orders, either. This is a SCAM.

These products and experience were okay - prices are good, but you get what you pay for, lower prices mean lesser quality in construction, materials, and fit. Fine for limited wearing and what I needed but probably won't buy from this company again.

I ordered 3 items, size medium, based on their size guide. After several weeks of waiting, my order finally arrived. They are way too big for me, didn't even bothered trying them on. They are really cute though. I will contact customer service to returm them. Actually, maybe one of them I will give to my mom and return the other 2.

Transaction was easy and shipping within very good delay. However the quality is what you can expect when you choose not to pay that much for a swimwear. The color is not quite what I expected, and there is some adjustment to do also. So overall I would say it was a satisfying transaction because I needed those soon and it's not really swimwear season overhere! In other circumstances I would probably not shop online or buy from a brand I trust with quality.

I bought two suits from Sea Fancy for my holiday- they took forever to arrive and turned up after I got back. Neither fit so I tried to return them. To make contact with someone took ages, then when I finally got through to someone they offered me 30% refund and then keep the suits. THEY DONT FIT! After negotiating an 80 % refund (as I would have had to pay to return the items and they are NOT a UK based company- also not made clear on purchase!) I was told my 80% refund would be with me in 5-15 days… it's day 16 I'm still waiting and have chased them twice.

Not happy, how a company like this can still be selling blows my mind!

I ordered several suits for a Hawaiian vacation. Unfortunately the suits did not arrive in time for my trip. They are lovely retro styles and seem well-made, but all but one are too big. I ordered sizes based on measurements from the SeaFancy site, but I should have ordered a size smaller. I will have to exchange. So far, I haven't had any success contacting SeaFancy about making returns/exchanges.

I have yet to receive a reply concerning returns and exchanges. It's been four business days since I first contacted customer service.

I order a swimsuit in June and it said it was delivered June 29th I waited to see if it was actually going to show up but it never did. I have been in touch with this company for 2 weeks or so and all they keep saying is it was delivered and to keep checking around. The only way they will help is if usps has a lost or non delivered slip. Looks like they're just going to take my money. I would not recommend buying from them!

I have reached out 4 different times for information on how to return the item that I ordered too large in. It has been 17 days and I still cannot get a return address or any information at all for that matter. I have 30 days to return for a refund and it's impossible without any response back from customer service.

The suit was too big even though I followed their chart and even sized down. They made me pay a $15.00 fee to exchange it for the correct size. Please fix your size chart and then you won't be scamming your customers out of an extra $15.00.

I don't think I should have to pay for an exchange when you provided false information.

The website says your order will ship within a few business days and that they use standard shipping (7-14) business days. This is a lie. It took them over a week just to ship my order. Now it has been almost 3 weeks and I still have not received my order. The customer service is slow to respond and not useful.

One of my items was out of stock and I was not notified until I emailed about the delay after hearing nothing for more than 3-4 weeks. At which time I was then told the item was out of stock and I could exchange it for another one. This would have been helpful to know at the time of purchase.

I did get a response fairly quickly but the quality had me questioning if it was legitimate

The bathing suit I got was a terrible fit and not great quality. I am sending it back. I am 5'3" and 125 lbs and the top was enormous (too long and too wide). The bottoms fit ok but the elastic was ridiculously tight and they didn't look flattering at all. The suit might fit someone 6' tall. The construction of the top was flimsy so not much support at all. Hope the return process goes well.

I had my hesitations about ordering from SeaFancy because I rarely order through Facebook ads due to previous experiences with other vendors, but I'm so glad I did! The shipping took a little while but the product is so worth it. The swimsuits fit true to size, the quality is nice, and they are so cute!
