Loved it. Arrived on time, good material, I ordered a medium and I'm 5' about 140 lbs so not thin. I probably could have even gotten away with a small. I was leary because I randomly found out on Facebook but I'm so glad I bought it!

Products are nice and seem to have good quality, but I won't be able to wear them. I ordered a Large two piece set and the bottom part fits perfectly, but the top part is way too big. My request for having a size M just for the top part was denied.

Their customer service is nonexistent. I submitted a request to refund some items from my order. They sent me a vague message back that didn't actually include any information on how to return the items. They have not responded to the three follow-up emails I have sent.

I followed the instructions to request a return. I was sent a vague email that included no shipping address or return authorization information, along with an offer to keep everything for a 30% discount. When I replied back that I wasn’t interested in the discount and wanted to return the items I have heard and nothing for more than 10 days.

I was unhappy with the swimsuit from SeaFancy, and asked to return it. I was given options for return, including only a partial refund! They did not want to provide me with a return shipping label, so I had to send it back through USPS with tracking. I hope I receive my refund!

I loved one of the swimsuits I ordered, but the second one came not completely sewn. As I'm trying to return it, the process is not easy, but via sending an email. This person has taken over a week to reply, and they don't want me to return it. They want me to find someone else to sew it up! When I said no, I want to return it, they won't respond to my email. I was going to order another swimsuit, but that is no longer the case. I will not be buying from this company again.

It has been a month since my purchase and I still have not received anything. After reaching out to customer service 2 weeks ago they said one of my items was out of stock so I cancelled that item but still have not received the other. I have reached out since with no reply.

First of all, the items didn't ship for about a month after I placed the order. I had to email and ask when they were going to ship, and then all of a sudden they were able to ship them.
Two of the four suits I bought fit great. But what's weird is I ordered all mediums, but one of the suits is extremely too small. I don't understand how there could be so much variation in a single brand's items. Also, even the two items I liked there was variation even though they are the exact same style of suit! Both work, but it's just so odd how they're different.
But my biggest frustration is that I emailed to request to return and still haven't heard back, and I'm wondering if they will not get back to me within the return window and then deny my return.

I was nervous about all the negative reviews being a scam or taking too long to ship, but it took about three weeks to ship as they mentioned it would and everything arrived looking nice. At one point my tracking details said the order was canceled and I emailed. They replied, and sent me a new tracking number, and everything went fine from there. I got the suit in a few different colors and I think it runs just a touch large which I sized down in anticipation of. They all fit consistently. I'm normally a US size 8 jeans and small on top. Normally I would order a medium for the bottoms but I went with a small and I think it fits like a medium. Snug without being too tight. Overall happy

The website worked well and the items came quickly. I ordered two items in XL. Item one (shorts) fit perfectly, as described in the size chart. The shorts and top of the other item (also ordered in XL) were a size too big. Not sure why the lack of consistency, but I have been trying to return the too-big bathing suit but received a very confusing description of my options and still no return address. Still waiting on an email back.

I am still waiting for return instructions and the clock is ticking. I expressed interest in exchanging for a smaller size because the item I got was significantly larger than the size chart said. SeaFancy described confusing return options (They could send me an address and I would have to pay the shipping, or I could keep the item and they would send me a new item but charge me some mysterious amount of money to keep the item which I did not want in the first place... some confusing stuff) But I asked for the return address 10 days ago and have received no response, sent a follow up a couple of days ago and still nothing.

Purchased what i thought was a nice looking swimsuit.when i tried it on,the stitching around the neck and underarms was all bunched up and crooked. I needed it right away so had to keep it.made me very uncomfortable and pissed me off! Wasn't cheap but sure looks like it

I absolutely LOVE the selection and price, I've never been on a swimsuit site before now where I liked almost every single style of bathing suit!
Shipping took a very long time but I should have read more information on their website first so that I had different expectations, so that's on me. One of the swimsuits fits me poorly and I'm not excited to pay s&h to send it back

It has been almost a month and I have not received my items. I was contacted twice to review the items but don't even have them. I emailed customer service and they said last week that they are tracking my package but I haven't heard any more about it.

Shipping is way, too expensive and slow, and thus not competitive. When the swim suit arrived and was too short -- both top and skirted bottom -- Customer Service was very helpful. The Customer must pay for the return, so I took the option of a partial refund with no return.

It was good, I love the discount, I wish it arrived a bit faster, however everything about it is amazing, the fit, the soft material, and the wide straps! I want to thank you for providing quality products at reasonable prices!

I ordered a swimsuit from SeaFancy, and then received an email that my size was out of stock. I told them to cancel the order and I went back and ordered it in another size. It's been months now, and they still have not sent either order. They then said they do not issue refunds! And they're not answering my emails now.

I need to return two of the suits I ordered. I'm keeping the third suit and probably going to order another like it.
The suits did take a few weeks to get here, so plan accordingly if ordering for a trip!

The bathing suits were really good quality! I wasn't sure what to expect because they were so cheap but I really love them! The only thing is the shipping takes like 3-4 weeks so give yourself some time if you need them by a certain date.

I can only assume the positive reviews for Seafancy are fake. Look at what reviewers on Trustpilot think of Seafancy and then see if it's worth the risk of buying from them.
I made the mistake of doing so. They don't answer emails, then if they do they say you must send items back to US (even though they were shipped from within UK). Then they say the packages must be tracked. Then they delay giving you the address in the US. Then they offer a refund of 25% of the value of the items. They are actually a Chinese business and appear to be set up to scam naive buyers like me! Luckily I understand international trading law and I don't like being crossed so it isn't the end of the matter!

I did not have a good experience with this company. The customer service was prompt in answering my question on where my products were, but it took weeks before arrival.

Aside from having to wait six weeks, I was very happy with one of the suits that fit. I had ordered a total of three suits: one was no longer in stock when I ordered, one fit, and with other one the sizing was a little too small.

I liked about half the things I ordered and needed to return half of them for a full refund. SeaFancy does not make it easy to return things for a full refund and you have to pay 100% of the return shipping cost yourself. They will also argue with you and try to offer you a 30% refund to keep the items you don't like instead of sending them back and getting a full refund.

It would be much better if they sold the tops and bottoms of bikini sets separately so you could order them in different sizes. For one of the bikini sets I ordered, I liked the set but needed a smaller top and they would not send me one so I had to send the entire set back for a refund. Also, I thought it was deceptive that the photos of some of the swim shorts on the website make it look like they have pockets when they do NOT have pockets. It's deceptive.

They tried to offer me a 30% refund to keep the clothes I didn't like and wanted to return for a full refund, and also made me pay 100% of the return shipping to return the items I didn't like. Also, they would not send me a smaller size of a bikini top for a set I wanted to keep. I liked the set and just needed a smaller top. I ended up having to return the entire set. Please sell bikini tops and bottoms separately in different sizes. They also wanted pictures of the bikini bottoms with the hygiene seal still on them (of course I didn't remove the hygiene seal for items I was returning), and wanted me to send my return shipping tracking number. That seemed really shady, like they wouldn't have refunded my money at all if I didn't have proof they received the return.
