I absolutely love this swimsuit! The material is so soft and feels really durable, not flimsy like some cheaper ones I've tried. It fits like a glove and accentuates all the right places. The only small downside is the straps could be a tiny bit more adjustable, but overall, I'm super happy with this purchase. Definitely recommend!
Bought several to try on, couldn't return. They wanted to return 80% after about a month of back and forth emails.

Although the order took longer than anticipated to arrive (blame on Canada Post, not SeaFancy), I was satisfied. I was hoping the shorts would be higher wasted but that's ok.

The suits aren't quite as nice as pictured. One suit I got had completely different straps and customer service couldn't even see how different the suit was. The other two are fine, and I'll use them, but I'm still trying to get the third suit resolved after three business days.
Didn't even understand how the suit straps were completely different, and wanted to blame it on different body types.
Because it had the same print they thought it was the same suit. The straps were completely wrong, and it didn't even look the same.
They thought it did because the pattern matched. It was a pretty frustrating. After 5 business days of them asking "Isn't it the same" and my answer Every time being No.
The pictures made the suits look nice quality for an affordable price

Orderec never told it was shipped tried to contact them no page available email returned waited the time frame still nothing contact my credit card co and entered a dispute then I get an email you are canceling my order because of the dispute YOU NEVER SENT IT sounds like FRAUD to me

Shopping was easy and the swimsuit is good quality. My only complaint is that it took almost a month to get to me. But I didn't need it sooner so it really wasn't a problem.

The company's website indicates that you have to contact them before you can send in a return. I have done that and I still have not received any information back from the company regarding a return.

Easy purchasing. Pay for shipping. Shipping wasn't too long of a wait, but a little more than typical. Being able to choose a different size of swimsuit top and swimsuit bottom would be very nice.

Just want I wanted, the size is true to its size chart. I ordered a medium and I'm 6"1 so it fits perfectly and I wear a size 8 in shorts and I got a medium. Have gotten a lot of compliments too!

I did eventually receive a good partial refund as the item did not fit. To get to this point was difficult and time consuming as the communication was not clearly understood.
I have described it already, communication was difficult largely due to questions not being understood and not answered. I was never able to log in to the account or reset password after the first time. Many attempts to have this corrected were ignored. The partial refund due to item not fitting was good.
Because it advertised that it was a U.K. Company. Turns out this is not the case.

Long shipping, poor products. You have to send them an email to return the products- they won't accept them if you send them without confirmation- but no one has gotten back to me

I got the swimsuit in time, but I was a little worried (because it took so long to get to me for an upcoming vacation). But, really great communication with the company, the swimsuit is AWESOME, and I did get it in time for my vacay.
Shipping was very slow, but SeaFancy was quick to respond to my worried emails (it was for a vacation that was rapidly approaching).
The suits were super cute.

Took a long time to receive items. It was not until I wanted to change the size of a suit that I received an email that this was not possible and then a notification that the package was shipped.
Was told it was unfortunate that I ordered the wrong size and I could give it away or it would make a nice gift.

Good...the bottoms are now what I expected. Ordered a XS,. Had to roll the waist. The shorts part isn't what I expected. Loose like boxers. Not like the image shown.

The site is very easy to navigate, the products are reasonably priced, and the only thing I could suggest for improvement is the option to select the size for your top and bottoms separately.

2 weeks after I placed my order, I had to contact the company to ask where the product was. It was THEN I was told it was out of stock. I'm still waiting for a refund almost a month later.

I like the styles and colors but they don't fit like I would like ( top too tight bottoms too big or top too big bottoms and too snug) but will deal with it to see how they hold up while swimming.
