I absolutely love this swimsuit! The material is so soft and feels really durable, not flimsy like some cheaper ones I've tried. It fits like a glove and accentuates all the right places. The only small downside is the straps could be a tiny bit more adjustable, but overall, I'm super happy with this purchase. Definitely recommend!
Bought several to try on, couldn't return. They wanted to return 80% after about a month of back and forth emails.
Great service... arrived in good time... just can't be asked to send back the pants (maybe we should have an option to have differences in sizes top and bottom?)

The shorts a WAYYYYY longer than they look in the ads and not form fitting at all. It also took 4 weeks for the suits to come in the mail… not satisfied at all.
They were not helpful, their tracking info was never updated.

This is a cute bathing suit. It didn't fit me well so I have reordered a smaller size. I prefer a more modest suit and this fits the bill.
The response(s) were fairly quick and helpful. The exchange options are a little bit unclear. Sometimes you just need to speak to a person.

My items didn't arrive in time for my holiday. I wish to return 3 of them. No one is responding to emails for returns. DO NOT purchase anything if there's a chance you need to return it.

Cute swim suit. Lined with a built in bra, bought a large for D cup. Fits a little big in the waist. I'm 5'2" 135 lbs medium would probably be a better choice.

Swimsuits turned out to be super cute when they finally arrived. I ordered July 5th for a July 16th vacation. When I returned on the 22nd, they still hadn't arrived. I'm not sure if the company or UPS is to blame. The company finally emailed in July 31st to see if the products arrived, and by then I had gotten them. I really like that the suits have shorts on the bottom that are lined. Unfortunately, they are too big. I used the measurements guide online to choose a size rather than the S/M/L/XL chart (since /M/L/XL varies by brand). Mistake. The swimsuits are one, maybe two, sizes too big. My attempts to exchange the products have been very difficult. They make you email a representative and provide information and photos to do the return. This would be cumbersome enough if it weren't for the repetitive emails (going on five days now) in which the representative is trying to push me to keep the products for a partial refund, even after I sent her all the photos and information she asked for. I get it. Summer is almost over and you aren't going to make money on these suits by paying to have them restocked and then resell them at sale prices. But this issue should not be passed down to your customer. You have made the return/exchange process too difficult for me. So, though the swimsuits are cute, I don't think I will purchase again in the future.
I would get a response fairly quickly, at first, when I emailed. It seemed the rep was taking around in circles and asking the same questions in each email. Very hard to make a return/exchange (a major drawback when you can’t tell if a product will fit when ordering online). Rep repeatedly tried to get me to keep the original, ill-fitting product for a partial refund despite me repeating that this is not my preference. Requested the same information (product numbers) multiple times. Had to take multiple photos of products to try to get a return address. Still waiting for a final response. It has been four or five days of emails back and forth whereas other sites allow you to to an online form and then provide you with a return label. It seems like Seafancy is trying to exhaust the customer into keeping the original for a reduced refund.
