I've worn this swimsuit for swimming, paddleboarding, and relaxing by the pool, and it's held beautiful every time. The material is stretchy but supportive, and it dries quickly, which is a huge bonus. A must-buy
Bought several to try on, couldn't return. They wanted to return 80% after about a month of back and forth emails.
I do like the swimsuit I chose but having ordered two sizes to be sure I discovered too late that the returns have to be posted to the USA. And would cost half the price of the swimsuit. Like many others I did not realise these come from abroad even though they use a UK website address. At least I only ended up with ONE that I have no use for. AND THEY ADVERTISE EASY RETURNS!

Simply stated, if you think it's a great deal, you'll get what you paid for. My 12 year was ecstatic, but I was disappointed in the quality. But then again, I wasn't paying very much,

I emailed a long time ago to try to return the swimming suits and an only just now getting this email but I'm still not sure it will lead me to a link that will help me return.
This is the only email I've received in response to my request to return and apparently it isn't actually in response to my request

It was difficult to return and get a size that would fit. I ended up keep a suit that is too large and receiving 30% of what I bought it for.

The package was taking forever and the tracking was not accurate.i love the suit but wish I could have gotten a bigger top. Bottoms are perfect.
The reply was kind, but just asked me to wait longer. I did receive a follow-up to make sure I received the product.

As with any online apparel purchase, it is hard to determine how a garment will fit. We picked out suits we liked, but when they arrive, they don't quite fit right. So it goes with online shopping

The 2 sets of bathing costumes I ordered are exactly what I ordered, size is great based on the sizing chart and very happy with purchases.

There is no returns process or customer service department- the clothes are cheap and hideous - avoid this company at all costs.
Tip for consumers:
Do NOT buy from this site. It’s a fake scam to send you rubbish and keep your money. They should not be allowed to trade in the UK and I will do everything I can to get them removed by Trading Standards

All the swimming costumes are cheap and hideous. There is no possibility of returns. Nobody replies to the emails. Terrible customer service matched by its awful products
