I'm really pleased with this purchase, The material is top-notch and feels like it'll last for multiple seasons, When I needed to exchange for a different size, customer service made it so easy and smooth. Great experience all around!
Size up a lot, as these suits run really small. The white fabric on the one suit that I ordered came with brown spots and smudges. Since I have to pay to return them, I might as well pass them along or donate them. Really disappointing.
I immediately canceled my order since I added two to my cart. The never cancelled it and shipped it.

The picture of one of the suits isn't quite accurate and it wasn't the fit I was looking for. They are great quality and the sizes are accurate.
I have been trying to make an exchange because one of the suits didn't fit quite right. Following the return instructions from the website, I have emailed 3 times and sent a fb message and still have not gotten a response. The swimsuits are great, but if they don't fit, a return needs to be easier.
The swimsuits looked great and they have extra small, which is what I needed.

I never received the swimsuit, and swimfancy was not willing to send a replacement item. I'm just out that money.
I appreciated the quick response but they asked a series of questions and ultimately were not willing to help.

I never receive the items I order from this company, and when I try to send them an email always come back, I need my money back
I was never able to get in touch with them, all the emails I send them come back undelivered, I need my money back
Because they show nice items on their website, the problem is/was they never send them to you

If I could give 0 stars I would. The two swimsuits I ordered from SeaFancyUK arrived after 10 days (so obviously shipped from abroad) in a ripped open package and were of very poor quality- see through when dry so imagine what they'd be like wet). I immediately emailed to ask for a rerun address to send them back for a refund. I waited 7 days for a response to that email which I have copied below:

Thank you for reaching out to us about your return request. I'd be happy to help.
Please find the return instructions below:
1. We accept returns of unworn and unwashed items with the original tags, including hang tags and clear packaging.
2. Please take a photo of the swimsuit underwear crotch sticker. If there is no crotch sticker or affects the secondary sales, no return or exchange will be accepted.
3. We currently are unable to offer a free returns service, so return shipping must be made at your own cost.
Please DO NOT return to the address on the package received, which is not our return address. Otherwise, we are afraid that we will not accept returns and no refunds.
4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will be happy to refund the price of the item (not including shipping fee as we had shipped it). To ensure a successful return, please use a standard shipping service that provides tracking.
As an alternative solution, would you be satisfied with a 30% refund of the Item you want to return or exchange as compensation for keeping the item, as well as a coupon that can be used for your next purchase? If you prefer to return the item for a refund, we will follow the above procedure.

That email arrived at 03:24am on 26.06.23 and I responded asking for an address and adding the requested pictures at 11:24am on 26.06.23. I am yet to hear back from them.
I paid £58.82 (inc delivery) for 2 swimsuits but apparently £17.64 would have still given this con-man company a profit because they are willing for me to keep the poor quality items to accept that as a refund. Because I want all my money back they have ghosted me.
DO NOT BUY FROM YHESE PEOPLE. THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF.
