Want to start by saying if I could give this place minus stars I would give them a -10 plus. My sister made reservation at this place a couple weeks in advance. We got there and checked in, got our things into the room and then noticed the big ocean view window was dirty and smeared. Not a deal breaker, but disappointing. My sister then finds a bra someone left in the room before us, she took it to the front desk, comes back and we decided we better check the beds because it doesn't look like they cleaned. We find hair in both beds and in one there was pubic hair, now we are totally grossed out, this is disgusting, my sister calls the front desk to let them know, and they tell her she can come get her money back and leave, my sister asks is that your only option? Can we get some clean bedding? 5 minutes later there is a loud knock on the door, it's the manager and she comes bragging in yelling at us to come to the office and get our money back and leave, she don't want us there, to just go and on and on she yells, being VERY RUDE, we are getting our things together and she is still yelling at us, I finally tell her to chill we are leaving but have to get our things together, she still keeps going on and on about they are the cheapest and best place etc. I was shocked at how rude she was. We did find a better place at the siletz beachfront for the same prices but it was so much better, bigger bathroom, clean beds, friendly and helpful staff and even free breakfast. As for the Seahorse I would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy, someone needs to slap her with a flipflop.
