Really go above and beyond to help you out. Helped me out with a budget to accomplish what was needed to be done. Starting to see results.
They will never honor the money back guarantee. I was getting 5 calls in May 2024 from my GMB profile before I started to work with them. In the next 3 months, I received and average of 4 calls/month and they called it an increase in performance. They never refunded me the full amount they promised. They will make you stay by promising the money back but they never honor the offer. SCAM! STAY AWAY!
I am someone who can have trouble accepting and trusting people. The same was the case when I started to work with SearchBerg. I found it interesting at first due to the sheer knowledge that the company has about SEO. As time passed, I found that the experience working with this company was a very enjoyable experience. They knew what they were doing and that helped me maximize the potential of my website.
The first time we reached out to SearchBerg was when we were looking to build a new website for our Sports Clink. The website was supposed to target a specific number of people and we enlisted their help so that we were able to target the correct market. The service was outstanding! The website that we wanted to get built was built in virtually no time at all. We simply outlined what we needed the website to have and we were very specific with the details of the website and the good thing is that they were able to understand our needs, and exceeded our expectations.
The staff at the SearchBergs disposal is brilliant, they are almost always attentive, willing to learn and work and be a part of the picture whenever you need them to. I wanted to add an article section to my website and fortunately, I was able to get more than that. They were able to provide me with specific, SEO powered content that was informative, refreshing and targeted the right people. The meticulously, written article was able to get across to our target market and helped us register quite a few hits.
If it wasnt for them I dont know where wed be. Id recommend them to each and every one!
Ill be very honest, Ive always been wary of digital marketing agencies. Not only do most of them fail to do the job properly, Ive had experience with overpriced services and compromised quality. But this company is different. I was hesitant at first when my friend recommended their services, but Im glad I went for them.
One of the things that stood out to me was how organized and structured they were. I didnt even need to ask them for a weekly or monthly report on the progress, they sent it themselves. Their team always kept me in the loop, and what really stood out to me was how they asked me what I wanted.
You dont really see that with digital marketing agencies. They always want everything to go their way. But this company is different, even if that sounds cliché. They are professional, organized, and are up for different challenges. They also let you know whats in within their scope so that they dont over and under-deliver. Its very important for businesses to be honest with their clients, which is something rare nowadays.
So, if youre looking for a service that is honest, keeps you updated throughout the process, and handles everything professionally, I definitely recommend their services. 10/10!
They called last week demanding more money to get my site that they declined the traffic to almost nil back to page 1 of Google SERPS. Like, hell I would.
Tip for consumers:
You're better off with those Indian companies that charge you what they are worth so you know what you are getting into without having to pay 10X that rate for a fake US company based in Pakistan.

We got the team over at Search Berg to do our on and off-page SEO and social media management for about five months, and we haven't looked back since. I have been working with searchberg as a new business owner and they have been taking all advantage of that. They have been draining me and charging obsurb prices for minor changes. Even with knowing I'm a startup business. They have no set price list and uses the start high go low tactic. Please look elsewhere for all of your business needs. They will try to take all of your money which is so sad especially with this pandemic of COVID-19.
With all the legalization going on throughout the country, we were very excited to take our medical marijuana distribution nationwide. We've been investing a lot in the best marijuana growing equipment and several CBD-infused products. When we started out, we were sure that the business would be excellent because of how good we are at what we do. Unfortunately, for all the hard work we did setting everything up, our website just didn't get reviews or orders.
Most of the sales we were making were from existing customers. We needed to do something to handle this situation. One of my employees told me about Search Berg, and I got in touch with them to tell them what's happening and that we need help.
They performed an SEO audit on our website and told me a whole list of problems that led to such a low traffic and high bounceback rate. Consider this letter as notice to cease all social media marketing campaigns on my behalf.
Beginning December 23,2019 to January 6,2020, I paid Searchberg $1,675 to rework a website, reformat a 114 page ebook and social media marketing setup / research.
From February 6,2020 to date, I have paid $800 for a Searchberg social media marketing campaign and $736 in Facebook ads for a Total of $1,536. Five months of Searchberg's social media marketing campaign has resulted in 31 sales for a total of $155! Projected goals were 1000 sales per month.
I have received weekly and monthly reports stating that Searchberg is doing a good job and be patient. I simply cannot afford to be patient any longer.
The bottom line is that I have spent $3,211 with Searchberg and have received $155 as a return on my investment of time and money!
I reviewed the Searchberg website this morning and I must admit is a great website! It makes great promises and guarantees! It is what got my attention and commitment as a client.
My Searchberg experience has monetarily been dismal and disappointing to say the least with regard to promises and guarantees made on the website and by contact personnel.
Please advise if I am entitled to any recourse and how I go about taking control of my website and ebook.

I work with this company for four months and I was confident because they guarantee that my website will be well build and I will start have clients if I will not be happy I can have my money back.
After my project was done I didn't have no clients and I found out that my website is not functional! My website was working fine before I just needed some updates and a good marketing wherever they did when I find a client on my own she couldn't make a payment or schedule an appointment, so frustrating I go back to them and they told me that is my fault I should check when it was done in the first month and now I have to pay again, When I mention that I wanna use their policy and have my money back they told me that is my fault about website, they show me that was 2-3 clicks on my page and that means they give me clients, visitors and clients are different things! And maybe that was me because I was checking my website all the time you can't claim that you give me clients because no one contact me, on top of everything they add that maybe the first company who initial build my website was going through my stuff but who responsibility is to secure my website and my personal information I should've been informed immediately if was any suspicious activity.
Well, I spend thousands of dollars and time so at the end I had to close my website. They don't take no responsibility for there job and there's no way to have your money back because they gonna use everything against you, Before you signed the contract they promise you so many things over the phone but not in writing be email so in case that you complain you literally don't have no proves!
This is how they did to me I know I have the right to ask for my refund but they told me show me that agreement and when I told them that it was verbal over the phone they text,, you have no case ''
