I paid for this service because it said I could get driver's license numbers and stuff like that but it don't give half the information that it says it does

I wanted a record, I paid $2 for the record and unbeknownst to me - they signed me up for a full membership. I canceled the membership on Feb 3rd, they billed my credit card and when I called, said it hadn't been cancelled until the day of billing. Their tracking system conveniently didn't register until the day of billing. I think this is a scam during the call, they kept offering me a discount - like how many people do i really want to look up in my lifetime?
I don't have any confirmation of my order - they didn't send me anything until i cancelled the membership
