Sears marketplace had been really easy to deal with, on time, and we'll priced. Seriously I just moved and bought about 12 different items, some from Sears and some from their sellers and every single one was delivered on time or early. Really nice to get delivery email notices too. I don't know who says they get better deals at Walmart as that was not the case for me. I found better quality for similar prices at Sears and I got a pile of shop your way points that I used to get several other items free!

When I tell yall I have been struggling and having headaches with this company warranty. I'm just at a loss, for years ive been paying monthly payments of 50 dollars, finally I have an incident my refrigerator is not working. I have been going back and forth with them for 4 months, appointments have been canceled I have had to call out of work so many times that's it's been troubling even with my manager. When I say over 4 months I have been rescheduling, multiple appointments. The only thing they can tell me is it would have to be rescheduled, it's beyond sickening to me. It's beyond horrific, never in my life would I expect a company like sears to do this. They are the worst, I'm just sick to my stomach on why I have been paying this long. The worst, the worst, the worst. Do not get home coverage with them.

When i contacted sers about it, they said would be glad to fix, would issue a refund immediately. After 4 follow up calls was finally told took 30- 90 days to process refunds. They want their money right away, but intend to hold on to it as long as possible. Stay away. Better deals elsewhere.

May 24,2017, GE sent a Sear repair person to check out a malfunctioning water dispenser. He arrived, looked at our 15 year old fridge and said it is an insulation problem due to age and told us we needed to buy a new fridge and told us what Sears had on sale. He did not look inside the fridge nor did he look behind it or check the water lines or the filter. As we began to unload the fridge and freezer of contents, we found a box of frozen goods laying against a vent in the freezer. Once removed, the water dispenser began to work fine. We called Sears to dispute the charge due to an incompetent repair visit and were told Sears does not offer refunds. I tried calling Sears Corporate and was off shored to a customer associate every time. We will not use Sears again

It was the Sears Outlet store in West Palm Beach. Only three stars because I had a hard time getting a salesman to help me with the purchase and answering questions about the discounted merchandise. I was able to get a Kenmore washing machine for 40% off the regular retail.

Thousands of Canadians bought warranties from Sears, right up the time when Sears filed for bankruptcy. Sears refused to refund the poor "suckers". Sears knew exactly what they were doing when they continued to take the customers' hard earned money. Also, if you want to find the worst contractors in town. Easy..., look for the "Sears" logo.

Sears has stooped to a new low: scamming folks out of thousands using the $179 air duct cleaning service to enter your home and rip you off to the tune of two to over five thousand dollars. First they will take a picture of the interior air handler unit and show you all this dust, then they start the pitch: promise to clean your complete system. They do not answer to the Better Business, Business Consumer Alliance, nor Attorney General Consumer Complaint. Shame on you - Sears!

We bought a Kenmore over-the-range microwave oven on Sears.com, with installation and delivery and haul-away old appliance and warranty services on June 8. By June 26, they had delivered it after countless phone calls, but then the deliverer was not the installer. After countless phone calls, they never did install it. We had to identify and purchase other installation services and arrange for haul-away of the old one ourselves. Then, trying to get the installation and haul-away charges refunded was a nightmare, too. Customer service is in India, with hard-to-understand and not-empowered agents who can't or won't do anything to help. AVOID Sears! Worst customer service experience of my life. They deserve the bankruptcy and decline that they are in.

I recently bought a bunch of clothes from JC Penney and they were great! Items were shipped fast and the pricing was incredible. The site was a bit confusing to navigate, but that may have been me. The clothes were better quality than I thought. Overall I was very pleased. I needed to return some items so I took them back to the store. It took a little long, but the sales clerk was new.

They do not appreciate your business unless you spend tons of money (obviously) and shop there constantly. I had a cc with them and because I didn't use it often enough, they closed it down out of no where and with no warning. Don't spend your money at Sears or KMart since they are unappreciative... I know me and my family will not!

I doubt if this company will be in business much longer. If you buy anything with a warranty, and Sears files bankruptcy, there is a question of whether they will even honor the warranty. The products I have purchased from Sears are junk.

There are many unscrupulous sellers on Sears (zabiva is certainly one of them). Sears will not stand by the customer no matter how much you're getting screwed over by these fraudulent sellers.

Run away from Sears. Junk sellers, and customer support is garbage.

Quite possibly the worst internet shopping on the internet! First, the confirmation emails have links that don't work. Next, the website won't recognize your order number. After many contact-us messages I finally got a tracking number. Only took 2 weeks to get my order, and it was the wrong item! Go to the website and try to initiate a return and the website keeps redirecting you back to your order status (maybe that's how to find your order status!). Then you end up calling, the electronic voice tells me it's a third party vendor and I have to go thru them, then it gives you a bad number (just won't work). Tried to talk to a person and was put on hold for over an hour, just to be hung up on. Did the on-line chat, got the same bad number and a promise I would hear from them within 72 hours. Then what, wait another 2 weeks? I WANT MY MONEY BACK! THEY STOLE MY MONEY!

I have always purchased the service protection plan for all the appliances I have purchased from Sears. ( Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator, dishwasher and oven) When my dishwasher started leaking I did not notice it at first, until it warped my hardwood. I called the service department the day after Thanksgiving. I was told Dec. 19th was the first available service date. When I suggested to the manager, (Miss Rena) that more repair people be hired if Sears could not handle the amount of broken appliances she hung up on me! Southwest Plaza Sears in Littleton, Colorado has lost a long time frequent appliance shopper forever!

The first time I purchase at Sears, I apply for a membership card. And I never receive it. I went back and asked, they said there is a problem and they will fix it. So i suppose to get it in 3 days. Still I did not receive it. I was kind of afraid where are my personal information goes and who really got my card! Really terrible!

Not impressed. Bought an item online. Never got a shipping confirmation. After two weeks I emailed them and they said they didn't know but they would contact the seller (?) I'm guessing they do what amazon does and they don't fulfill orders. Two weeks later they refunded the money. Um, thanks, but I wanted the item, not to wait a month to get nothing :(

Online browsing at Sears is maddening. Their search engine is a primitive moron that does not understand that if i ask for only upright freezers i do not want to see chest freezers and refrigerators. They have destroyed themselves and their heritage for this and many more reasons.

Our hometown Sears store in Astoria, Oregon shows why locally owned stores are the best. Thea and Rick are as friendly and helpful as you can get. Thea helped us today with all of our major appliances for our new house build, helping with what we need and want rather than the other way around like you find in many big box stores.

Yes, I still believe in this great company. There Sales motto in the 70's was were America Shops. It was true in those days people shopped at Sears. Why? Sears has the best trained and inform Sales Associates when it comes to Appliances, Hardware, bedding or Electronics. I know every store has one of those guys who puts on a Suit and Tie trying to impress people with their charm and overbaring attitude but the rest of the people are really down to earth and they care not just looking for a commission like those so called Super Professionals all dress up in there fancy suits. I give Sears and Roebuck a 5 star rating because truly are the one of the best Retailers in the World. Well, they are trying to anyway.

I have been a Sears shopper for over fifty-years, and have always been satisfied with their products! I just now replaced a refrigerator in my garage that I purchased back in 1981. From the day, we purchased it until the day we gave it away, it never needed servicing! Is that a great product or what? I live in Houston, and I was sad to see several Sears stores close. I now have to drive over thirty miles to the nearest store, or order on-line. The great news is that I ordered a new riding mower from sears on-line! They are, in my opinion, the greatest store on earth, with reliable products that you can trust.

I've purchased various larger appliances (dishwasher, color tv; washer; dryer) from Sears in the past, and it's practically the only place that I would consider buying this type of appliances. They stand behind what they sell; there is a good selection to choose from; their reputation is good and they deserve that reputation. I have never had a bad experience with any of the appliances that I've bought from Sears.

An order for 2 appliances made almost a month ago was charged to my credit card but has not yet arrived. Absolutely no communication and when I called customer service I couldn't even understand the person I was talking to. They kept telling me it would be delivered to the store yesterday but couldn't understand yesterday was a day ago. Worst company ever. Deal with your local sears store and not sears.com.

I seem to find great deals for clothes, shoes and tools at Sears.com. Their prices are always better than I can find it anywhere else except maybe equal to Amazon.com. Check Sears out it a great place to shop.

Bought a winter jacket here, ordered online of course, it was a little too big, but i loved the design the colour and everything, so i returned it and then the product was not available a size down, i was so frustrated, called customer care to see if i could have my product back, they sent it right back to me, great product but now i went down a little more and its way bigger than me, awesome customer care.

Their customer service is absolutely a disaster: rude people, uncarring, and disengaged. Their stores are dirty and lifeless. Bought a 'ride-along' that had engine problems within one month and was nothing but hassles trying to get the store to live up to its agreement.

Impossible to put roman chair together the iron bar was bent so it would not fit into the other piece. Sears and 3rd party vendor has totally ignored my efforts to get the item shipped back and get a refund. Don't shop Sears online I am out $59 plus countless hours online and on phone trying to get refund. What a scam

I have been trying for over a years to get reimbursed for a faulty dehumidifier. I've had 4 case numbers and to call back in 10-14 days only to start the process again. I was told the check was in the mail twice. Do not buy from sears or warranty. I'm out 340.00.
