Sears marketplace had been really easy to deal with, on time, and we'll priced. Seriously I just moved and bought about 12 different items, some from Sears and some from their sellers and every single one was delivered on time or early. Really nice to get delivery email notices too. I don't know who says they get better deals at Walmart as that was not the case for me. I found better quality for similar prices at Sears and I got a pile of shop your way points that I used to get several other items free!

When I tell yall I have been struggling and having headaches with this company warranty. I'm just at a loss, for years ive been paying monthly payments of 50 dollars, finally I have an incident my refrigerator is not working. I have been going back and forth with them for 4 months, appointments have been canceled I have had to call out of work so many times that's it's been troubling even with my manager. When I say over 4 months I have been rescheduling, multiple appointments. The only thing they can tell me is it would have to be rescheduled, it's beyond sickening to me. It's beyond horrific, never in my life would I expect a company like sears to do this. They are the worst, I'm just sick to my stomach on why I have been paying this long. The worst, the worst, the worst. Do not get home coverage with them.

In Canada,
The Sears stores are often unclean and disorganized. We even saw cobweds all over Men's Blazers at the one in Kitchener, Ontario. Blah service, Blah atmosphere, and blah products. Sears needs a revamp to get with the program, or close it down.

I ordered a smart controller from Sears for my electric hot water heater. I was notified that it shipped and supposedly it was delivered but it never arrived so I called Sears and the USPS. Of course they each blamed each other and neither would help me. The Sears service personnel on the phone were particularly rude and unhelpful. I needed the controller so I called Sears again to re-order it. Unfortunately the price had gone up almost 15% but Sears would not give me the same price I paid for the lost controller. I also reported this to my credit card to dispute the first charge but Sears challenged it so I've now paid twice for something I got once.

This web site is broken in so many places it's obvious that they do little to no QA whatsoever. When I login to the primary "ShopYourWay" site and try to update my account details, I receive a "cannot send message." (WTF?) When I login to the Sears credit card site and try to add a mobile phone number, the page validates the phone number as if it were an email address! Pathetic (I wish I could post a snapshot of this blatant error). It's amazing the Sears web site handles purchases at all.

I order a bracelet for my mother in law. When I went to pick up the neck at the store it was completely different from what I order. The necklace they gave me was a substitute. Why would they allow me to buy something that was not in stock but give you something else that I didn't order.

I bought a washer and dryer from Sears online. It was delivered today. The dryer makes a vibrating noise from the instrument panel when plugged in. It is not on. Just plugged in. Unplug it and it stops, plug it back in and it vibrates, unplug and it stops. I tried online chat and got nowhere. He told me to look in the book to see if it would be covered under the warranty. This dryer was just delivered and never used. I called customer service. I was on the phone for over an hour (one hour 8 minutes). I was transferred, put on hold, transferred, put on hold, transferred, disconnected. Called back and a repeat of the of the last sentence. Called back. No one will come to check out this dryer for 10 days. This whole purchase has been a nightmare from beginning to end. I have always swore by Kenmore. Will never make another purchase from Sears.

I purchase all of my house and garden equipment from Sears, as well as, all of my tools. They have a wide selection of lawn tractors at very good prices. The staff is very helpful as well. Open seven days a week and they will deliver large purchases.

Spend your money somewhere else. Kenmore refrigerator malfunctioned after 5 months. The part is on backorder with NO RESTOCK DATE from the manufacturer. Yet, Sears wants me to wait 30 days to be able to submit a ticket for a replacement. This policy does not work for anyone especially families with young children. The phone support barely speaks English and is indifferent to your problem. Very disappointing experience.

When i need apart for my craftsman mower they never have it. In the store they don't have anything but belts filters and blades. It take more than three thing to keep a mower running. If you go to their Web site everything for the mower is sold by another company this has been going on for a few years.If i knew what i know today they would still have this piece of______. Don't buy a craftsman mower from sears you will be sorry later when you need a part other than belt filters and blades. Sears can go to_____.

This is the 3rd time I have gone through this with Sears. I have either gotten the wrong item or didn't receive the item at all and the only resolution for my inconvenience is sending the item back and repurchasing the item I should have received. Sears has never admitted fault for their faulty order pulling process. The manager is always in a meeting and won't be available for an hour "so call back. " when it is Sears fault then Sears should do the contacting. The offer of free shipping isn't compensation because after a certain threshold shipping is free anyway.

This is the last opportunity Sears online will get from me but as far as your other customers, please find a better resolution or you will lose them to Amazon.

I just came in to get new tires and they went through my car and found a million things wrong with it. It is a 12 year old car! The point is I never asked for them to review my car, just new tires. Heavy sales tactics. Stay away.

Sears merchandise is pretty much on par with other stores like Target and JcPennys. Their customer service is not all that great, but they try to sell their stuff for much more then other stores. I tend not to shop at them because of that. They are pretentious and have no reason to be.

I came to know that this company is only working as a middle man who recieve orders and booked those orders on the original site of product keeping the commission. And sometimes these guys keep up the money and never deliver the product.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Mark (who claims to be the manager) was completely unprofessional and unapologetic when our fridge was not delivered as promised. In fact he made no effort to resolve the problem and hung up on me more than once. Incompetent employees who don't care about their customers. It's no wonder they're going out of business. Save yourself some time and money and shop at Fred's Appliance instead. Joe will hook you up with a great deal and a smile.

Sears has some of the worst customer services. Call and cancel service appointment at the end of the appointment window waste the whole day waiting for nothing. This is the fourth time this has happened within 4 months. Stay away from their customer service

Use to be able to talk with some one on anything and they knew how to use it if it was tool or wood working. The sales staff can help you find something, but very little knowledge if any on the item or how to use.

Their warranty is useless! They were told to NOT fit our car with what are known as "Pleebs", they did anyway, we got stuck with some fake good-years that ARE only made for Sears and they were bald in under a year and less than 8k miles! Now we only buy online and have a mechanic friend mount them for us onto our rims, cheaper, easier and less corporate run around and hassle that way!

I purchased a GE microwave online to pickup at a store in Cumberland Mall. I went to pickup the microwave at the store and was told they did not have any in stock. The online version was showing a total of 9 available units for sale. The sales person at the store agreed but stated it was an error they have been having. The sales person at the store kept attempting to sale me a different model. I told them I did not want a different model, I wanted a refund. It took them 3 days to cancel the order and now they are saying it will be another 7 business days before I receive a refund. Sears sold me a product they didn't have and then held my money for 2 weeks. FRAUD!

Worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered. Sad to know that Sears ties their name to this stuff.

I ordered sunglasses only to find out they were not from "Sears" but from a 3rd party vendor. Called immediately to cancel and was told the order had been cancelled. One week later i get a notification a tracking number had been requested to ship? What? Called Sears again and was told it would be cancelled. One week after that I get an email saying the order was shipped? Called Sears again and was told to refuse the shipment. Couldn't get any response from the 3rd vendor via phone or email. Long story short Now I am stuck with glasses and trying to return them

Bought a Kenmore refrigerator from Sears for our condo and it broke down in under two years. Right before it broke down we had ordered a refrigerator for our house. It arrived via delivery crew with dents all over the front and while moving our old fridge back into our house they scratched our stairs. Customer service is in India and completely incompetent. We asked for and received a refund.

You have to jump through hoops to get them to approve the warranty they have guidelines and when finely they approve the won't bring you out a new mattress same brand but they tell the customers well this is what you spent now this is your credit and it is up to the customer to do the research to find a mattress equivalent to the one that was purchased it they can't switch out your mattress then they should not be selling them. I heard from one of their sales persons that each mattress is made when ordered well make me a new one just better.

They advertise a price. Saying it's a great deal. I found a bracelet that was suppose to be 92 % off of 25,000. When I looked at the company who had the bracelet. It's for the advertise price that sears says is 10.99

I went to my local sears hometown store and the assoc. Found what i was looking for and when i asked questions he went over everything with me and took the time to help me understand my washer purchase i was interested in buying

Recently I was given a totally inappropriate gift at my wedding shower. I have not been in a Sears Store for many years and hope to never be there again. I took my item to the return Customer Service (joke) I was informed that even though I had the tags receipt and had not even opened the package, they would not give me cash. I was Forced to join the Sears "team". They wanted my email. I declined. They wanted my phone number. I declined. Finally I got a gift card. I passed it off to a friend. Personally I don't think my email address or phone number is any of their business

I am a landlord and have been with sear for 15 plus years, - they now send a local company, then send a supervisor and i cant get any follow up, and they resend service men who often dont show up, and they cant find parts and they won't authorize replacement. There is no number for supervisor, and no email responses. I am taking my business to PC Richards - really!

Sears is the most affordable department store in the mall. They have amazing sales on women's clothing. I found so many cheap shirts, jeans, sweaters and coats on sale for an unbeatable price, and these items weren't even on clearance! This is the only department store in the mall I can go to and not spend an arm and a leg.
