Sears marketplace had been really easy to deal with, on time, and we'll priced. Seriously I just moved and bought about 12 different items, some from Sears and some from their sellers and every single one was delivered on time or early. Really nice to get delivery email notices too. I don't know who says they get better deals at Walmart as that was not the case for me. I found better quality for similar prices at Sears and I got a pile of shop your way points that I used to get several other items free!

When I tell yall I have been struggling and having headaches with this company warranty. I'm just at a loss, for years ive been paying monthly payments of 50 dollars, finally I have an incident my refrigerator is not working. I have been going back and forth with them for 4 months, appointments have been canceled I have had to call out of work so many times that's it's been troubling even with my manager. When I say over 4 months I have been rescheduling, multiple appointments. The only thing they can tell me is it would have to be rescheduled, it's beyond sickening to me. It's beyond horrific, never in my life would I expect a company like sears to do this. They are the worst, I'm just sick to my stomach on why I have been paying this long. The worst, the worst, the worst. Do not get home coverage with them.

They done closed allot of doors but solid state has always been in our family. OK for newbies solid state was a sears brand back in the day like 40's more to 50's but yea. Last longer sterdy products when it was in business bit pricey but well worth it.

I got My husband a Lawnmower that came with a life time Warranty from Sears. We took it in to be fixed and they said they don't make the parts no more so they can no longer Warranty the Lawnmower. It was suppose to be a lifetime Warranty.

I was told that my purchases would be put on a 18-month promotional no interest payment period, but with my 2nd bill I noticed that I was in fact being charged interest. I called the call center and yes, was annoyed with the long automation, but when I did finally get to a customer service rep she was able to help me. She was clearly from another country, but I could tell she were trying to sound as if she were from the United States. While I found that funny, it was nice to be able to understand her better than other calls centers that have outsourced to Asia. She was able to resolve my issue.

Before they closed down, Sears was the only place that would finance a lot of people. Rent-a-center attitudes are now dominating retail. When working at Sears, all the attitude was left, and a special sort of respect was understood. Shame they couldn't replicate that.

Kenmore Elite appliances are well-priced, serviced, and have a fine showroom floor. However, they are the primary owners of Kmart and they recently announced that more Kmarts are being closed due to inprofitability... yea, right!

I put a quote on layaway in store, I went to make my final payment but the employees could not find my item. I was then given a gift card for a refund and an associate reordered the item in the store for me. A week and a half later that item did not come, I called customer service and they said it was out of stock.

I had a problem with the products I had ordered. I contacted customer service and gave me the best solution and very quickly. That I ordered from this store is very good quality and delivery is very fast

I place an order since last week to receive items today December 17th, I took off from work and they never came and told me they came and I'm not home, how can you come to a business place that opens from 8Am-6Pm and no there. No one came now they are tell me that I cannot get my items until Christmas day, who wants to be moving around things on Christmas day. Spoke to customer service and manager no even put an effort to help.

It is impossible to get someone to actually help. New washer with rattle but still worked. Took 2 months for a service call and they ordered parts. 2 months to get the parts and then another 2 months to get someone to come repair. It wasn't the same person that ordered the parts so he wasn't sure what to do other than install them. The next day, the drum is banging against the door and shaking the washer. Now my pedestal is damaged, the washer is broken and three months later, I'm still waiting on a repairman.

Tip for consumers:
Find another place to buy that you can actually get reliable service

Website says I can pay for purchase on Sears Credit and offers a tab for applying. So I applied and was approved for $3,000. But the credit department said I had to wait for actual credit card to be mailed to me in 2 weeks before I could use! By the time I get the card I will miss the on-sale price and no interest incentive that expire in a few days. Website should disclose the fact that you have to wait for plastic card before making purchases. I need my purchase now along with the discounts. If I would have known I would not have dinged my credit with an Inquiry. Website is misleading and this is not right!

Sears customer service is not what it used to be. I called Sears to come out to fix my dishwasher it was gonna be expensive so I got a master protection program (after talking to six people)and my technician had his manager call and order the parts. So when I called this morning to find out where the parts were at, because I wasn't getting an email letting me know, they said there were no parts ordered. Now they're telling me that when the technician comes out this Friday which was supposed to be the day that he was supposed to have the parts and fix it now he can order the parts. And then make another appointment to come back and fix it. I will never buy another appliance from Sears again. If he doesn't have the parts on his truck when he comes out I will cancel the master protection program and buy a dishwasher from Lowe's. Sears is not the same company it was years ago, we have always bought our appliances from Sears. Now they just suck!

I bought a new garage door opener (Chamberlain) from Sears Online, they contract out to a (3rd party) installation, I paid $130 for install directly to Sears Online, the company is not qualified to install this brand, they never gave me a refund as services were not rendered. Stay away. I will never use them again, plus there call center in Asia is so unorganized, and there phone staff has a extremely low IQ and not trained properly.

They delivered my fridge in such a hurry that they broke a religious ornament that cost me 150 dollars. And they left my old fridge in the middle of my kitchen. They said they didn't have more time to take it out they gave it one mediocrity try and just left daying they had 23 deliveries. I spoke to a supervisor and all he said is that he will call me back. I haven't heard anything from him.

I recently bought a riding lawnmower, half with cash and half with finance options from why not lease it/tempo. This was the worst decision ive made in my 40yrs on earth. The worst part is i was fooled by the sears rep into thinking this was a goo option. The salesman was deceptive and did not tell the whole truth about the leasing options. Sears you should be ashamed of yourselves and the people you employ. Funny thing is i wanted ti shop sears because i felt bad for them since theybare going out if business, guess i know why you are going out if business. You and the people you are employing should be ashamed of yourselves for taking money out the hard working middle class. My only hope is that you will be completely out of business in the next ten years so no more hard working people get screwed out of money by your unethical salesman

Just spent 9.5 hours (and countless phone calls) waiting for a service tech with an appoint that was supposed to between 8am and noon. Excuse after excuse. Finally after 7th phone call got told tech wasn't coming and I had to get in the back of line of Sears repair customers to reschedule - they can 't come fix my washer for another 3 days. BEWARE! I would have given 0 stars if sitejabber let me.

I ordered 2 items from Sears.com and they were not the right ones so I asked to return them. They "supposedly" emailed me the link to print off the shipping label but when I clicked on the link, there was no shipping label to print. I tried the online chat, I tried calling, I tried emailing them and still they sent me the same link with no return label. So I called again and got transferred 3 different times, got put on hold 3 times, and still no shipping label. I will NEVER AGAIN order anything from Sears.com.

I ordered a OGIO - Element Messenge and they got it from a third party. Well the third party mailed it to the wrong address. So I contacted the company I bought it from Sears. They told me it would take 2 business days to figure this out. Well they did I guess and just refunded my money back. No phone call like they said they would. I will never use them again and would recommend you too as well. Big waste of time. They do not care about you the customer at all. Buyer be ware

We made the mistake of purchasing a refrigerator from Sears.com last year. The product begqn to have issues within about 6 months. They made several feeble attempts to resolve the issue. That took sveral months. Countless phone calls were made. We spent hours on the phone trying to get some type of resolution on a brand new product. We are now waiting for a replacement while our Kenmore refrogerator sits not working. The way Sears has handled this is utterly disgraceful. We will NEVER buy from Sears ever again. I recommend staying far far away from purchasing any appliances from Sears.

Two years ago I was getting ready to buy a home and wanted to pay off all my credit cards to make the loan package go more smoothly.

When I paid off Sears, they lowered my credit limit. When I did, it lowered my credit score.

I complained to Sears to see if they would re=instate the higher credit limit, but they said no they couldn't.

Naturally I closed the account and cut up the credit card and have never bought anything from them again with either cash or another credit card.

Please sitejabber, give us a choice for ZERO stars - that's what Sears deserves.

No customer service is better customer when you are at Sears. I was looking for Bras and the lady whom was so called helping me made me feel horrible. I asked for a certain size and she told me that they did not have the size in the style I wanted she told me that I needed to go to the full figurfigured Womens sizes. I didn't know a 36 D was for full figured women. After feeling bad about asking for the size I needed I started to search myself. I found several but I kept thinking about how the Consultant didn't want to help me so I left and spent $200 at Victoria Secret.

I purchased a washer and dryer from Sears in Union Gap. I also purchased the Protection plan for both unites. In July 2022 I called sears to have my washer repaired, since it was broken. In August 2022 a technician diagnosed the washer and ordered the parts. On September 20th a technician arrived to fix the washer, but stated he needed a help of another technician, so he scheduled a appointment for October 20th 2022. I called to confirm the October appointment to find out the appointment was rescheduled for November 4th 2022. Im very upset that its going to take four months to have my washer fixed and if it cant be fixed another two months to get a replacement. Worst service ever.

Bought a washer and dryer from them. They told me that they would deliver it after 5 on the day I had selected. Got a call at ten the day of the delivery telling me that they were thirty minutes away. I was at work, wouldn't be home by then. They told me that they would have to reschedule the delivery a week out. Finally got it delivered. A few months later the dryer breaks and I schedule a repair with the warranty that I bought. They wind up over scheduling the tech and telling me that I had to reschedule for the repair even though I took off half the day to be there for the delivery. They offered me $50 for laundry reimbursement, but it didn't even cover the laundry that we had to wash. They offered nothing for the time that I had missed at work. Still waiting to see if they actually show up for the rescheduled repair appointment.

Had a technician come out to repair my stove and dishwasher. Technician properly repaired the appliances within an acceptable time. BUT all technicians should be instructed to park their vans on the street. My technician pulled into my asphalt driveway on a hot sunny day and then proceeded to do a "k" turn on my driveway to turn around. There was no need for this and he damaged my driveway. He should have simply backed out of the driveway. Definitely the dumbest thing I have ever experienced. I had to have my driveway sealed today to fix the tire tracks that the technician caused.

I really love Sears! They are a great and reliable brand. I feel like they always want to make sure we are happy with our product and they have a great guarantee as well. You can always return stuff if you aren't happy with it, no hassles whatsoever! That's a great brand

It is good enough if you want to check if they have something on stock. While i would say that I wouldnt use it to browse for the sake of it, seems to tell you when they have something available, where to get it and if it has discount. The UI is clear and will help you find whatever you need, while also telling you of similar products or things that, in theory you´d find in that aisle or on that same line of products.Clear, direct and easy to use are some of the words I´d use to describe the page.
