Sears marketplace had been really easy to deal with, on time, and we'll priced. Seriously I just moved and bought about 12 different items, some from Sears and some from their sellers and every single one was delivered on time or early. Really nice to get delivery email notices too. I don't know who says they get better deals at Walmart as that was not the case for me. I found better quality for similar prices at Sears and I got a pile of shop your way points that I used to get several other items free!

When I tell yall I have been struggling and having headaches with this company warranty. I'm just at a loss, for years ive been paying monthly payments of 50 dollars, finally I have an incident my refrigerator is not working. I have been going back and forth with them for 4 months, appointments have been canceled I have had to call out of work so many times that's it's been troubling even with my manager. When I say over 4 months I have been rescheduling, multiple appointments. The only thing they can tell me is it would have to be rescheduled, it's beyond sickening to me. It's beyond horrific, never in my life would I expect a company like sears to do this. They are the worst, I'm just sick to my stomach on why I have been paying this long. The worst, the worst, the worst. Do not get home coverage with them.

A repairman came to my house this morning to fix my ice maker. After he had left, I noticed that the ice maker was leaking and it was dripping onto the floor. I called Sears back in the morning for the repairman to return and they said they would call me back. When I didn't hear from Sears, I called again. Sears still didn't return my call so I called again to find out there is no repairman going until Monday; today is Saturday and my floor is going to be ruined. I can't stay up all weekend to wipe this water up all night. I wouldn't mind if I didn't call Sears this morning for the repairman to come back.

Repairman missed appointment, so we called to confirm he was still coming - we were assured he would arrive later that night. He didn't. We called again, and were told he would arrive the next day. He didn't. We called AGAIN, and were told that we were now placed at the end of the repair waitlist because he missed our appointment. After HOURS on the phone, speaking to multiple departments and "managers," we still have to wait an additional two weeks (in addition to the original two) for a repair. Finally, we stopped asking for the repair to be moved up, and just for a refund of the $125 we spent between the warranty AND repair fees, and still got the run around. Whoever trains their customer service representatives clearly does not care about their company. SEARS clearly does NOT care about their customers or their products. Good luck buying appliances from them or ever getting help.

Ordered a replacement freezer for one I had for 15 years. They had just the item! It was delivered by a few guys that took care not to damage it and they took the old one away. Bought a generator from them 2 years ago, and that was a good experience too. Oh, also a snowblower. All good.

I love collection clothes women and men. Always got me good clothes decent quality and best new design. Always shopping here. Online and good delivery giving me. I like they have such nice delivery. So many options and discount gving.

I ordered 3 of a certain product from sears. They only sent 1, I called and they said they would send the other, 2 weeks later I called back and they said they didn't have the others. This issue was i couldn't use 1 without the other 2 so what i received was worthless and they not only told me they would send the others, they never contacted me to tell me they couldn't. Good custom service can be so hard to find!

Unless you have your own delivery truck and can go to the Sears store to get your product, DO NOT ORDER FROM SEARS.COM!

I cancelled my order here's why:

I ordered a refrigerator from Sears.com selected delivery date of 2/26/21. Got a message on 2/26/21 saying that schedule delivery was changed to 3/4/21. Here is 3/4/21, I got another email saying delivery has been changed again to 3/10/21.
Customer service could not tell me what was causing repetitive delays with delivery but kept saying its a manufacturer issue. Bullcrap! What pissed me off the most is their refund process. I will not receive a refund to my debit card that I used to make the purchase but will receive a refund in the form of a check within 7-10 business days. I just moved and currently short $800 and I am not able to grocery shop because of no fridge thanks to Sears.

I have a gift card so I ordered a pair of shoes from sears/kmart.com. I ordered a size 8. I received a box that said size 8 on the outside. Inside was one size 6 1/2 shoe and one size 9 shoe. I requested a refund. (which I had to take to a ups drop off location). I received 2 emails stating that I had to return them in original unworn condition. I called customer service the lady I spoke to did not understand what I was talking about she ask if that meant I had to different shoes. I then placed an order because I have a sears gift card. I ordered a 2 package of XXL sports bras. I received 1 size XS sports bra. I called customer service again. I'm waiting them to contact the company to get a return label. The last order was placed on 01/24/2021.

Tip for consumers:
Do not order from Sears or Kmart they pass the order off to another party you do not quality products or what you ordered.

I placed and paid for an order 7/1/2018 for $1,000 item. After a dozen phone calls to get availability AND after 4 months wait, I was told by a Sears rep to cancel the order and place it again. Every person I spoke with from Sears gave me conflicting information. I would NEVER do business with Sears again.

I bought a mattress from Sears. The price was good and I liked my salesperson. I bought the mattress over Labor Day weekend and the first delivery date was September 14th. I moved a number of things to make bringing the mattress in easier. They called approximately 2 hours before delivery time to say the truck broke down and even if they got it fixed there were 6 customers before me. We rescheduled for the following Wednesday, as Wednesday seemed to be the only delivery day, and I specifically requested morning delivery as I had a 4:00 pm appointment. Tuesday night they tell me the delivery time is btween 1:45-3:45 Wednesday afternoon. I was very irritated and consider this poor service.

Buyer Beware! Do not buy anything from the seller ETRADE on the Sears website! They advertise new items and then send Refurbished items and will not return them! Please share and pass this information on so this does not happen to another person. Again the seller is ETRADE!

My service at Sears and in particular with first floor manager Kathy at the Spring Hill Mall store has been more than excellent. Our paths have crossed many times and she has always been very helpful and understanding of my issue at that time, She is certainly an asset to this store and Sears in general.

We ordered a washer and dryer on 7/5 and we received an email saying they would deliver the items on 7/8 between 2pm & 4pm. They left a message around 1pm on 7/8 to say they could not deliver the items today and that we needed to call to reschedule. So my wife called and sat on hold for 1/2 hour and then had to hang up to go back to work. I called and was on hold for one hour when they hung up on me. I got on a live chat which the person started to help me and realized that the delivery team needed to be a part of the chat. I waited for 10 minutes with no response. This is the worse experience I have ever had and again I'm sitting on hold trying to reschedule for over ten minutes so far.

I ordered a pair of gloves and got received only one glove. It took me 3 months and a lot of phone calls and emails to get my refund. They used 3rd party warehouse to send this item. I think that was a scam, done on purpose so customer after a long time of fighting for many would give up and they win.

If you are trining to order online through sears.com try it be delivered to store, not straight to your house. Worse comes to worst, you can blame the store and write afeedback on google maps. I bet they would be pist off.

Sears has taken advantage of millions of shoppers and homeowners. The fact that they are still conducting business is a example of our Country's tolerance for manipulation of the justice system. At the age of 55 we are out $360,000 due to fraudulent activity by Sears and have been included in their Chapter 11. THE DISGUST ME and I will spend the rest of my days rallying for the boycott of Sears.

We bought a mattress at SEARS and we were told it would be 'free delivery'. We received our bill and called and the lady said "well, someone should have explained to you that you were supposed to go online and fill out a form to get your free delivery". Well, they didn't, but that did not matter, The lady said it had been over 30 days, so there was nothing she could do. We were out over $80 on Shipping and handling fees and she did not care. That was a huge mistake on SEARS part, because we were VERY GOOD customers. Never again. We will never spent another penny at SEARS because of how we were treated.

I put a table on layaway online made deposit n 3 payments get to final payment now my item is no longer available for delivery so i call get sent to the store they cant help neither it want allow me to make last payment online instore or over the phone my contract now delinquent cause final payment was due yesterday smh this is soooo wrong

Ordered a pair of cargo shorts & upon receiving them the size was mis-marked since I own the exact same shorts. Sears made me pay for the return. Will never order again!

Too long to honor their maintenance agreement, it's been a month without a washing machine, repair man came and said parts would have to be ordered, can't find parts, called and they said a replacement order was ordered, waited allotted time and called back no order found another order was placed l have had Sears products for over 60 years and agreements 40 years this is ridiculous and not at all what service is expected from Sears I'll think twice before I pay for an agreement that will not be honored

Stay away from Sears. I purchased a new dishwasher which was incorrectly installed and they refused to correct the issue. I purchased a new washer and dryer. They did not connect the hoses for water to the dryer for the steam feature and would not return to correct it. The finish of the washer tub is pealing and discoloring and they said it is cosmetic and the warranty does not apply. The tub has become so rough that it damages delicate clothing.

Store in my area has horrible customer service. Went there to buy a tv. Walked out when manager ignored me after repeated attempts to get his attention.

Local store, Woodland Mall. Good location w/o having to traverse the whole mall. High quality merchandise, that Sears is known for. Always find what I want, and more. Lol

I noticed that many items are marked up - another price sticker placed over initial price, no saving at all, even though 25% off close out sale. This is in Canada.

I bought a fridge that is more than $4000. Stopped working in 3 years
Although I have warranty and home insurance from sears. Sears kept playing games refusing to fix or replace it

I always return to them for lawn care, appliance, and especially tools

They are hard to. Best in those areas
