Sears marketplace had been really easy to deal with, on time, and we'll priced. Seriously I just moved and bought about 12 different items, some from Sears and some from their sellers and every single one was delivered on time or early. Really nice to get delivery email notices too. I don't know who says they get better deals at Walmart as that was not the case for me. I found better quality for similar prices at Sears and I got a pile of shop your way points that I used to get several other items free!
When I tell yall I have been struggling and having headaches with this company warranty. I'm just at a loss, for years ive been paying monthly payments of 50 dollars, finally I have an incident my refrigerator is not working. I have been going back and forth with them for 4 months, appointments have been canceled I have had to call out of work so many times that's it's been troubling even with my manager. When I say over 4 months I have been rescheduling, multiple appointments. The only thing they can tell me is it would have to be rescheduled, it's beyond sickening to me. It's beyond horrific, never in my life would I expect a company like sears to do this. They are the worst, I'm just sick to my stomach on why I have been paying this long. The worst, the worst, the worst. Do not get home coverage with them.
I bought a $10,000 heating and a/c system in January of 2016. A/C stopped working in August. Took Sears a very hot month to fix it. "No customer service at Sears" should be their motto.
Nowhere else will you receive such an extensive warranty on quality tools. Tool prices are comparable at my local Sears store and staff members are helpful and courteous.
Bought two dressers. They came unusually fast. Main box was damaged partially opened and I could see the boards were rotten, water damaged and crumbling. I didn't open the other boxes and inquired for a return and refund. Sears won't take responsibility and pushes you off to Vir Ventures. Vir Ventures did the same. Offered me 50. To keep the dressers. I said, no I want a full refund because the dressers were delivered damaged. I paid over 400.00 in shipping the boxes back.
Vir Ventures got back to saying they won't refund my money because one board was completely broken in half. The box it came in had no damage ( as pictured: smaller box on top) so I'm pretty sure they deliberately broke the board. They didn't send pictures of of the box I opened (as pictured: big box on bottom) and I know why:. The boards were obviously old, stained and damaged and matched why I was returning them.
Sears sent me a message pretending to escalate and reconcile, but it was a lie.
Don't buy from Sears and Amazon using third party Vir Ventures. Vir Ventures is a Scam!
Worst customer service! We bought a sears kenmore elite refrigerator because we were told it was a Whirlpool product. We also purchased the extended warranty plan. ONE YEAR LATER THIS ALMOST $3,000 REFRIGERATOR BROKE DOWN. IT HAS NOW BEEN ALMOST 3 MONTHS AND OUR REFRIGERATOR IS STILL BROKEN. Their service sucks, and guess what?! We found out that this appliance is actually an LG-- and the sales person knew we did NOT want an LG because they have such a bad history of repairs. So not only were we lied to by sales people, but we have spent an entire summer without a refrigerator in our kitchen. The best sears can do is say they are sorry. DO NOT BUY SEARS APPLIANCES.
Bought my Kenmore fridge 3 years ago, I have always believed that kenmore is the best. Wrong.! 3 years life is all i got. I tried to repair the compresson since it is still under warranty right. Wrong, i was sent a tech to repair, it. Took him a week to make it to my house. On the way he calls and says i need the receipt, to prove that you bought it, and by the way i need 2200. 00 to have it repaired. Really, i am traveling and your telling me this now. I told him the fridge is worth 1400. 00 why would he charge me so much. He asked if i was willing to pay, and did i have the receipt. I said yes but i am traveling. So he goes, you do not want the service. Lkdsjfkaj; fa oviously not. If i would have know all this before hand, i would not have gone through the trouble. Last time i shop at Sears, Last time i buy anything Kenmore. WORTHLESS PIECES OF KDAJSKDJA; Getting rid of that brand and store from my family. No more sears for me. Let's go to Best buy, or lowes, or home Depot.

Sears has very reasonable prices on all apparel and if you are their ShopYourWay member, you will receive even more discounts and special offers along with great surprises.
They also have some nice designer clothing at a very low price compared to other apparel stores.

Sears has an excellent baby department. Way better then the special stores. Pricing is for all budgets. They carry an excellent stock of everything possible for a newborn to 5 years old.
Same as Kmart they don't ship or have available at the store and pick up are always too far from me. I don't get it don't they want to sell their products.
They sent me a TV stand that was discontinued with no legs in the box that had obviously been returned. I filed with PayPal and they agreed to the refund as long as I paid the shipping, WHICH WAS AS MUCH AS THE PRODUCT! They should be bankrupt and their doors closed and it will happen VERY soon with business practices like this. Good by Sears, I have money and a job! I'll let people know you robbed me and hopefully they won't deal with you, closing your doors FASTER!

I had order items online and when i order they would give me a shipping date and and i would acttually get the package by day 3 which i am very happy, and i always order from them and put lawaway and once the order is paid its get ship, this is the best place to put a layaway, cause lots of dept stores dont have them no more, which is not right to us buyers but what can we do, lots of people ruin it for the rest, but what can we do.
On May 30th I ordered outdoor cushions $231.98. After receiving them I realized they didn't fit. That day I wrote asking for a return label. I received an email saying they approved my return but I never received the labels. Finally after another 6 days of writing and using their chat, I finally get return labels and I return them on June13th. Ups delivered them back on June 15th. As of today, June 24th, I still have not received my credit. At this point I had to call my bank and stop payment. This all could have had a better outcome if there had been a phone number to call. The product was good quality and I would like to continue to use this website but with all this hassle to get a refund I won't.
I ordered a part for my dishwasher by chat on January 4th but they set a wrong part in the order, i canceled it the same day, i've contacted them two times so far but i haven't get my money yet, very disappointed, i DON'T recommend sears at all
Sears is an absolute FRAUD. All of their employees are liars and provide disgusting customer service. I purchased a refrigerator and a range and waited a month and a half for delivery. I had my delivery rescheduled 3 times despite plenty of phone calls and chats confirming that my items were "at the warehouse and ready for delivery". Not only do they reschedule, they also call to give you a time frame and no one ever shows up to deliver anything. They also lie about merchandise availability. Neither of my items were in stock or ready for delivery. Cancelling my order has taken over 6 phone calls because only part of my order was cancelled and they are giving me the run around to avoid cancelling the entire order. The customer service reps fabricate information from their imagination and feed it to you as if you were a moron. Sears did not even wait for the appliances to be shipped or delivered to charge my credit card, they charged immediately after the purchase. They have been playing with my money for a month and a half and are doing everything they can to avoid refunding me. AVOID SEARS LIKE THE PLAGUE! Save yourself some time and money and sanity and buy at a real appliance store, not this garbage can of an establishment.

I placed an order for a TV table at Nov 28th, I received at Dec 7th and I realized there are 16 pieces screws missing. I called Sears and they send email to seller and requested them to send missing parts. They send me 14 screws at Dec 16. After 19 days that I ordered the product, still couldn't use it because they sent me 2 screws less. There are no one responsible. Neither seller nor Sears. I will never purchase anything from Sears and Decoratika.
This one is a heartbreaker. Sears and Roebuck was literally the backbone of the American retail experience for decades. It stood for practical quality at a fair and affordable price. They sold everything from farm implements, tools, clothing, household goods, toys, appliances... one could even buy a mail order house during the 1930s and finance the purchase with a Sears backed mortgage.
Overtime it met with major competition. Then its no frills basic solid quality dipped. The stores became staffed with non-English speakers. Then mergers took place.
I think most are boarded up and shuttered now... my last attempt at commerce with them was a horrendous disappointment in that they further damaged the appliance I had brought in to have repaired.
At one point the Sears and Roebuck catalog was a regular item in every US household.
This wonderful old store has come to such an inglorious end.
Five stars back then... one star now.

I ordered many items online in Canada in early November. Received a few of the items in incorrect sizes/colours, realized it was due to inaccurate descriptions and photos on the website. Meh, kept them anyway since they were cheap & my daughter could wear them. But- I did receive a coat with a tear in it (straight out of the box) & 2 items of women's clothing that were just way to big to wear. No problem, I thought, tried to return. I brought the items clean, unworn, tags attached with all documents to store. Was told by an employee I should phone Sears myself and get a return authorization number(?). After 40 mins trying to figure on the phone with a 1800 # I was told to hand the items to an employee who gave me no receipts, paperwork or anything at all. She threw the clothes into a box on the floor behind the counter and walked away. I was wondering if I'd ever get my money back! That area of the store wa totally unattended & anybody could have reached over and stolen the items! Since I received no proof at all I had returned them I was concerned. Then it took over 10 weeks to get the money refunded and numerous tedious & repetitive phone calls to a overseas call centre. The workers there are polite but a step above useless as I think they have no authority to authorize anything. I have actually decided that after this and another problem last year I'm not ordering again. Other retailers have got the online figured out so Sears is just lame. Told lots of friends about this experience as well.
Our freezer wasn't working well, needed a $750 repair. Went to look for a new refrigerator instead and several local stores had 10 day to 3 week wait times for delivery. Found Sears.com had the unit we wanted and a "1-2 day delivery" time. Price was $100 higher than I would have paid at another store, but it was worth it to get quick delivery. I was able to buy the unit and schedule delivery for 2 days from purchase no problem. My email receipt confirmed delivery date and said I should expect a call the night before delivery with a timeframe. That call never came, so I looked at my purchase history on the Sears website and my delivery time had changed to 5 weeks from the current date. I called customer service and waited just over an hour to talk to someone named "Rachael" somewhere in Southeast Asia. She followed her script well and suggested I pick a different refrigerator that "might" come sooner than 5 weeks out. I told her what I thought of that and she then offered me a 10% discount or a refund. I asked for a refund and store credit for wasting my time and she could only offer me a refund in "7-10 days." Terrible experience, terrible business, will never buy anything from Sears.
In summary:
-The delivery I was promised was pushed back over 1 month without even the courtesy to notify me
-Prices are better at competitors
-Customer service is from Asia and STILL had an hour of hold time to get a human
-Offensively inadequate offer to "make it right"
Bought a lawn mower with a service warranty. Warranty does nothing because the service techs still can't fix it after 6 attempts. After receiving notices to mow my yard at a cost of $175, Sears will only give me $50. This issues has been going on for 6 weeks and still no resolution. Not a loaner, refund, new mower, just countless hours on the phone. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AND SERVICE AGREEMENTS = OUT OF BUSINESS FOR A REASON!
I never was disapointed at Sears, I found some of the best deals for clothing at that store. We usually get great service and everything is quite smooth.
I was transferred 5 times to departments I didnt need, after 45 minuets the representative said I cant hear you and hung up on me. I will Never buy another appliance from them again!
The iShopDirect seller at Sears online stole my money. In his policy they say to give 30 days to return the product and NEVER answer or approve the return, this so that the 30 days pass and thus not refund your money. IShopDirect robbed me and Sears helped them steal my money! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FROM iShopDirect! I NEITHER RECOMMEND BUYING AT SEARS ONLINE SINCE YOU WILL HAVE NO GUARANTEE OF YOUR MONEY BACK!

Bought alot of craftsman tools from Sears. You can't go wrong with their customer service and staff. Always friendly smile and a hello walking into their store.
Craftsman tools and other reasonably priced appliances as well as yard tools. The sale on "Black Friday" has always been an amszing time to shop for me.
Scheduled an appointment with Sears to repair our washing machine - they never showed and tried to reschedule for two-weeks out! I would never utilize their repair service - Ever!
