Sears marketplace had been really easy to deal with, on time, and we'll priced. Seriously I just moved and bought about 12 different items, some from Sears and some from their sellers and every single one was delivered on time or early. Really nice to get delivery email notices too. I don't know who says they get better deals at Walmart as that was not the case for me. I found better quality for similar prices at Sears and I got a pile of shop your way points that I used to get several other items free!
When I tell yall I have been struggling and having headaches with this company warranty. I'm just at a loss, for years ive been paying monthly payments of 50 dollars, finally I have an incident my refrigerator is not working. I have been going back and forth with them for 4 months, appointments have been canceled I have had to call out of work so many times that's it's been troubling even with my manager. When I say over 4 months I have been rescheduling, multiple appointments. The only thing they can tell me is it would have to be rescheduled, it's beyond sickening to me. It's beyond horrific, never in my life would I expect a company like sears to do this. They are the worst, I'm just sick to my stomach on why I have been paying this long. The worst, the worst, the worst. Do not get home coverage with them.
I've been able to find some great cheap stuff here at their discounts. The quality is great too! Without sales their stuff are a bit expensive though. You just got to know how to use it
I shop with them online and often go to the store for my pickup, if I need the item right away. I have never been disappointed with sears customer service and they stand behind their products.
I order a pair of boots in January 27,2021. I never picked up the item because the pick up store was in Downey, CA and when I placed the order i thought it was going to be in Boyle Heights, CA. I contacted sears.com on 05/10/2021 so they can cancel the order and reimburse me the money instead i got an email that i picked up the item. To start sears.com should cancel the order if they item has not been picked up within a time frame, but NO, they don't do that. They just keep the items there until the customer forgets it and they keep the money and the item. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT SEARS ANYMORE.

No wonder Sears are closing their stores. They have no business to be in BUSINESS. I ordered two appliance parts and waited 2 months and then decided to cancel due to lack of waiting. Then I ordered another appliance part on October 31,2017 and have been waiting once again 2 months for delivery. And guess what, they canceled the ORDER without my knowledge. Now that is what I call irresponsible and negligence service.
Please HEAR my message, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SEARS PARTS DEPARTMENT. You will be in for a horrible experience.

Great place to shop online. The quality is very good, the ease in which to order and return items if necessary is so easy! They stand behind their products, but their customer is number one.
Fridge broke on 23 May, repairman came a week later to see what the issue was, he then ordered the parts needed to fix the fridge but told me he would not be available until Jun 11. On Jun 11, I took the day off to wait for the repairman to arrive, he never showed up didn't call or email saying he overbooked himself instead he rescheduled me for Jun 21. He arrives on Jun 21 to say he ordered the wrong compressor model by now its 31 days without a working fridge. The new date the repairman would be coming back to fix the fridge was Jul 2. So I'm very disgruntled, angry, pissed off at the customer service Sears and their third party repair service (A & E Factory services) has provided me. This is beyond unacceptable professionalism for a conglomerate company. Never again will I purchase appliances with a warranty from Sears due to the poor management of emergency tickets and poor customer service. In addition you can only claim $300 worth of food that has gone bad due to a broken fridge and the protection plan does not assist with helping you replace a fridge due to the incompetence of the company that assigns the repairman to go out to service your appliance. I hope no one else has to go through what I went through to finally get a working fridge.
Too bad for Sears. I think they have lost it. I will go there only if i can not find somewhere else to go. Perhaps if they make the shopping a bit more interesting.

Sears is the best place to buy appliances. I love the Kenmore brand. I wish there were more stores around. I was so sorry to see the one in my town close but will travel to get what I like.
I needed a new riding lawn mower and found w hat I was looking for on Sears onlinve. Sears.com showed it to be in stock with a delivery date four days away. I placed my order and payed via credit card. I received my order confirmation and confirmation of my delivery date. The night before my scheduled delivery I received a text with a delivery window of two hours in the early morning the next day. The day of my supposed delivery I waited until early afternoon before beginning to call what they laughingly refer to as Customer Service. Four different times I was told that someone on the delivery team would call me.
They never did! On my fifth and final call at 5:00 p.m. I reached someone who told me that my mower was not on the truck and as a matter of fact was not in the warehouse and they had no idea as to when they would be getting this item in. How in the hell can you sell something you don't have, arrange a delivery date, confirm the delivery date the night before when you don't have the item to sell. The only reason they get one star is that there in no lower rating. Sears used to be a reputable company, I will never buy from them again and strongly urge anyone from doing so.
I had a bad experience with Sears online when I putted an order, they cancel my order without an explanation, after I contacted them by chat and they told me to put the order again, so for second time they charge me twice and order was cancel again, and now a have to wait 7-10 business days to have my money back, bad that they can not put out of stock, I think that is something simple to add, but NO is more easy for them to get the money from us
The entire company is incompetent and the service is awful- they could care less about your time or concerns. They ruined my daughters b-day gift. I spent over $300 for a gift online and it was suppose to deliver to the store 3 days later. After spending 7 hours on the phone and calling and emailing any person, I could for 3 weeks, I get an email that the item is out of stock. They took my money a month earlier and no one could give me an answer on where it was. I then get a refund and give them a 2nd shot to order a different product- I spent another 2 hours on the phone for this simple process to take place. I had to go back to work and was told I am good to go and will receive an email confirmation. I got out of work and low and behold- no email so I call back. The order does not exist and was never placed. They could not connect me to the people I spoke to for 2 hours earlier in the day. Every person you get on the phone is Indian, hard to understand and god awful with service. Their supervisors are a joke and it takes 30 minutes of waiting to get one on the phone. After waiting a month, spending over 8 hours on the phone, I am done with Sears. They will NEVER EVER see a penny of mine spent in their store. The low price is not worst the hassle to get your product.

It was an awesome shipping experience of my Online shopping and getting then real fast at my door step. Today I knew that there are few online stores who cares about their promise of delivery. I ordered my favorite Skirts from Romwe.com which I had chosen after a long search on net, I got bundle of my choice collection there and ordered one because I couldn't wait to have it dressed. When I read the reviews I decided to see if I could contact Romwe to see if they were able to exchange it for the next size up (good decision). I raised a request within my order on their website and they got back in touch with me that same day (last friday) to let me know they changed the size of the item. I was then expecting it to take at least a month to arrive... oh i was sooo wrong! It arrived today - 5 business days after I ordered it with NORMAL shipping. I was a bit anxious to open the package, fearing the quality of the item inside. I'm planning to continue to use Romwe when I complete my outfit with shoes and accessories. The deals they offer on their products are amazing!

I ordered patio furniture in June was told 2 week delivery I did not get it for the Fourth of July I waited home 5 different days for delivery no one called or showed up the customer service people from India just kept making promises they could not keep also the warehouse was no help at all I could not get ahold of anyone to help me I just canceled my order in August. I will never order from Sears again I'm not surprised most of their stores closed.

I have had problems since day one with the display on my microwave. Three technicians have witnessed and agreed there is an issue. Unfortunately the technician who the "in person" technicians has to call and get direction & advise from refuses to accept the option of THREE on-site technicians.
If you can believe it, I have had SEVEN appointments totaling 28 hours (4hr blocks) and three parts replaced; valued higher than the purchase price of the microwave and SEARS still refuses to replace the microwave which is UNDER WARRANTY.
This past week I was scheduled for my EIGHTH appointment and unbelievably, the technician neither called or showed for the appointment. Here it is three days later and STILL no one has called to explain or apologize.
The only saving grace, is I didn't purchase an extended warranty or it would be a longer miserable relationship.
THE LAST DOLLAR SEARS GOT FROM ME WILL BE THE LAST DOLLAR SEARS EVER GETS FROM ME.
I purchase a threadmill from Sears.Com. It was dangerous and of the work quality. After 30 days of calls and them promising that they would take it back, they still haven't taken it back and they keep having the seller send me new emails of why they wont take return.

We have bought many appliances from Sears and they have always backed up their sales. Good sale service and good competitive prices. Clerks know their "stuff"and never "over sell you." We like Sears.

Although they're technically the same company, i like sears more because of their more flexible prices... one thing I don't like is their poor selection of wrist watch brand names
After I posted the review below, I also made a complaint to Better Business Bureau.
A Sears representative contacted me on Friday, October 18,2016. Today (October 21,2016), my credit card was reimbursed.

Long story short; I bought 2 sleep sets online at Sears.ca. Both sets qualified for free delivery. First set went on sale right after I bought it. Sears failed to refund me the difference. I was charged a delivery fee for the second item. It appeared on the order summary AFTER I completed my purchase. Before I completed the transaction, the delivery fee was zero.
I spoke with 4 Sears customer service agents during one month period. At first I was told nothing can be done until I receive the items and the delivery charge is just a computer glitch. Then I was told that I must receive the credit card statement before anything can be done. After I had all of the above, I was told that I was supposed to pay the shipping fee. The agent did not even talk about the price adjustment for the first set.
The sets came in poor condition. One was dusty and had a dirt spot and a little hole. The second also had a little hole on a side. The producer of mattresses was not identified on the labels. They were shipped from King Koil.
I posted a review on the Sears website reflecting the QUALITY of the items. The review stayed there for a few days and was removed. Now one can find there just one review that gives this sets 5 stars.
In addition, Sears failed to provide anything that can be used can be used as receipts for warranty and returns.

All of the team in customer service of Sears are unprofessional. They don't know how to deal with the customer even they didn't know how to answer a reasonable alternate. Will never use again.
