I was initally scared of the price of the items, and a lil bit bothered with all the ads i see everywhere. I know now, SCC is real and is worth the cost. I was totally taken aback by the quality and how well everything fit. I have to make all of my clothing custom due to my size and with other places i still have to get things tailored. With SCC this was not the case. The work was very well done. I wish i had gotten the shoes.

The suit finally came 1-6-23 I order it 9-16-23. I no longer need it so I requested a refund.I am hoping for better service than the original order. The suit looks amazing. But I paid full price and its not worth $2600.00 dollars to sit in my closet.
So I hope they do the right thing.

Ordered navy blue pants as a groomsman in a wedding. What I got was off-color trousers with 6 inch ankle cuts. Unwearable. They don't do refunds and they deduct a 30% restocking fee when issuing a store credit. The whole biz model is designed for the customer to lose. Trousers on the LEFT are theirs. Trousers on the right are J crew. Half the price, better quality …and ACTUALLY navy blue.

Awful customer service experience, awkward exchange with someone who actually pretended to be an AI chatbot with spelling errors.

My experience was okay overall. Natasha was helpful in processing my exchange. I do have some important comments below which I hope will improve the service:
1) The shipping time was very poorly advertised. It took more than 2 months to receive my items due to factory closures during the holidays. This should be advertised at the minimum. The factories need to be opened during the holidays so that people can enjoy their items and attend celebrations.
2) Prices are high and minimal flexibility with returns and exchanges is an issue. For such an expensive item, shipping, exchanges, and returns should be free. This is important in online shopping.
3) The inability for the customer service representatives to be able to check on orders is very limiting. I'm not really sure what their role is if they cannot assist with the orders.
4) Quality of product was quite good. The items looked as advertised. Nice free hangar and suit cover included.
It took multiple emails to get a response back. Customer service phone reps are not given access to any shipping information. When responses were given, they were helpful.
I love the look of the items. They are very unique and not easily found in typical stores.

In regards to the shipping turn around time during the holidays, we in fact have/had multiple ad campaigns both paid and organic that focused 100% in sharing this content. We do apologize if you missed one of those touch points. We always do the best to share this sense of urgency with our customers way ahead of holiday season. If it wasn't for the holiday season, you would have received your order during the advertised time frame.
In regards to returns/exchanges we actually have a partnership with a company called Kover, which allows customers to return/exchange free when they opt into it at checkout. We have this listed in our returns page. Unfortunately there are customers that overlook this or simply do not look at our return/exchange policy/process until they actually want to do so. This makes it mandatory for us to advertise this in multiple touch points during the shopping cycle which we do. Currently its displayed under every add to cart page, returns page and on the bottom right next to the checkout tab in the cart page. If customers make sure Kover is opted in then the return/exchange process couldn't be easier and painless from a monetary standpoint. We offer free returns/exchanges this way. What Natasha did was definitely something that is considered to be 100% "bending our company policy" as she wanted to do right by you
Purchased $1400.00 worth of clothes for a bachelor party in Las Vegas. None of the items ever arrived or even shipped in time for the event and we delayed and much longer than the 8-12 business days it advertises. The items never got delivered and were sent back to the company while I was away. The company lied saying they never received the items even though the tracking number and shipping company confirmed they signed for it at their location. They not only never resent my items, they also never issued a credit or refund for the order and I'm now out a little over $1400 because of it.
The team at Sebastian Cruz is highly responsive to questions. The quality of the material is amazing. I brought my jacket in to be altered to my exact fit. The long time and experienced alterations specialist said "Oh! This is a nice jacket!" He said it twice. He has probably seen 1000's of jackets in his lifetime. That made me feel good knowing I picked something for my daughter's wedding that was top notched and wow'd an expert.

I do not recommend them to anyone, don't be fooled by the pretty pictures on their site.
Terrible costumer service, they never answer the phone, they are all over you when you try to make an order, once you pay they are done with you, it doesn't matter what issue you may have with your order, they completely ignore you, I was only able to connect with them via Facebook messenger (really?)
When I made my purchase, they promised that the order would take 8 12 days, but it took over 25 days. Once the order arrived I discovered that it was huge on me, measurements don't reflect the actual order. I told them I need to exchange it or refund me my money, they flat out refused to help me in anyway.
They are quick to take your money but never care about you afterward.
I am an online shopper, and by far this is the worst company I ever had to deal with.
I don't recommend you ever do business with them.
After doing some research I did see (as you stated) that you provided your custom measurements. Thats what we have to go by. Since this is online its impossible for us to personally measure you.

As the pictures you shared here show that is something very easily to tailor locally. When buying custom clothing online (and even in person) it is almost guaranteed you will want to tailor after you get it. Locally, custom clothiers will alter your clothing maybe 2 times before you get to take it home and take between 6-8 weeks (sometimes more) just to get it right. Us we are on average 3 weeks and then you decide if you want to tailor it further.
If customers give us specific measurements we have to go based off of that.
Finally, after looking at all of the emails we never not once received an email stating any of this feedback from you. Only received an inquiry about when your order was going to ship and we responded right away. I am hoping we can attach the message here.
I realize this has been almost a few years but we like to ensure everyone is responded to. (good or bad).

If I could give lower than one star I would. I ordered a suit on Nov 30th and till this day the only thing I received was a pocket square from them. They told me I need to be patient and everything is custom. Today is January 27 and still nothing. Do not buy from them if you need proof I have it to show. I am in the process with PayPal and I won't stop till I get my money back
I was very satisfied with my first order experience, until a few of the items didn't fit and even though I paid the extra money to be able to send them back… I had to keep going up the management chain for them to let me exchange for a bigger size. I was first told there was no more material available, but then when I asked someone else they said they had some available.
In the end I am very happy with the purchase and would more than likely shop there again.

This is an update for my previous review below. I had to show some pictures! Also had to add my beautiful wife, amazing parents and Pastor Paula White-Cain and Jonathan Cain from Journey in the pictures.
I did some shopping around for some bold suits for my wedding and found Sebastian Cruz. Once I found the suit I liked, they helped me customize it to make it match perfect with our wedding colors. Natalya was so incredible to work with. She was very responsive to emails, kept me updated throughout the process and was all around amazing to work with. I cannot wait to get to show off this incredible suit once it gets fitted. I wish I had a better image to post, but will definitely post some professional photos after the wedding! These guys are TOP NOTCH! I will definitely be buying more suits from them from now on!

Throughout the experience I received great communication. The agent helped me get the right size and expedite the products for delivery in time for an important event. I'm a weird size and every other time I order off the internet the fit, material, and/or tailoring are pretty terrible. I frankly expected the same here... and I was wrong. I'd like to thank the entire Sebastian Cruz team for the outstanding customer service. I ordered in a short time frame, emailed them my deadline, and they assured me they would make it priority have it shipped before then in which they delivered on and then some! The quality of each item and how professionally packaged and neat it all came makes their reputation and brand exceed all others. The suit and shirts are of the HIGHEST QUALITY and fit like a glove- little to no alternations if proper measurements are given! They added in a generous gift of cuff links and a pocket square on my second order for my personal wedding suit…There is no competition!
Tip for consumers:
I ordered my first suit a size larger just in case although they do give extra fabric to go up or down a size so my second suit I ordered spot on and it came fitted just as I desired it. Little to no alternations needed so order your true size and if you email/submit your custom measurements it will come spot on!

Bought a full suit with a custom tailored shirt but the shirt was no where near my measurements. Received my suit on time for my party but they were very poor in communicating where my shirt was. Event was in NY I asked them to send it there only if they can get it there on time or cancel it. They sent the shirt weeks after to NY when I was already back in my home town. After a friend ships the shirt to me I reached out to them and they did absolutely nothing about it.
Customer service is top notch and expedient They're true problem solvers and have quality quality apparel is how I felt up until this last infraction based on how they handle this will determine if they make it back to 5star. They have been phenomenal for the most part but this last 2 weeks have not been what I've come to know. I'm annoyed

I placed my order on November 13th, 2021. I have been inquiring about my order and no one has gotten back to me. I have left voicemails and also sent emails to no avail. I don't want to leave a negative review because I really can't rate the quality of the product I don't have yet. However, getting any response has been very difficult.
My rating is only related to the time and lack of communication.
This product is for our wedding and I'm glad we have a few more months before our wedding or we would be in trouble.
