The Cranberry Cardinals Lino is the epitome of allure and attention. The material is remarkable and it compliments the body structure in a relaxed but form fitted silhouette.
I was initally scared of the price of the items, and a lil bit bothered with all the ads i see everywhere. I know now, SCC is real and is worth the cost. I was totally taken aback by the quality and how well everything fit. I have to make all of my clothing custom due to my size and with other places i still have to get things tailored. With SCC this was not the case. The work was very well done. I wish i had gotten the shoes.
A bit skeptical about receiving it on time, However when I emailed requesting the item to be delivered within a certain dead line, I was more then happy to know it would be here. I did receive the item faster then anticipated. So I was stressing over nothing.
They were very attentive and concern. Alway's heard back from a life person.Even on the weekends.

My experience couldn't have been better. From my first order till today they have taken care of my account with the utmost profession and personal, at times, hands on care. Earlier on in my purchasing I was having an issue with sizing. I was granted the privilege of a private shopping/measurement experience as I was traveling to Florida.
The styles, materials, patters and cuts are perfect.

Just okay. They advertise that the suits have 4 inches of extra fabric in the seems intentionally so that you can take your pieces to be tailored without worry. Took to the tailor there was absolutely no extra fabric in the seems.
They always respond right away, but if they need to follow up on something it seems like they forget about you. Need to stay on top of customer service if you need anything, because while they are responsive, they do not seem to follow up timely.

The company promised the items custom fitted and on time, I sent multiple emails, even requesting a shirt with a different color than the one I originally ordered just to make sure I received the items on time for my event and none of that happened. I actually received the shirt one month and 3 days after I purchased it. Everything was extremely big and not fitted based on the measurements I provided.
My emails were responded in a timely manner, but the issues were not solved. The representative always states that he is contacting his team in regards to the issues but he is unable to provide detailed explanation of facts and does not follow up with the customer when a problem arises and the company can’t solve it on time

The design, quality and materials are amazing! The customer service was good as well. My only issue was the waist size of the pants. They are not standard sizes, and the website states they are True to Size. The size used is the exact circumference size of your waist. I wish it would be more clear. With that said I was able to tailor the pants to fit, but it was a close call with our deadline.

I ordered black diamonte with gold buckle however they sent me in silver. I had to return the silver and get the golden however my photo shoot which is worth $2000 had to be postponed which costed me almost $1000 more. I tried to explain this to Natalya and Madeline but it seems like nobody cares. Your products are beyond exception however I am not satisfied with the customer service.
They just ignored it.

The representatives that assisted me were very responsive to my messages. I was informed of the status of my order from start to finish. The professionalism and customer service was great! My order was custom fit to my husband and I still received my order faster than I expected.
I chose Sebastian Cruz Couture because there is no one out there with the style and options you offer as well as the quality! I was looking for something different for my husband and Sebastian Cruz Couture is something you would see on the runway for fashion week in NY, or right up their with Versace and other designers and I wanted my husband to look like a model for our vow renewal in Mexico. The groom should look just as good as his bride! I am very impressed.

Before I ordered a few items from this store, I checked the delivery time policy and it says 8-10 business days; which is not correct. I had my event on April 22nd, 2022 so I had enough time to get the items delivered because I submitted the order on March 29th, 2022. I didn't get any of the four items before my event. The first item, arrived a few days after my event. The other three items arrived the last week of June, (12 weeks later) because I contacted the store a few times; which is so disappointing. If you're willing to take the risk, go ahead. If not, avoid to order from this store.
The blazer looks ok but it didn't fit, I had to send it to tailor.
Vest and shirt are cool.

I see you did order during a holiday, which is why we always say "approximately" none the less the bulk of the items arrived during the time frame and the remainder later. I am writing because I am greatly concerned regarding my wedding trousers as I ordered size 46 because of my body build. I am a former football player, and I must get my pants sizes bigger because of my thighs.
A size 46 is normally sufficient for my thighs, however with order it is not. They are greatly tight. It was my understanding that there "4" extra of fabric on the inside of every corner" and there is not on my trousers. I called spoke to someone within a week of placing my order and I was told that someone will call me and I never recieved a call.
I also sent a message about my bow tie and no one has contacted me regarding my request to exchage it for a neck tie of the same color of my jacket.
I am still hoping that someone will contact me.

It took more than a month to receive my order. The product is fine but the wait time is not.
Shirt factory has been extremely delayed at the beginning of the year. We apologize you had this experience. Normally its 3 week turn around time. Sorry to hear you experienced an extra week delay. Moving forward if you need items by a specific time please share with us ahead of time as we will always do everything to accommodate!

The one shirt that did arrive was not the correct size and arrived weeks late. The other shirt that I paid for never arrived. So far no response back to my emails.

Ordered a jacket and shirt 2 months ago for my son's wedding which is out of state. Love the quality of the jacket and the shirt. Got the order and realized I had ordered the wrong shirt. I ordered the correct shirt to rush the process. They refunded the previous shirt as an exchange (which they didn't want to do). Once I received the new shirt, I realized it was completely the wrong size, so I had to send it back (at my expense, they don't pay for returns even if it's their fault). They assured me numerous times that I would have the shirt in time, even if it needed to be altered for the event. I received the new shirt and once again it's the wrong size. The sleeves are about 4" too short. Being that I now have to rush to find a new shirt at a local store they say that they won't give a refund, only a 20% discount for their mistake. I'm sure they'll still make me pay for the shipping as well. This is a very important event and now I'm having to settle for whatever I can find. Very bad experience.
