I've been ghosted twice from chicks on this site, but the last one just majorly redeemed herself yesterday. Tbh, I was about done with trying on here, but just like that, I think I just met my match. Amy and I have found a great arrangement that works for both of us and I'm actually excited. Upward and onward!
SWM, I've used this site off and on for about 4 years with varied results. One of the most annoying things about it; The site automatically sends out messages and likes from dormant female accounts just to get you to spend credits. Now lately they won't take credit or debit cards which I've used for years. They only accept Bitcoin to purchase credits to contact other site members. What a load of crap!
Anyone that's going to join up to Secret Benefits, or any date site like this one, should do their diligence and look into if the site is a legit place to look for relationship/arrangement wants and desires. What I would NOT advise peeps doing is create a quick generic profile and then chill expecting things to happen. Sure, I did start simple to check out the scene, but once I found some possible matches I went full on with my profile. Effort is required for payoff just like anything else. Keep it real. No site is going to plop your 'dream come true' into your lap.
I have used SB a lot to find interesting dudes to enjoy my time off with. Most have owned it, but some have not met the mark. Some have been very kind and generous and others a bit more stingy, but if you've been on sites like this, it should come as no surprise. I'm happy playing the scene and I'm not stuck on anyone. Fun and easy going times are my focus. But regardless, just keep it real, put your best foot forward, and don't put up with BS. #keepitreal
The guys here are 10 years older than on Tinder and at least they are honest about what they want and willing to offer something in return. I recommend
I have received messages from potential sugar babies. But, about 90% of the women have written a 5-10 word note (or less) that shows zero thought and I, as a male subscriber, have to buy credits to initiate each conversation if I'm interested. When I've replied with a thoughtful response expressing interest I've almost never heard back from the potential sugar baby. I can't figure out why they send messages, put you on their list of preferred partners, and then don't reply. This has happened to me EVERY time. It gives the impression that the girls are fakes enlisted to interest you just enough to get you to reply (which uses credits) and then ignore you to move on to the next guy. That may or may not be the case, but this has happened to me whether the girls are "verified" accounts or not. The site representatives say this is not deliberate deception and rightly point out that they have no control over the behavior of their users, but it appears to be a pattern. Maybe it's just that the place is populated by vapid women with short attention spans who really have no interest in becoming a sugar baby or, I think most likely, they think they want to be one and sign up because the idea seems exciting but then decide they aren't really interested or they're scared and they move along. In any case, so far it has not been worth the time or money to me. Your mileage may vary. I will say that the customer service people have been responsive and helpful.
Tbh, I was newly divorced and joined SB just to forget my past relationship snd meet some fun guys that could show me a good time, but I ended up falling for the first guy I met on the site. We look a little unconventional together, but I don't care, Mitch is a real man and I finally understand how I always should have been treated.
Tip for consumers:
Don't go in with big expectations. Be open to possibilities and maybe someone amazing will surprise you too!
I tried this website. The way it works is that the men pay to contact the women. Multiple women would "favorite me" and i would contact them. I would generally get what seemed like a computer generated response such as "hey" or "how's it going". I would then reply with something like "you are quite attractive, please tell me a little about you". I might or might not get back some bland response such as "you sound great" or "i think we are a match" and then i would write back and never hear back from the females. I also had multiple situations where i actually chatted with a girl and then we switched to text and she sent me pictures her chat with me which showed multiple of my emails did not go through to her. I am very convinced that most of the female profiles are fake and that their I. T. is inaccurate/inefficient. Complete waste of time and money and even worse is that it is demoralizing in that the male questions why none of the girls seem truly interested. Emails to their support team get very bland responses and denials.
I’m very sorry to hear you haven’t enjoyed your experience on Secret Benefits. Customer Support was in contact with you and I believe they were able to help improve your experience. It would be great if you could update your review to reflect that.
I’m sorry that some of the people you communicated with didn’t end up turning into dates but please keep in mind that people do sometimes get busy with their lives off the site and don’t always check in every day.
I heard lots of good things about SB and once I became single I was really excited to join and test my luck. Turns out to be one of the best dating websites I've been on! Totally gets my vote!
That's great to hear. I'm glad you've been enjoying your experience and thanks for your vote!
So you have the ability to see the girls, but it is really rare to have them actually contact you after you have spent the money (a few bucks a pop) to open up the ability to write them. I have noticed that when a girl shares her photos, or likes me, she will often disappear from the search results, and I will have to dig into other parts of the site to locate her again. With such a low response rate, I wonder if I am disappearing for the girls as well. I mean seriously, it is maybe one in 10 that responds to an initial message. Also Secret Benefits is pretty bad about nickel and diming you for things like getting to see the hidden pictures if a girl shares them with you (another 10 credits which equates to a few bucks), read receipts (another set of credits), etc etc. I did an initial credit buy and have a few left, but have not had near the amount of luck I've had on their competitor's sites... Like it isn't even close. Sugardaddymeet seems to be the best value for the money especially now that Seeking Arrangements has bumped their monthly fee to 99 bucks a month.
Tip for consumers:
Just know that this is going to be frustratingly difficult to contact people in comparison with competitor sites.
I met beau on secret benefits and we have been happy together for 3 months now. I am sharing this for anyone that's wondering if finding love is possible on this site because it sure is!
Tip for consumers:
Stay positive and put your best face forward.
Seems there are some varying opinions. My experience has been good. It's easy to meet guys. When I meet someone I stop using the site so I haven't been on a few months but I vouch.
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. I'm glad you've enjoyed yourself and find it easy to meet guys.
I went out with a very attractive lady this weekend. It was very fun getting to know her and I would say that we had a very good time together. I even got a little kiss at the end of the night!
Tip for consumers:
Have confidence. They are on the site. Just gotta beat the others to it.
I've been using the site for a little over a week now and got a great convo going at the moment with a real beauty that doesn't live far from me. SB might be my new go to for dating.
Paid for an initial block of credit for 59 dollars. I was going to purchase more but only have the option of spending 90 dollars or more. Seems like a scam.
Sorry you weren't successful after your initial purchase. Sometimes it takes longer than others to find a compatible date but hopefully you'll be more successful next time around.
Sharing this for other women wondering about SB and here to say this is the 2nd time I used the site and met someone real. Yes, you got to load photos without filters, but it is a free service.
Tip for consumers:
no
Guys please read the woman's profile. Stop with the lame "hey" and "hi". Say something witty or mention something about my profile to get a response. Come find me. Vickydbb
Tip for consumers:
A little old fashioned charm and manners go a long way
The site is straightfoward and modern looking. I like that it's a free membership. Still looking for a sugar daddy, but the dates I've been on so far were nice.
Good day. I just want to share that I'm really enjoying using secret benefits. Love that there are no charges for the service and there are real men on the site that understand how to treat women.
Tip for consumers:
don't put up with bs from blokes
Almost sure the girls are fake except by very, very few. The most beautiful and young certainly are fake either paid by the site or put by the site itself. Remember, the site is overseas.
Tip for consumers:
Just think on the number of attention from super beautiful girls, not logic. Surely, the site is becoming rich with fake girls
Signed up 4 days ago. Bought $250 in credits. Received about 50 new messages from women (BOTS) in a 30 mile radius. All simple greetings like "Hi, how are you?" "Hey there!" etc. Note that none of them said anything specific about me or my profile. I responded to 25 or 30 of them. Note they contacted me first. ZERO responses from any of them. ZERO. Bot generated scam, basic cash grab using fake profiles. Save your money, learn from fools like me that are nice enough to leave reviews so you don't completely WASTE your money.
Update a few days later: The Secret Benefits team reached out through Sitejabber asking for my email and username saying they were going to fix something.
Instead my login no longer works saying my password is invalid, and the reset password function no longer works. Looks like they just shut down my account instead of issuing any sort of refund or anything else. I would give this site a 0 star if possible. Do not spend money here. 99% bots, 0% customer service. Based out of Cyprus. Side note: SugarDaddy dot com is a evil twin/clone of this website so they are ripping off everyone there as well. EXACT same everything including profiles, instead of SB it is SD. That is the ONLY difference on the webpage. I wonder how many dollars these two companies have scammed out of people. Millions.
Tip for consumers:
That these are entirely fake profiles that entice men into spending money by reaching out to them and messaging with womens profiles, they have to purchase credits to open the message, then nothing. They have a twin site called SugarDaddy dot com as well. Exactly the same, including the SAME local profiles, just a different name.
Quick shout out to Secret Benefits! My wonderful new husband and I met here 1 year ago. Couldn't be happier! Finding true love is definitely possible here! So thankful! Mwah!
Wonderful news, congratulations! Thanks for taking the time to share your exciting news.
Recommended by a friend, SB has proved to be a very straightforward and effective dating website. I am able to meet new people with ease and I think the oricing structure is fair.
Hi. Member on SB for 2 months and I would like to report everything seems on the up and up and most importantly I'm meeting women that look like their profile pics.
Tip for consumers:
Just b yourself
They want you to spend your coins that's it! Women reach out to you, then you respond never to hear from them again. Please listen, and heed warning. Don't waste your money!
Tip for consumers:
Don't do it
I spent over two months trying to get my profile pics and video verified, sending message every day or other day to customer support without receiving any help or response, they completely ignored me. My friend Jack even made a profile and tried messaging them on my behalf since they were not acknowledging me whatsoever and he was also going to become a paying member, but only if they fixed my problem. Two months down the road of Jack and I messaging them they finally got everything verified for me. They told Jack to verify his photos to log into his account and when he tried to verify them, the site would not let him so he sent a picture to verify himself holding the paper up thru his personal email and received no response. Neither one of us are able to log in now. After 2 months you verify me and then kick me off the site?! I should mention that right before I got verified I was pretty upset with there poor customer support so I wrote a bad review and a few days later after my profile gets verified they saw my bad review and respond with some lame sh! T saying I did something that violated there terms of service or something and that's why my profile wasn't verified and then kicked me off the site! WTF is wrong with you people?!
Hi Baby, your behavior on the site was in violation of our Terms of Service which is why you were not able to successfully complete verification.
