Website says fully trained employees and customer service representatives yet when they're giving you misleading and false information in a phone call that leads you to being stuck in another 3 year contract with SFI. Way to keep your customers. Obviously not loyal customers. I'm sure that phone conversation was and hopefully recorded because i plan to use that against you SFI.
Great company, very professional. I just recently retired from the military and I sent out about 50 resumes and Security Forces INC called me in the very next day. The Company makes you feel like a family.
This company literally treats their employees like pieces of trash. Do not expect to get any days off for Dr's appts, family emergencies, or sickness. They expect your job to come before your family or own physical well-being. The work that is expected of you is not worth the pay of 8-9 bucks an hour. Don't ever make a mistake or you're gone. The insurance is ridiculous. The shifts are ridiculous. The pay is ridiculous. The Gastonia District is the absolute worst district to work for. The actual District Manager does not know a thing about being a Manager, never been to college and probably didn't even graduate highschool. His assistant is even worse. Charlotte Gregory, probably the worst boss I've ever worked for. The BBB needs to investigate this office and come find out how they're treating their employees. It's not right.
This company posts jobs on employment search sites, but has no jobs available, they just try to get you to sign up & pay for training.
