I sent my Macbook Pro to sellbroke the beginning of December after I personally screwed up my device. I was quoted $174 for the computer, a lot more than other websites like gazelle. I was getting nervous because I hadn't heard anything and it got confirmation that they received my device. I sent an email today (12/30) not expecting to hear back for a few days because of the holidays and they got back to me within the hour. They confirmed they got my package and the money was in my account in less than two hours after that. I had a great experience with Sellbroke.com and would definitely use them again and recommend them.
I compared my SellBroke offer to purchase my Dell laptop with (3) other online offers. SellBroke gave me the best offer and I received payment through PayPal on a Tuesday after mailing it to them on the Saturday before. They did what they said what they would do and I can't ask for more than that!
SellBroke is an Excellent organization. I had an old MacBookPro that had finally just given up and frankly wasn't worth trying to repair. (I think it was 10+ years old.) So, I logged in and described the device as fairly and accurately as I could. I received a quote from SellBroke, accepted it, shipped it to them (they paid for the UPS!) and literally by return email, was paid via PayPal the price they quoted. I couldn't be happier! Had an old MacBook that wasn't working and an even older HP. I was offered and paid $99 for the MacBook (a 2012 that wouldn't boot and which I couldn't wipe). The HP wasn't worth anything, but they allowed me to return it in the same box as the Mac, so they're essentially wiping and recycling it for free (to me, anyway). Overall very pleased. Prices were more than fair and their customer service responded the next business day. I also received payment the next business day. It would have cost me $80 to wipe both at Best Buy, so really this was a great deal for me.
Sent in my all-in-one computer with a prepaid label. It was delivered this morning and payment has been submitted to my Paypal account this afternoon. Super pleased.
