“Makes the wrinkles fade”

I agree the way this company handles it's out of stock problems is bad. You should be able to sign up for the product so that you know about when you might receive it. But I have only been using it for a 2 weeks but I can already see the difference in my complexion. I am 71 years old and I am seeing fairly deep wrinkles disappear. I am using the Climate Control, the Dry Day Moisturizer, and the Anti-Aging Foundation. I want to wait a couple of months and then I will try some more of their products like the actual wrinkle remover, etc. The texture of the lipstick takes getting use to but there too I am seeing an improvement in my lips that tend toward being chapped. I'll check back in 6 mos if my rating declines.

This company is horrible. I love the products I use and other people have used. But it is extremely hard to order anything with all the out of stock issue. I mean 1 color or item every other week. People panic buy and buy all the colors that come out so it doesn't leave any for others to order. Some of us have a fulltime job and a family to raise we can't sit in front of the computer waiting to see what's going to come out. They should limit the # of items selected per distributor and not 20 of the same color for 1 person. We voice the concerns we have to corporate office but none is addressed. I mean so many people could have invested their time and money in a different company. Maybe even stop signing up new people until you get all the back orders completed, set a limit on how many colors each person can order and then start getting more people on so they sign up with things they can actually get.

Appearance care is the main goal for me personally. Therefore, I try to buy a product based on natural plant extracts. It was in this online store that I chose concealer. Made an order, the goods were delivered promptly. When I first applied the concealer, I picked up a tone darker than necessary for the skin tone. Everything else meets my needs.

I'm getting compliments on my complexion! I didn't like wearing make-up until I discovered this! It sits on your skin under your foundation and lasts all day! It's light and smooths out the skin. When I walk through the door in the evening, my make-up looks like it did when I left in the morning. I love it!

Tip for consumers:
My favorite SeneGence product by far. There’s a noticeable difference after the first use. My face looks and feels so smooth and this product is very light.

I was working on the event and there I met a girl introducing lipstick by Senegence. I always have a problem to keep lipstick on my lips and I use for my job facial mask so... I have been using SeneGence products since summer of 2016 and loved them so much I signed up for the distributor discount. Is the company experience growing pains? Yes, but a postiive attitude and a little patience goes a long way toward making this a good experience. Exponential growth is both fantastic and painful, and changes don't happen overnight but we're getting there. Yes we have out of stock issues, but all distributors have an upline support system from which to draw, and they are all fabulous. If someone's direct upline is not helpful, go to the next one up, and so on. This company cares about its distributors. My advise to anyone who isn't happy with their experience is to take it to their upline and stay the course. Eventually the understock issue will be ironed out and when it does, those who stayed confident are going to benefit greatly!

I was just sent some small free samples of random things. I only used the foundation and the lip balm. My lips hurt and are dried out and my cheeks look like I got sunburned and they hurt! I would most definitely never recommend. Thank goodness it was free.

I began this in 2016 and they have yet to get stock in. How is a distributor supposed to make anything when you can't order stock. Another thing is getting on to the site when new stock comes in! You CAN'T! I am so disappointed with this whole thing. Beware if your planning on joining as you make nothing!

I can wear any cheap dollar store brand make up, avon, etc. but i CANNOT wear anything from this company, especially lipsense. I had a reaction from it (shedding skin, rash and pimples) all around my mouth from this product. This is not healthy nor should be tolerated on the market! I had to stop immediately and getting my money back was a little difficult. I purchased the item around Xmas and didnt use it right away, so naturally the distributor didn't want to take it back. And it appeared she doesn't keep that much stock on hand, always had to get from other people. Whole experience was weird!

Yes, this company has been experiencing some growing pains and was probably caught of guard with the intense popularity that LipSense has seen in the last 6 to 8 months. Yes, OOS has been an issue - has it stopped me from succeeding - nope. Do I have lots of color - yes! I suspect great things on are the horizon for this company. Distributor #*******.

I have used every skincare line from Mary Kay to LaMer plus what my aesthetician skincare line. I am impressed!
Customer service was great too as I had a defective bottle and they are sending me a new one.
I signed up to sell just to get the discount. I got 50% off with $600 orders. So I did times two! I am going to try to sell but if I get nowhere I still get 20%! Love the skincare for dry skin!

The products are good but the way the company is run is discusting! Your lucky to get refunds and they take months to get. The customer service they give is pretty much non existent because you can't ever get ahold of anyone or even leave a message. They make many excuses to people as too why there is lack of product with nothing to back up there claims. You have been warned!

I really do like the products but they are NEVER in stock. Typically, demand greater than supply is a good business model UNLESS it turns buyers away from your product forever! If I owned this company I would be would get some more manufacturers ASAP. Do they not want to make as much money as possible?! I really don't understand why they can't keep products in stock.

I went online to purchase the lip product. The Senegence website connected me with a local distributer to purchase the product via their site. I purchased the item via paypal and my account was charged immediately. After 30 days and no items I contacted the distributer via email and received no response. I also reached out to the company directly via email and received no response. After reaching out to paypal to dispute the payment for non receipt of goods the seller responded that she did not receive the email order, then she later stated she did find the order in her spam. Now it has been 40 days and I am requesting my money back since I still have not received the items. I also called customer service from the company website and they refuse to help and state"you have to deal with the distributer". Would not recommend this company!

I really try to give Sengence a try. I was helping a friend fund raise for her sick son, so I bought some of the make-up products. But as I kept trying the different colors of lip gloss it would first burn, I had to put globs of it on, then seal it with a clear gloss. After one hour, yes one, I started to have "flaky" lip gloss fall off! It was embarrassing because I was attending a banquet the weekend my flaky lips emerged. When I got home to remove it with make-up remover wipes, my lips were very dry. Geez, I'll just stick to my regular use of drugstore lipstick. And I really try to help my friend, but the lip-colors I had purchased did not stay put.

I first bough the LipSense - hated it. Burned and did not last like promised. Awful. Then my distributor sold me a $200.00 set of cleanser, moisturizers and eye cream. Only the night cream was decent. The rest was not even worth using. But the WORST is the eye cream. Even a speck of it cakes in my fine lines under my eyes. I was told to use less - no difference. Then I was told to only use it at night and get another one for day. WHAT? The 3 in 1 cleanser is so harsh that I could never use it twice a day as recommended. I just threw $200.00 away. :(

It's a pyramid scheme. When a majority of earnings is from recruitment of a downline it is a pyramid scheme. Yes they have products but you make peanuts selling the products compared to recruitment. You are more likely to lose money or go into debt if you sign up for this MLM. It's also quite fishy that they do not have an income disclosure statement. Save your money!

I got sucked into this business because a popula vlogger on YouTube started advertising it. Make sure you get all your information before joining this company. My uplin recommended I put all my stock purchases on a credit card so I could get rewards points. Yes, they actually recommend you go into debt to buy their product. The bad thing about this business is that you have to purchase stock or get a SeneGence approved website, which costs $300 on top of your starter fee. If potential customers want to purchase through the SeneGence site, you will not show up in the distributor locator because you did not pay the $300. This company is crap. Join another MLM or start your own business. You'll make more money.

I am so pissed! This lipsense blistered my lips. Tried it again thinking it was a fluke. Oh no! Not a fluke. Now my lips are blistered for Christmas photos. Go get a normal store bought product and save yourself the money and the pain. For the money, this stuff should be gold.

I have been a distributor since May 2017 at the height of the oos issue. Currently the company is 100% in stock! The LipSense is awesome and usually last 8+hrs for me personally! My friend has to remove it because it doesnt come off on her because she drinks water all day long. I love the colors and business opportunity. The only way to fail is if you quit!

I agree, I couldn't do 300 pv. The colours are great but I don't like how the lipstick feels and it didn't last more than 4hrs, I wanted it for travelling. The company makes you feel that you are the only one having the problem. You have to sell a lot of product for 300 pv, also you have a 6 monthly renewal subscription, I didn't get told when I signed up.

I was amazed by the product even though I had never tried it. Was excited to buy so I joined th become a distributor to get the discount and possibly have some extra money! My upline that I signed under NEVER mentioned to me about the problems they were having. All of the OOS issues and NEVER told me I would not be able to order. Been trying to get through to customer service to get my money back but can't get anyone to answer the phone. It's been 6 months and still nothing to order but I have received an email tell me since I haven't placed any orders my distributor status is fixing to be inactive! Y'all can keep the $55 and stick it! If I was aware of all of the problems I wouldn't have joined. Someone needs to tell these leaders to stop signing people just to make their commission checks fatter and lying to the public!

Lipstick burns my lips and ShadowSense stings my eyelids. I was told the lipstick is natural, blah blah blah... I looked up what ingredients were in it toxic, carcinogenic, antifreeze like chemicals... so disappointed. I was told the burning was normal... no make up product should burn your skin, bad! I wish they had told me about the normal burning before I spent so much money on it!

I love the lipsense, but the company is run very poorly. I loved the lip product so i became a distributor. $55 ($63 with tac etc) gets you in. Once in i saw hardly NO product is in stock! I ordered what i could, placing orders totaling $409. In a months time i have only recieved 2 lip colors, 2 oops, and 3 glosses. The others are "backordered" or "ready to ship"... For weeks!? Im not ordering anything else. They dont seem to know how to run a company.

I've been using Senegence products for about 3 years and my skin has improved dramatically. I use to struggle with terribly dry skin which was causing tons of aging. Through the use of their products like Climate Control, Nangai Oil, and their 3 in 1 cleanser and moisturizers by skin is hydrated and moisturized. I also espcially love their shadows, tinted moisturizer, and foundation. All good stuff!
