“Makes the wrinkles fade”

I agree the way this company handles it's out of stock problems is bad. You should be able to sign up for the product so that you know about when you might receive it. But I have only been using it for a 2 weeks but I can already see the difference in my complexion. I am 71 years old and I am seeing fairly deep wrinkles disappear. I am using the Climate Control, the Dry Day Moisturizer, and the Anti-Aging Foundation. I want to wait a couple of months and then I will try some more of their products like the actual wrinkle remover, etc. The texture of the lipstick takes getting use to but there too I am seeing an improvement in my lips that tend toward being chapped. I'll check back in 6 mos if my rating declines.

This company is horrible. I love the products I use and other people have used. But it is extremely hard to order anything with all the out of stock issue. I mean 1 color or item every other week. People panic buy and buy all the colors that come out so it doesn't leave any for others to order. Some of us have a fulltime job and a family to raise we can't sit in front of the computer waiting to see what's going to come out. They should limit the # of items selected per distributor and not 20 of the same color for 1 person. We voice the concerns we have to corporate office but none is addressed. I mean so many people could have invested their time and money in a different company. Maybe even stop signing up new people until you get all the back orders completed, set a limit on how many colors each person can order and then start getting more people on so they sign up with things they can actually get.

The oil to acne line worked well for my cystic acne. But, I moisturizer caused BURNING all over my face. It felt like every nerve was on fire. But it wears off within 10 minutes. So if you can deal with 10 minutes of searing pain. It's great!

I can't say enough about their mascara, no mascara out there beats it!
Their skin care line from shampoo and body wash to Climate Control and beyond is proven time and time again that I made the right decision switching to their products!

How can one sell a product that is never in stock? Why when you ask for assistance all you get is check online. Or, I have hundreds of people under me, they don't have problems like you? WOW! Great help from those trying to sell your product! Sad point - I love most of the products I have purchased.

These guys can't get their s#!$ together. As a distributor tying to bring some extra cash is trying to get product is a joke. Hours can go by when they get product in stock because they have elementary skilled people doing the website work and cant figure out how to update their dang server to move. I'm writing this as I have been waiting over an hour to get product to sell. They rarely have stock and when it comes in I have to coordinate with other distributors to see who can get it and then trade. Senegence must also have elementary skilled manufacturers where they can't figure out what demand is a make to it. I'm sure they don't mind because they sell everything they make but if they keep this up too long, they will be a flavor of the month and someone will figure out how to get past any IP they have and sell it at a lower cost and not stock out every dang thing.

As stated by others on this site, I paid my $55 for the "distributor packet" which arrived nicely put together, DVD's and all. That was a few weeks ago. Scam part is that they have absolutely zero Lipsense available for their "distributors" to sell. Disputing it on my credit card- done.

I was sent some free samples this week and decided to try them out last night. I used to face wipes to remove the oils from during the day and used the moisturizer before bed. I woke up to my skin burning, red and dry skin spots all over my face, especially around my lips. A friend loves this brand but for me and my skin specifically it's a no go. I'll be sticking to my normal skin care products.

Love the products. Been a distributor 6 years in January. Paid my yearly fee then. Broke my back in April and was busy with thar. I went inactive and had 30 days to reactivate. I missed that. They want me to pay $85.00 to sign up again. Not good to their Distributors unless you spend a certain amount each month.

This is a scam. They must make their money on signing up new distributors because for months now they've been saying they are experiencing growing pains but constantly are out of stock on almost every single item. This company should have worked it's problems out by now. They also take your money right away and then don't ship your order till over a month later, then not ship the complete order. They've not responded to any of my emails. I highly encourage your to read the reviews. You'd be crazy to buy into this poorly run business. However, the lipsense is a great product, too bad the company is so bad to deal with.

Saw this on a "Queen's" (LOL) fb page at some retreat she was at. Says they always incorporate a Bible verse --Give me break! Read inside the lines. These corporate leaders should be ashamed of themselves. What a scam. I feel really sorry for anyone who has fallen for the scam of any pyramid scheme.

The worst. They do not care about their customers and especially don't care about their distributors. Will allow you to buy product (and pay for it) when they can't fulfill the order (for months!) Most recently I was charged for product over a month ago and still don't have it. I've sent many emails and not a single response. The lipsense product *if you can get it!* is great. The skincare line caused me a lot of issues. But no issue as big as the financial ones this unethical and near-fraudulent "company" has caused. Please notice all the gals who gave even a semi decent review left their info so they can promote themselves lol. That should say it all!

I became a distributor in August 2016 and have enjoyed my business since! It takes hard work for any home based business so if you don't have what it takes to own your own business, then SeneGence isn't for you! You don't need to recruit to earn money either! There marketing plan allows you to make great money by selling their products only. Sure, they are going through a growth spurt and products are out of stock but it just goes to show how awesome the products and the business really are! I joined Senegence because I like their LipSence lip glosses (that's about it). I thought it was an amazing product. I was so disappointed and continue to be 3 months later. Items are always Temporary out of Stock or if you order something that you want for a customer is sent to you as a Partial Order. That's when I realized this company is a scam. Corporate office is clueless. I have called them and I'm always transferred to someone else only to hear "you're number 219". My calls are never returned or e-mails responded. I regret having hope with this company and I regret spending my money or the bull$#*! starter kit which is only a bunch of literature.

Over priced. Fake, and an MLM. There are other products out there that does a better job and does not obligate you to have a horrible, painful experience. Be careful out there. It's a beauty cult that will leave you stressed and broke than when you started.

I ordered Lash Sense Waterproof Mascara for $20 plus shipping. I received it two weeks later and the tube was totally empty. Senegence wants me to pay a 10% restocking fee and shipping again when it is their mistake their is NO PRODUCT to try. They do not take care of their customers or distributors. They charged the distributor a 10% restocking fee and shipping twice as well. I refuse to buy their crap again! If I still want the mascara, I will need to wait about a month or so being they are out of stock! They need to go out of business for good!

Ive been using this for 5 years now and the clock has turned back on my skin. I'm turning 40 next year and often get told I look 27-28! It makes my day! I never get tired of it. Just start using it and keep at it, your face will love you for you!

I had originally gotten the lip gloss as a gift from a neighbor, since she had been moving and needed to get rid of some items. She handed me this lip gloss specifically since she said she had no need for it anymore, so i tried it on. It was the worst mistake in my life. Not only was it sticky among application, but it was burning horribly. This was a few years ago yes, but it was scarring since i have a huge love for make up. My lips at the time were in no way chapped, but when i managed to clean it off, my lips swelled a small bit, were red, as well as irritated beyond belief.

Tip for consumers:
please do research on the ingredients they use before you buy the products, it may spare you pain

i used the lip gloss, it was gifted to me from an old neighbor

I'm a makeup artist and started to use LipSense at first for my wedding jobs. It's simply the best if people use it in the correct way. No dry or crack lips, using their gloss is a must!
I have also started using the skincare for last couple years, it clear up my blemishes and my skin look so much better and fresher. I have also switched to Use their foundation and makeup on myself everyday, as I have oily and sensitive skin, it's the best for me as it doesn't clog pores or break me out. Honestly the makeup and skincare I was using were good brands and a lot more expensive, but SeneGence work much better, I have never look back.

I'm a long time distributor I originally signed up mid-1990's. This year has been chaos Senegence. To me, it seems a distributor can only get the product if they are a high producer or a new distributor. When I can not order product and my long time customer tells me "This person has stock so I ordered it from her" It kills me and makes me feel so maltreated.

A friend of mine is a distributor for SeneGence. I purchased a couple of lip colors/glosses and fell in love with the product. So, I wanted to buy more and my friend suggested I become a distributor so that I can purchase the product at a discount. I'm learning now that while yes, you can buy the product at a discount you will not ever find anything in stock because most distributors will hoard, I mean buy so much product that nobody else is able to later. Then they trade amongst themselves. This is the most ridiculous business plan I've ever seen or heard of. I work and go to school full-time. I don't have time to sit at a computer to wait until they release new colors or add inventory. I don't have the luxury of that kind of time. BEWARE! I do not RECOMMEND this MLM even if you're looking to just buy at a discount.

Really this company is a joke. They take people's money and rarely do you get product and then you fight for months to get refunds.

All they say is they are growing and trying. Really? Stop accepting thousands of new distributors when you can't fill orders.

Don't ever buy any of this company's products. I bought all 5 of their diamond colors with diamond gloss for Valentine's Day well over a month before Valentine's Day. Despite repeated inquiries from my distributor there was nothing by Valentine's Day. The lipstick finally shipped late. Today, after keeping the money for almost 3 months they refunded the diamond gloss amount. The diamond gloss was the only reason I paid the extra money for their overpriced lipstick.

I got some lip color, it looked good going on but burned my lips, thinking that maybe I had chapped lips or something my teen daughter tried and screamed from the burning, couldn't get it off fast enough. Have tried this on 5 different ppl, not telling them what happened. They all complained of burning, one even said, "wow this stuff smells like alcohol". Read ingredients, has alcohol listed first meaning it is mostly alcohol llisted again later on, also has methyl glucose ether, st. Johns wart and other things can't even pronounce. The very last time I get reeled into buying something that I know nothing abt. Folks be careful.

My skin was really dry because of swimming in chlorine pools. I couldn't find anything to help add the moisture back to my skin. Until I found senegence. I couldn't believe what 1 product did and that hooked me.
