Very bad service, and very unprofessional behavior...

Very bad service, and very unprofessional behavior from the employees.
There is no understanding on the requirements, i asked them for a "SEO Friendly joomla template", one day before the delivery the shown a photoshop made image. Again i shown them my initial requirement, then they made a vague template over night, and wanted me to pay with out even testing it.
They sound like they excel in fighting, but not in doing the work.
