I bought a Braun razor from Amazon.ca
About 6 weeks later, as I was shaving just before a meeting, all my hairs were falling on my white shirt.Totally disgusting! I returned the razor for the money back garanteed. Wow. 10 to 12 weeks before I get my refund. Wow. They also were refusing to refund me the tax. I had to fight over the phone with them. Then when I phone back they were saying that without the tracking number they could not do anything. The number you call is Braun but the money back garanteed is done by another company also belonging to Proctor and Gamble. I finally received a credit card for the tax value. They also will refund me with another Master Card card. Insane.
Still waiting for my $230 to buy a new NON-BRAUN razor. Remember why I returned it in the first place.
