No fake take. You pay, and you get what you pay for. They make every effort to bring you the best and most relevant match. My nephew got his match on shaadi.com, and that is how I can guarantee their service reliability.
Jayesh lied to me and defrauded me of 3 months of VIP services. He begged for more money as usual and lied how many months I would get. I got 3 months and some odd days where he begged for more money and he robbed me of January and February. Shaadi.con refused to help me. They said it's my mistake for trusting him. What a horrible situation.
Don't be SCAM with these ppls like SHAADI.com, There is that many apps where you can match maker.
Never share your personal information or pay any subscription fees to them or they will stolen from your credit card. There is many who are trained just to stolen money from your personal information.
Again - Don't be victim with these people and AWARE it
I have used this site and became paid member three times. The major weakness that I found is that they have fake profiles to lure customers. There are other websites as well that I recommend people to explore. I do want to share one site that a close friend has launched. It is Live Rishta that is new and does not have fake profiles. Here is the link to it: www.LiveRishta.com
I would suggest never joined the VIP Shaadi plan. One of their employee Nazia called me and showing the rosy picture of their organization and letting you know the success rate of 90% which is completely false. Their service is shoddy and never joined shaadi.com. I would suggest better to take the plan from Jeevansathi.com. Also, they have not refunded my 50 USD too.
Shaadi.com - Big No.
After filing complaint at customer service regarding service and fraud, no one contact you. And if someone reaxh out to you, it will be by them convenience even other person is in diff time zone. At night 12/1/2 o'clock, anytime. And team is very smart to excuse and manipulative. Once you enroll and pay for it, they don't care and start giving excuse even without follow your instructions. They do whatever they want to do, they not following your requirements and not answering your questions about the prospect profile. NOT RECOMMENDED HARDLY INSIST.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid this bid scam nd traps.
Please stay away from VIP Shaddi. Shaddi.com is engaging in a scam and fraudulent activity.I would advise "Anupam Mittal" to concentrate on his business services rather than wasting other people's time on Shark Tank.
This company has also posted fake reviews in playstores, misleading us

I joined the VIP shaadi. Firstly when the peoples are money hungry they are tried to convince other way.
They don't have enough profile( If you are looking in your cast)
In my case sells person explain me like that " if you keep your choice open then you have more chance to get choice" I strictly inform them about we have first preference in our cast(PATEL).
After one week I get phone call from VIP Shaadi about they don't have profile in PATEL cast. The lady over to phone is very rude and tried to drive us on stick.
Please think 100 times before you get robe from VIP Shaadi.
Its a fake site. Lost thousands. Some profiles may be genuine but like looking for a needle in a haystack.
I believe the con artists are shaadi staff who are totally ruthless at ripping you off & posing in fake ids
There was a television newscast o INDIATv

Its suprising that this site is still running & cyber crime cell are doing nothing about it
I have been member on Shaadi.com and this is a very big scam and fraud. Shaadi.com creates fictitious profiles with lucrative education and salaries of individuals like doctors, engineers and other professionals so people get paid subscriptions. I have pointed these fake accounts to Shaadi.com but the customer service have not given any valid answer. When the request is sent to these fake accounts then after 1-2 days I will access the profile and it's deleted with remark "profile deleted due to Terms of use violation " and this has happened with several profiles that have very peculiar names and has no contact email or phone numbers where as Shaadi.com making these fictitious accounts, these have not contact details. When the account is created Shaadi.com should authenticate email & phone# by sending messages so validation is done.
SO DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO SHAADI.COM - A FRAUDULENT SITE AS IT'S A FRAUDE.
I recently met a guy named Satyam singh from muzaffarpur, bihar twitter *******@armyamar33 via http://shaadi.com (http://shaadi.com) he pretended to be a colonel in Indian army and mentioned his name as Col. Amarjeet Singh. He is a frauster as he is using someone's identity. Satyam singh aka Amarjeet singh has a facebook id with the name of satyam singh from muzaffarpur. To my surprise after 3 months i came to know he is married for 12 years and has a daughter. He was an active member on shaadi.com. Looking at his facebook id i can say that his married life is all well. http://Shaadi.com (http://Shaadi.com) and all other matrimony sites should verify the identity of the members by personal visits. Please check his profile on facebook. Beware of such fraudsters and conduct investigations before you proceed further
Just a suggestion -
You can come up with new idea of new category of second marriage - Covid affected
There are many people who have lost their partners in the pandemic and sites like you can come up with free registration for such people and help them find new partners.
They don't deliver whatever they commit when sales person calls. Don't get trapped. VIP Shaadi is completely waste of money. It will be better you contact prospects by yourself via normal service.
TERRIBLE SITE WITH TONS OF FAKE PROFILES... DO NOT BUY ANY MEMBERSHIP, IT'S ALL USELESS... 1 STAR RATING OF THIS SITE TELLS EVERYTHING, THEY ARE JUST GRABBING MONEY FROM PEOPLE... HEAPS OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS TO THEM... THEIR STAFF SITTING IF OFFICE ARE ACTUALLY CONTROLLING UR PROFILES DELETING ALL THE RESPONSES U R GETTING.
Their search sucks big time, no matter how you do it youll neva gonna get the matches that youre interested in, Then you look up people using search and they are no where whatd youd expect. Stop the non sense and let me just have an X button so you fuks know not to show me the same person again. Why must i click on a darn arrow to say dont show me again. Fu shaadi just for that in itself.
I guess the team run by Anupam Mittal is only interested in taking you for a ride. It is a worthless site. They are only interested in duping you. Don't subscribe. Don't buy things from Mittals. Mittals will sell their sons for money. It is one of the worst clans in the world. If you are a Mittal, change your surname.
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy things from Mittals.
Shaadi.com is a very shady website. They quickly grab money from your visa and provide several challenges so you cannot logon. We have been a member for 5 years and have paid several times on 6 month to one year plans. All of a sudden they want the user to provide passport, PAN card, employers salary slip, photo id etc before you can logon to the website. Even top banks do not ask for such validations from a customer who is using this for several years and is a paid customer. And they have such poor customer service. After earning so much profit via their customers, they are into severe cost cutting. Earlier chat was provided 24 X 7 now chat is removed, and no phone number is provided to call their help desk.
Their help desk just checks tickets and keeps answering via email. After requesting for a number to call, they provided a fictitious number which can only be called between 10 AM to 4 PM IST. And we are in North America. The number does not go through ever. What a cheap website which is making millions but behaves like a pauper. Sad. Best is to file a case so they do not treat customers so poorly.
A Very Unhappy Customer
Tip for consumers:
Please provide feedback in top websites so everyone knows
I should have trusted other reviews and done the same, but I now want to suggest anyone who is even considering paying for shaadi.com NOT TO SPEND A SINGLE RUPEE on this site. Especially not their VIP service that they offer at "SPECIAL DISCOUNTED RATES". It is a SCAM and after you pay their team gives you no time and is on LEAVE 90% of the time. They will send you 2 matches a month from the exact same database that you get without paying and they dont care about what happens next.
THERE IS NO VALUE ADDED from paying into their services. I have spent over 600 USD with them because they promised they ll find me the right person, but after paying they all disappeared and there is no hope of refunds!
Shaadi.com is not capable of detecting fake 419 scam accounts which are designed by Africans to lure the user into greed and deception. shaadi.com has failed its commitment to indian families by advertising fake accounts for the personal profits of Africans through the proceeds of western union, money gram, and bank wire transfer. There is no package arriving to your address with large amounts of cash. The websites of the delivery companies are fake. The profiles do not reside in USA, Canada, or UK/Europe, but they are African nationals that run shaadi.com folks through fake matrimonial fraud. The staff working for shaadi.com are incapable and incompetent in detecting fake profiles created by africans.
Please use Indian newspaper ads or middlemen instead of incompetent shaadi.com. You will lose a lot of money through shaadi.com by fraudulent 419-scam (search this scam on google) accounts! The pictures are someone else plus the love and baby words are to fool you into sending your money! They first develop a online relationship with you first then ask for money..
They will ask you for your ID AFTER you've paid and then cancel your membership citing "violation". Luckily I did not send them my full ID with signature and DOB. But in hindsight, should not have even sent them my cropped driver's license with photo and address only.
Sent their (non-existent) "customer care" an email (given in the paypal activity) at *******@shaadi.com demanding full refund but received this message from Mail Delivery Subsystem <*******@googlemail.com>:
"Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to *******@shaadi.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."
STAY AWAY.
It is a night mare site, with shady female profiles,, who never respond, or expect them to take them on a Date,, are they fooling... the females in this site..., all BOYS BEWARE of girls like swati singh,, ksipra kode,, nikita ghare,, who are in relation ship,, but still registered in this site,,
Tip for consumers:
Please do not spend your money on any matrimonial site. The females there are all fraudsters with no heart at alll
Customer support is the worst. Extremely poor VIP and premium services. Unreliable. Would have given negative stars. They do not process any refunds even if you do not want their services anymore
Shaadi.com sells Matrimony for the Elite with a subscription of $700. It's not worth it. Don't waste your money. We didn't get at least one suitable match in 4 months.
Tip for consumers:
I requested to cancel and refund
Shaadi.com is evolving into a platform with more fake profiles than genuine ones. I've seen three bogus male profiles in the past three months, and I've reported them on Shaadi, but nothing has happened.
Ladies and families, please take caution. Although there may be a small number of genuine males on this site, giving personal information and photos should be done with extreme caution.
A prosperous, courteous, and devout man by the name of Dr. Ajmal Khan - Obstrican from France who lives in Canada is shown below.
He and I communicated for more than a month, and he was going to meet me, but barely an hour before the meeting, he calls and asks for a cash transfer because he needs to pay customs since he is carrying so much cash.He spoke to every member of my family, but he never allowed me talk to his. He claimed to have a daughter, and he gave documentation that appeared to be authentic, but I now know that everything was a lie. He claims he is committed to you and doesn't want anybody else to view or contact him, therefore, he has hidden his profile. He is undoubtedly a skilled scam artist.
Shaadi.com needs to validate profiles, complete some verification, and delete any profiles that share the same contact information (phone number, email, and names).
Tip for consumers:
Shaadi .com needs to improve big time
As someone who has navigated the world of online matrimonial platforms, I find Shaadi.com to be one of the most well-known names in the space. While I see that the site has a rating of 1.69 stars from 164 reviews, I think it's fair to point out where the service shines. They offer different membership tiers, including a VIP option for those wanting a bit more from their online dating experience.
I've heard some concerns about fake profiles and customer service, but in my view, it seems like Shaadi.com is constantly working to better its verification processes and improve the overall customer experience. And let's not forget, the platform ranks 705th among dating sites, which indicates that it's still a popular choice for many people looking for serious relationships.
Given the tricky and complex nature of the dating and matrimonial landscape, I think Shaadi.com offers a service that can be extremely valuable for the right users. There's always room for improvement, but I believe the platform has the potential for greater user satisfaction in the future.
Scammers made me pay $200 and immediately deleted my account right after.
This whole site is a run by a bunch of thieves and scammers. They took money and never responded afterwards.
Third-rate Business practices & customer service. They want to take money prior to proving that they are worth even 1 paise. Anupam Mittal Founder and CEO, People Group is a nincompoop and is running a clown-show.
Tip for consumers:
Please don't use this service its pathetic and third-rate customer service run by a nincompoop CEO.
