The tapestries I ordered came in a decent amount of time and are amazing quality! They are so fabulous and affordable!
Ordered item to replace broken one and paid almost as much (65USD) in postage to get 4-5 day delivery. I really needed the item urgently. 14 days and several emails later I received a request for additional payment on both the item and the postage. Item not even posted yet. Turns out the trust pilot score displayed on the site is fraudulent as mine was the first. Also that they have bought their site jabber reviews with the promise of future discounts. Be warned this bunch is seriously unprofessional. I have added screenshots as proof of both of these assertions.
Hey guys, I'm Nazmul from Chittagong. I just ordered a pair of sneakers and a blazer. I just loved them, their customer care service and how they were being well behaved to their customers. Haha I mean me was very good and offensive. And yet their delivery was quite faster than I thought!

I put my order in 26th March, 18 and got it today from Khulna that was very fast for me! This is my third time I purchased someting from Shadmart and the experience is excellent... If the service quality is offering by the people of Shadmart till today can be continued by them, I am sure that they will be the no 1. E-commerce site in BD. At first time i was feeling hesited to buy product from shadmart coz iam not sure about product quality. But when i got my product... iam satisfied.is too good. For online shopping... my first choice obviously shadmart.

You may think that Im posting this review in order to get a huge discount but the question is why would I place further orders if their products are no good? -Yes you are right, they provide good qualities on their products and customer services.
Highlights of my 1st order-
1. Products are as good as pictured and explained.
2. I placed the order on 13 April 2018 and they delivered it on 24 April 2018 from
China (they took less time than the told)
3. Their support division (customer care) is much efficient (not like the typical
Bull$#*! customer cares in our country, i. E. Call Operators and bank hotline).
Most of the time they will call you back and clarify any issues unsolved.
4. They use Pathao as their delivery agent. The delivery boy was decent and gave me sufficient time to check my products and he helped me to unpack the products as well!
Summery: My monies were not wasted!
Suggestion to Shadmart: Please provide us a shopping bag in future so that the package can be given as a gift to someone we love. It will also give advertisement as well!

It's a superb place for finding anything required in daily life. Obviously all the products that I have bought were very good in quality. For buying anything new my first choice is shadmart.

To be very honestly shadmart gave me the best online shopping experience in Bangladesh. This shopping site is my first choice nowadays. How many times already I did shopping with shadmart I don't even know. Each & every time I've got the best service & best quality product. Their customer service & service officer's behavior is always at it's best. The most amazing thing about them that I noticed & I'm really impressed that, recently I had purchased a pant & it came the wrong size. But after letting them know about the size matter they showed me their best, showed me how much responsible they're towards their customer. After complaining I even forgot to return the pant to get my sized one due to busyness. But they didn't forgot to satisfy me though they wasn't getting my response. I delayed don't know how many days to return the cloth, every time while I receive their call I used to say ohh I forgot I am sending it today but did not. But they called me so many days until I sent it & received my sized one, which probably other online shops wouldn't do, because it's your problem not theirs they got money already.
