I called because one door would not open. They came right away and it was a leaf in front of the automatic eye and they didn't charge me for a service call. The people are so nice that work for this company.

Wow! Absolutely outstanding service!

One of the pulley cables of one of my garage doors broke. I called them, and Josh was very friendly, very professional, and very helpful. They came the next day and did a full inspection of both of garage doors and explained every to me in details. They did an outstanding job fixing the problem as well as many additional things like they bolted the manual locks, replaced a light bulb, and straightened out the rubber strip for one of the doors with no extra charge.

Josh and Marvin of Shamrock overhead door were just plain awesome. After a very bad experience with another company Josh and Shamrock came to the rescue.Josh is patient and polite and most importantly has great critical thinking skills which is getting hard to find in the trades

Shamrock Overhead Door installed two beautiful garage doors complete with all the necessary hardware and remotes in 2011 which replaced the ugly hand operated "builders special" doors that were so popular in 1982. I highly recommend Shamrock for the quality, service, and courteousness they always showed me since that day and yesterday when they replaced the springs. The original springs lasted 10 years and survived two growing teens, all their friends and a bonus of five grandchildren all using the doors as an entry. They were very punctual, and did a perfect job making the garage doors quiet again. Thank you, Jose and especially, the owner Josh Smith, thank you so much and Josh, thank you for your service to our country.

I contacted Shamrock to schedule a "tune-up" of my garage door and quickly received a response and set up an appointment for a few days later. They showed up at the time they said and efficiently fixed my door in about an hour. I found the cost for the work performed to be reasonable as well. Very happy to have a quiet and smooth opening door. Would use again and recommend to others.

Very easy company to work with and they did a great job! I called them twice, first to get an estimate then to tell them to do the job. I never met any of the employees but the job got done in a timely manner and the garage door looks great.

The man knows his product no doubt, has ordered my doors and hardware, has not done my install, but as far as helping me pick the right doors and hardware, Big help and he knows his business and product. Let it be known I am a contractor and so far my dealings with Shamrock have been exceptional. I am not quite ready for install but has advised me of lead time and ordered my product to be ready when I am.

After calling 6 overhead door outfits on Friday Dec. 21 and being told that they could not come to fix my problem till Wed. Dec 26 I was less than pleased.

I found Shamrock via Google and called them. When I was told they could have someone there in a few hours I was shocked. A couple of hours later two technicians from Shamrock Overhead Door arrived. I showed what the problem was and they went right to work fixing it. The two Shamrock guys where absolutely fabulous and had my garage door working in no time.

Their work was excellent, my garage door was installed when we bought the condo new 8 years ago. It always opened and closed very noisy and sounded like something was not right. Nevertheless I ignored the noise.

After the Shamrock guys where finished that door opened and closed BETTER than it ever did and there was no more noise. I can't say enough about Shamrock. My wife and I were extremely pleased.

The guys did an outstanding job fixing my garage door. They explained what the problem was how they were going to fix it and all the parts they would use to get the job done. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and will do just that in the spring to do a tune up in my other garage door.

I had Shamrock come out to look into replacing my garage doors (2x). They were able to troubleshoot and determine that the garage doors where fine (which saved me money) and that only the mechanics / openers needed to be replaced.
They were very honest and nice and did the work the same day in a short time frame.

Came on time, cost what I was told, did what they said they'd do and the garage door works better than I thought it would. What more could you ask for?

I was tasked with obtaining at least 4 quotes to replace the older garage door motor.
Not surprisingly there are a plethora of companies to choose. I narrowed it down to 4 different companies all offering similar services.
Each one of them came to our location did an assessment and then sent me a quote. All of them came back in different price ranges one was very high and one was on the low end. Shamrock came in right in the middle range.
I had several text message conversations with the owner Josh about what we need and if he can accommodate. He was very straight forward and I felt was very honest, did not try to oversell me in fact he ended up saving me money due to another company advising I "had" to do certain things in order to replace the motor. Turns out that was not the case at all based on Josh's advice.
Upon the day of installation they showed up per the agreed time range and got to work right away.
They did the work efficiently and upon its completion the new motor works great. I can even control the door via an app, which is great!
I have absolute no reservation recommending Shamrock Door to any business as they were professional, reasonably priced and timely.
